So this is what frustrates me overall you're an OK McDonald's location but every single time I order an iced coffee and I pay extra for the extra pumps of liquid sugar. I never get it. I'm a regular drive through customer at this location. Food here has been consistently good, unlike some other McD locations. Fries has always been crispy and fried to the right point. I've seen may burnt or undercooked fries in other locations. Their sandwiches are fresh not soggy. Moreover, their food are not greasy, thats what I like the most. As for the service, I've had encountered several situations where they couldn't provide the best of the customer service. From what I understand, they may have new staff members who are not well trained. If the customer doesn't follow their process from end to end, then they usually aren't able to go ahead and resolve the issue. For instance, I installed the McD app on my phone and saw that I got some rewards. I did their drive through and showed them the reward that I wanted to use. However, they couldn't as I've to place the order through the app to claim the reward. Not a big deal however Unlike good customer service, they weren't able to take care of such a small matter. After that incident, I've been ordering through their app, following their process end to end, and so there has been no problem with that since then. I keep returning because their food quality is good. And if I follow their process, I really don't have much to do with how their service is. read more

Now... your lucky if you get what you ask for, lucky if the soda options taste good and lucky if the person that the register AND the person at the second window say two words to you. This location is the absolute worst!!! Terrible customer service!! Placed a mobile order for breakfast for 4 people 02/13/2021 at 10:55am. The local McDonald's cancelled all items except for one muffin and would not honor the order stating it was 11:03am after breakfast! At 11:05 am they emailed me a receipt with only 1 muffin. If order is placed and finalized prior to breakfast, the full order should be ready for pick up! Woman at the location was yelling at my husband that "it's after breakfast!" This ignorant woman had absolutely no customer service! Instead if diffusing an upset customer she chose to yell and take it to another level. Which my husband never yells and was not going to argue further. He left the location and picked up donuts instead. McDonalds I'd think twice before employing ignorant people such as these in your location. You should want keep your customers! I am very impressed with this location. We had a very positive experience recently. We were throwing a birthday party and thought individually wrapped McDonalds burgers would be a great option for a COVID safe menu. I called the morning of the party and spoke to the manager on the phone about placing the rather large order (30 cheeseburgers and 30 McChickens). The crew was able to have the order fulfilled and ready a few minutes before the scheduled pickup time, AND this was just 30 minutes after they needed to switch from breakfast to lunch. Since when did McDs stop using napkins when making ice cream cones? This was common practice forever but they've gone away from that over the last several years and it's NASTY. So you have a guy (or gal) taking orders and collecting money THEN make and handle an ice cream cone with his bare hands without a napkin and without washing first. Sure they have paper wrapping BUT it's not enough. It's so easy to transfer whatever germs from handling money right on to someone's food. They don't even keep napkins right by the ice cream machine...I had to ASK him to use one then he had to go out to the coke machines to get one. This is seriously COMMON SENSE. Wow I am really shocked at all of the negative reviews for this McDonald's location. So I feel compelled to write a review, a 5 star one. First, I have always received excellent service from the drive thru windows and inside. Everyone always is extremely pleasant, smiling, and courteous. Which is nice and quite frankly, very opposite of many other McDonald's locations where flippant teenagers serve you with the most miserable look on their faces. Not this place. Always always very nice people working here! Secondly, the food is always hot, and the order is correct! I can't remember one time when they messed up my order. This is one of the reasons I drive out of my way to go to this location. My kids love happy meals and breakfast, and it is such a disappointment when they get their happy meal without the gogurt, which has happened before but never at this location! Negative stars!!! ***For any manager reading this, I was "helped" by the lady with false eyelashes working the dine-in counter at 7:30am on Tuesday, June 23, 2015.*** I don't intend to be trivial or petty, but it's just extremely difficult to start off your day on a positive vibe when your first interaction of the morning is a negative one. Breakfast Service either sends people off to enjoy their day, or ruins it (at least until something comes along better or worse that you forget about it). I ordered a McMuffin Delight combo, with a medium coffee, requested a Nerf toy shooter for my son, and a kid's chocolate milk. When she read back the order she said, "... large coke", to which I replied, "I'm sorry, did you enter large coke instead of a medium coffee?" Her response to me, "YOU said large coke." Now, any reader of this review wouldn't know this... but I haven't have a coke in about 5 yrs. So imagine if I told you, that YOU ordered a large bacon grease beverage. That would be impossible since you NEVER order such a thing, right? Me ordering a large coke is as likely as you ordering to drink a large bacon grease... it would never happen. Well, that's what she was effectively telling me. (I didn't even get a medium coffee in the end. I was charged for and received a large coffee, which I cannot finish... so yes, I ordered a medium for a reason.) Then after I paid, I pointed out which toy shooter my son wanted. Her reply was that we couldn't choose. Really? Then I wouldn't have paid! I understand that not all of the toys are available at any given time, but we should be able to choose based on what is available or given the option to not buy it. Every other McDonald's operates with the option to choose from the toy selection, and we have never had our option refused before, at any other location. My son was left with a frisbee, instead of a shooter. Not an acceptable substitute to a 6 yr old, who has his own feelings, opinions, and is no less of a paying customer. Pulled up to the drive thru today at 10:57am, the board had all lunch menu items on it but when I tried to order the girl said they were not serving lunch till 11a exactly. I tried to make a point that it was 3 minutes away, the board showed all lunch items and no breakfast items, there were 4 cars behind me likely also here for lunch.....she wouldn't budge so we drove off and went next door to Wendy's where they gladly served us lunch with a smile and no wait. When i want to buy food from a chain restaurant or any restaurant, I'd like to be treated with some courtesy. I've given this McDonald's more than one chance to get it together!!! I'm more than mad and I promise this will be my last time coming to the location. My son was hungry this morning and went through the drive thru to get us breakfast. He ordered a Big Breakfast for himself and Bacon egg and cheese biscuit for me. He gets home with the order and my breakfast sandwich is not in the bag. If I've got to leave at 6:30 am to get to work, I'm not about to drive over there to 1: waste gas to get the sandwich and 2: lose 30 minutes of snooze time to get the morning staff to correct their mistake. If you chose to come to this location, be sure and check your bags before driving off. No matter how long it holds up their drive thru. How can a mistake that large be committed with such a small order. I'm absolutely DONE with this location. How do you hand out a bag with food and not make sure your customers order is correct? For the review rating, I would give this location a ZERO!!! I'm so late writing this review because the Manager doesn't work on weekends (????) I'm unable to go see Mr. Divine during the week. I went through drive thur Saturday, May 29 at 7:54 am. The lady taking orders in Drive thru spoke very broken english, after I said "pardon me" asking that she repeat herself several times someone else said may I help you? I placed my order 3 hash browns, sausage mcmuffin, bacon mcmuffin, hotcakes and sausage, 1 OJ and two coffees. My total order was $15.22, I requested my catsup and jelly when placing the order. When I received my order, there was one butter and one syrup for the hotcakes, no jelly, no catsup and missing one hash brown. The Asian man at the window became frustrated, there was a long line in drive through. I too, became frustrated and asked for a manager. Ms. Danny came to the window and proceeded to get me catsup and jelly, one additional butter and syrup. Frustrated, I snatched the items, Ms. Danny pulled back the remaining items in here hand, refusing to give them to me, and then had the nerves to draw her hand back in a jester to through the items at me! Really? I moved back quickly to prevent from being hit by flying jelly and catsup. I left, went home, gave my family their food, called Ft. Bend Co. Sheriff's Dept. and asked for an officer to meet me at that location. I was told the two assigned to patrol that area was tied up on calls and it would be a while. I went back alone and asked for a manager, at that time I was told the manger, Tom Divine does not work weekends. In fear of my safety and sanity I have NOT and will NOT patronized that location. We asked the two African American females for water (were black btw) and they slammed the window in our face and laughed about it. Then they proceeded to joke about the price of the water they asked us for $20 as a joke but then they said the water would be a dollar, we also requested ketchup and they said it was .25 cents a pack. We laughed because we thought it was a joke but they were serious. I don't usually write reviews but the blatant disrespect I received in this instant motivated me to to share my experience. Very upset that the menuover the counter said the Mc Nuggets were 6 for $2. I ordered 6 and they were $3.89. I pointed out the sign and they said the prices on the overhead menu are and HAVE BEEN wrong and that the nuggets were twice the posted price.
