One of the slowest locations I've been to. I've always loved Whataburger since I was a kid, but I feel like it doesn't taste the same at this place? I waited in my car for my order for about 15 minutes, when they gave me my cup for my drink the lid was not latched on very well and I almost spilled since i didn't notice it at first. Tried Whataburger for the first time while visiting Houston area! This location was a newer build and inside was very clean. Staff member working the register was younger and could have definitely spoken up more. Menu was straight forward and priced fairly. We got (2) Classic Whataburgers and shared a large fry for $15. The fries were more shoestring size while I really liked! The burger was bun heavy since we got single patty burgers. I loved that they had so many sauce options to choose from. While I'm happy we stopped out to try, the meal missed the mark on me wanting to come back for more next time we are in the area. read more

This place always takes so long with the drive they orders. It doesn't make sense, no one has a sense of urgency whenever you go there.

Make sure u make time to wait in this line. It could be you and one other car and you will still get your food 30minutes later and cold. Fries are always soggy and cold. Make sure you check ur order before you leave because 9/10 something will be missing. Also employees should have a little more sense of urgency, as everytime I go there is always an employee messing around holding up the line. read more

This new location opened up a few weeks ago so I decided to try it out and see if this location would be better than the other one in the area. Unfortunately it wasn't much better. Customer service is great but service could be faster. Came for a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and the drive thru and dine in were fairly busy but I expected the drive thru to move quicker than it did. When I got home my food was still hot, but the food didn't quite taste as it should. The hash browns tasted off and the biscuit wasn't as good as I've known it to be. I'll give them another try seeing as it's a new location but the food should taste the same no matter which location you visit. Three stars. read more

We got our food from the drive thru. When we got home around 10 min away: fries were cold, cheese wasn't melted in the sandwiches, and the drink tasted funny. They gave us a Coke when it was suppose to be Sprite, so they took it back and gave us Sprite. We realized when we got home that they probably dumped out the coke and filled it with Sprite without rinsing the cup or getting a new cup. So we drank Sprite with a side of coke. Plus you could visually see the drink was darker than any Sprite I've seen. This location has a lot to improve on. read more

I've gone to this location multiple times, and last time I decided to actually time the wait in the drive thru (wife said I was exaggerating when I said it's always a 30 minute wait, see picture below). To be fair, I'm not sure this is just this location, or a company thing because it's always a wait at any Whataburger these days. My wife had the number 1: Whataburger which she concurred that the kitchen did a good job. The employees were friendly as well. I really like Whataburger but this is the slowest one in the area I believe. The drive thru lanes are not organized in such a way that it's one lane. Some people may go from one lane and then others will go the other lane. Last time I came, I waited 20+ minutes because they forgot my order. This location operates with zero speed and alacrity. If you have 45 minutes of your day that you'd love to waste waiting to order and then receive your food, then this is the place to go! When this place first opened I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to new staff/grand opening kinks that needed to be worked out. Over a year later and they are operating as if everyone is still on orientation. At least 4 vehicles left the drive-thru before ordering, that's money they are losing. We have never once had a good experience here, and as Texans we are sad to say, we are finished and hopefully an In-&-Out gets built here soon! read more
