Sharing a wonderful experience I had this morning. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with the sausage well done. I also added the breakfast sauce and grilled onions (normally on the steak egg and cheese bagel). It was absolutely delicious !!! I ordered a large iced coffee no flavoring. Just 2 creams and 2 sugars. What I got was an undrinkable beverage. It was so sweet it would have given me instant diabetes. I ordered online. pulled up to the drive thru waited a few minutes. seen another car drive up. instantly order was tooken. I'm still waiting to be acknowledge and 3 other vehicles pulled up to the other drive thru and had their driver order tooken. I drove up to the window and the i told the lady the issue. Her reply was you already paid.... I asked can I get my order prepared. o had to wait another few minutes. total time was over 10 minutes and the order was wrong and not completed. If you have two drive through lanes, why only take orders from one? I sat there and listened to then entire song "somewhere in the crowd" from lala land and got annoyed, parked and went inside. It's unreal how long it took me to get one large drink. Placed my order at 12:26, it took them 8 minutes to hand it to me. Now I would understand if they were understaffed or it was busy. But it really wasn't and there were at least 4 people in the front. read more

I asked for some time to decide our order, the manager yelled at us and told us to hurry up, when we said excuse me and mad our order, the food was unsafe for human consumption, our fry's were not cooked, the burgers were smashed as if someone had hit them. Ah the Golden Arches... this location is around East Ave Wegmans as well as other places. They've done a refresh, the drive thru considering our world is always busy. Staff is usually pretty pleasant and no grief about fresh fries. Food is usually hot and fresh.. and it's nice to have some outdoor seating during the warmer months. You can order thru the drive thru, inside kiosk, online or in person. Yes they have parking lot. read more

I can't imagine why this McDonald's gets such bad reviews. My experience there has consistently been great. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Employees are efficient, friendly, accurate and obviously work well together. Been eating here occasionally for 20 years, once or twice weekly for 2 years, and never had a wrong order or any other problem at all. Decided to get a quick breakfast today and was stuck in line for 10 minutes after paying. Not only that they messed up my order 2 times and finally when they gave me my food for the 3rd time I'd assume it was what I ordered but after driving off and looking it wasn't what I ordered. I know people aren't usually on Yelp looking for reviews of McDonald's, but I rarely go to one, and was here ONLY to get Trick, Treat, Win tickets to enter to win the trip to Beaches. I knew before I went that tickets are on medium McCafe beverages, and 2 are on the large french fries. The menu at the drive thru had a really big banner across the top confirming that there are 2 tickets on the large french fries. So I ordered a frappe and french fries that I didn't want just to get the tickets. I literally waited 15 minutes for my food. There were 2 cars in front of me, and both of their orders took a long time. I don't know what the hold up was, but when I got to the window, my order was sitting there ready. It was dark so it was hard to see, so I parked and looked, and there was no ticket on the coffee. So ok, I opened the fries, NO TICKET THERE EITHER!!! I seriously was so mad, and more than that, disappointed! If they ran out of them, why wasn't there a sign on the menu??? So I'm out $6.50, and no closer to a Beaches vacation. I don't frequent McDonald's anyway, but I won't be coming here again. read more

Not sure what has happened to the management at this location, I have gone there for years every morning, the past 4 months the service has gone downhill quick. Long waits in the drive through, today was over 10 minutes left and went to Wendy's. They use to have a great crew on in the morning, most of the people are gone, now the service went from being excellent to very very poor. So if you don't want to get frustrated DO NOT go to that location. It has gone downhill so much. No appreciation for the customers time going through the drive through. read more

Depends on whose working you get what you get. They have forgotten sauces, toppings and even to wrap it up good. The coffee was not worth the money and they don't listen worth a damn. Thank you, East Ave Wegmans, for being incompetent. I asked for two hamburger quarterpounders, as in no cheese. The workers over the intercom rudely told me that they didn't have them. So I asked for two quarterpounders without cheese. She complied. Yeah... Then I get my food, the receipt is correct and the burgers are correctly labeled. I open the box and boom, cheese. I inform the worker at the window, she asks me to pull up so she can get the correct order. After waiting about ten minutes, she returns and hands me a bag. She's really nice and I know she's not the one back there cooking, so I don't check the bag and drive home. I get home, sit down to eat, and boom, cheese again. I understand people have long days and things going on, but this is ridiculous. Do your job correctly. It's the difference between success and staying stagnant in life. read more

Service is fast, people are friendly, and the food is, as McDonald's go, pretty good. They consistently have the best biscuits I've ever gotten from a McDonald's, and they never give you The Look for ordering curbside, which is a blessing when ordering from the menu makes you nervous. Look, it's a McDonald's, so maybe I should expect it, but I genuinely think that the low rating this place has is unfair. It's close to my house and I can't be bothered to cook most mornings, so I'm here at least once a week and they've always been really great, never had a single issue. read more

It all started when i was on my way home from my dad's funeral. I got very parched parched and my stomach wouldn't stop screaming at me so i stopped by mcdonald's on the way to care for my disabled husband. Ever since he got in that car accident our marriage has been struggling. When we first started dating in high school we would always come to this mcdonald's, it was tradition but of course he can't walk now. So anyway, i pull up to the drive thru as my eyes well up with tears. The girl at the drive thru was very rude. I kid you not! She said "WHAT DO YOU WANT?". My voice cracked as i said "I would like a big mac with just the top bun extra toasted." I've made this special request plenty of times and never had a problem. I hear laughing over the intercom and that was the last straw. I'm fully sobbing. I wanted a diet coke but i figured it's not worth the trouble. When i pull up to the first window i notice a box on the ground. Not wanting to run over it, I. get out of the car to check it out. Low and behold, it is my big mac, not even bagged. I open the box and find that there were no buns. I specifically asked for just a top bun BUT THERE WERE NO BUNS. I threw the box across the parking lot and stormed back into my car. I didn't even pay so obviously there were deliberately trying to insult me. I sped off into the street. 30 minutes later, I get t-boned at an intersection and wake in the hospital. First thing that comes to mind is that i'm UNBEARABLY HUNGRY and my husband didn't get his nighttime meds. I called the mcdonald's and all i heard is breathing on the other end. I voice my complaints anyways and there's silence for a couple seconds. Then a gentlemen proceeds to tell me the mcdonald's wasn't open yesterday. I throw the phone at the attending nurse and immediately am put under psychiatric evaluation. I'm writing this while waiting to be admitted to a psych ward for the 3rd time. Thanks a lot mcdonald's, you ruined my life. I will come back in 3 months to see if there are any improvements. :( read more

Terrible service, plagued by the attendants saying Ha? to all of my requests. The tables were dirty, there were no cups for the ketchup, diners were using soda cup lids. Worker wearing pants WAY below his waist. People should stick to uniform rules and wear their own clothes w/o McDonalds logo anyway they want when not at work. This McDonalds is close to my house, so it tends to be the place we go on nights when we get home late and haven't eaten dinner yet. Unfortunately, this location tends to be very inconsistent at night--slow, inaccurate, and not always friendly. Tonight I hit the drive thru around 9:30 pm. I waited at the speaker for quite a while before I was acknowledged. I placed my order for two value meals. I wasn't asked what size I wanted and nothing came up on the screen while I ordered, which I thought was odd, but the order taker read my order back correctly, so I didn't worry about it. Drove to the first window and paid in cash. The cashier didn't have enough ones to make my change, so I had to wait a couple minutes for a manager to get her more--no biggie. Drove to the second window and sat for a good three minutes before I saw a single person working inside the restaurant. Finally someone brought out my food, gave it to me, and then proceeded to fill my sodas. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed two issues with my orders. First, as I caught a glimpse of the porch light through my soda cups, I noticed they were only two-thirds full! The girl that filled them didn't bother to top them off after the fizz had gone down. When I got inside, and opened the bags, the fries looked rather large. Come to find out, I was charged for two large value meals, even though I never specified a size. I know the fast food industry tends to incentivize up-selling. I suspect that my order taker wanted to reach her quota and sent my order to the screen in the other lane, which was closed off, so that I wouldn't see her sneak it in. Deplorable! read more
