Never again will I go here. Drive thru always takes forever so I went inside, only one customer in there eating. It took 10 minutes before someone waited on me. Filthy. Filthy. Not a clean table (and there were PLENTY of empty tables) in the restaurant. And the women's bathroom?? Messiest and dirtiest one I have ever seen in a McDonald's. Only one of the order kiosks was working properly. There was no one at the front counter. No one at the register. Had to wait a good 5 minutes for someone to come out so that we could pay for our order. And then another 1/2 hour until we got our food - and that was even after my husband went up to ask what was going on with our order. Plain, simple order - no special items - for 2 people. Everyone was complaining about how long orders were being taken. And trust me - it was not busy at all - 6 PM on a Sunday evening - wonder how long the wait would be if it had been busy?????????? And by the way, if you go up there to ask about your order - forget about memorizing your order number - apparently no one in the kitchen area looks at that - they just look at what is ordered. I could only see 3 - 4 people working in the kitchen area and apparently drive through takes priority over walk ins - that line was moving lickety split. So - no matter how hungry you are on that drive - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING AT THIS McDONALD'S. Oh yes - NO refills on drinks at all. read more

I placed my order for a coffee on the app and put down to pick up on drive thru. The line was long so I went inside instead, which I've done before at other McDonalds. There was no one at the cashier's station and no one even looked to see if there were people standing in the front. I couldn't get their attention so I decided to go to the drive thru line. I waited over 20 freaking mins just to pick up my item. That's a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting for a fast food order. No one said sorry for the wait. This Prunedale store used to be great!! fresh hot fries full box! Now they're half filled the box is never fully opened and then filled with fries the box is slightly closed off at the bottom so it looks full. We came here and ordered food. 2 burgers and 1 fries. Burger was for family and fries were for me. Their food is not cheap, $4.50 for a burger and $3 for small fries. I just got home and there are no fries in the bag. They were out of all beverages tonight too. The person who me my order at drive thru pretended to look through the bag to make sure the order is correct, i don't know what in the world was he checking. I work day and night, do Uber and money is hard to come. $3 is big deal for me. It's not even worth going back now. I grew up here in the 90's, worked out here. Back up until about 5-10 years ago fast food places put their BEST employees in the drive through. These employees do not make eye contact, speak 1000 miles an hour. There is no thank you, hello, nothing. Complete arrogance, back then people were teenagers working here. Did a great a job. Set a great base and ethic for the rest of their life. Now these people are in their 30's making minimum wage treating customers who smile at them and actually treat them like real people like shit. I live here and this has to be the worst McDonalds ever. I had to use the kiosk when ordering, and when I wanted to pay cash I had to go to the register. I waited at least 5min then had to ask who's gonna take my money. Then waited again for my food. I might understand if this was a busy part of the day, But it was 10:15 am. The Prunedale McDonald's is really going downhill re: accuracy on drive-thru orders. Last week I clearly stated twice I wanted a large "plain" iced tea. Low & behold I got home to find it was a sweetened iced tea...that got tossed. Just a little bit ago I ordered 2 Quarter Pounder Deluxe Meals & requested they leave the catsup & mustard off one of the 2 burgers. I got home to find both quarter pounders had catsup & mustard AND they had put in two plain cheeseburgers of which one had no catsup......AND WE WERE CHARGED FOR BOTH THOSE BURGERS I didn't order! I'm encouraged to come here frequently for my granddaughter. Since these kiosks came in, the experience has been absolutely terrible at every single visit. I swear my blood pressure goes up. We're from out of town and I'm blown away by this location. The manager Sarah is a B The workers are all incompetent dildos who have no perception of customer service or advanced thought process. Everything was wrong. Everything. They shorted me a cup. Then they gave me the wrong size. Then I had to beg for ketchup to get one package. Then they shorted me a medium fry. I waited and politely asked and was ignored by five workers in the back. I watched as the manager Sarah proceeded to make all these other fries and line them up knowing I was missing one. After I said something again, Sarah was a B and said UM BEHIND THE LINE WAIT IN THE LOBBY as I had a foot over the back as they kept ignoring me as I was behind the wall of the ice cream machine.
