Grains all in the coffee this morning

Ordered a coffee, got home to add sugar and noticed some coffee grains, no biggie, but once i finished most of the coffee i decided to dump the rest out and to my surprise there were more a couple of grains.

We came here and ordered food. 2 burgers and 1 fries. Burger was for family and fries were for me. Their food is not cheap, $4.50 for a burger and $3 for small fries. I just got home and there are no fries in the bag. They were out of all beverages tonight too. The person who me my order at drive thru pretended to look through the bag to make sure the order is correct, i don't know what in the world was he checking. I work day and night, do Uber and money is hard to come. $3 is big deal for me. It's not even worth going back now. Upon reading other reviews it appears this is how this particular McDonald's operate. Money is NOT easy to make, grow up guys! Focus on work and chit chat later.

This place is nasty . They don't clean tables or floors. Trash cans overflowing. Workers just talking behind the counter . All tables had dirty napkins and what ever people left over.

This is for the Burger King on San Miguel Canyon. June 12,…read more2026, between 4:30-5:00 pm First, the food was fine. My complaint is about the service: The conversation at the drive through went something like this: -----Can I take your order? "Yes please, I would like a Whopper Jr with cheese" -----Anything else? "Yes please, a small... no, wait..." -----Small fries "No, not fries. A value coke, no ice" -----Anything else? "No, thank you, that's all" ----That will be 10.84 (can't be sure of the exact number because she refused to give me my receipt) At the window -----That's 10.84. "Would you please read my order back to me?" -----No, you tell me what your order is (That's not usually how it's done, but ok) "A Whopper Jr with cheese" -----Yes. "And a value coke, no ice" -----Yes, that's 10.84 "That seems like too much." -----That's what it is Then there was this back and forth, something like -----You rule "But it's too much," several times (not angry, just confused. I make the same order every time and I know it isn't almost $11, but since she had me repeat my order at the window... I was really confused) I handed her my card She gave me my drink and my card I asked for my receipt There were fries on the receipt. (Note: the following isn't exactly what was said, but I wasn't recording it, so it went something like the this:) "Wait, I didn't order fries" -----Yes you did "No. I started to order a small drink, and you said 'small fries,' and I said 'no fries, a value coke with no ice.' -----No, you ordered fries "No, I didn't" -----They come with the meal. "What meal? I didn't order the meal." -----Yes you did. "No, just the Whopper Jr and value coke. And wait, what's this? Why is there a cone on my order? I didn't get a cone" -----You ordered the kid's value meal, but I took off the cone "I didn't order a Meal. Value Coke, not Value Meal" (Maybe she thought I ordered the Cheeseburger Jr. Meal, but can't she tell the difference between that and a Whopper Jr w/Cheese?) Somewhere in all that she told me several times "You rule," which I know is their slogan, but it made no sense in the context of her repeatedly telling me I was just wrong. It was almost like she was trying to get rid of me, but I really have no idea, so I overlooked that. That went on for awhile and she finally refunded me 3.00 cash (for the fries), which brought what I paid down to around 7.80, which was still $1 more than my meal should have cost, but at that point I gave up. Then I asked for my receipt. (This is a very shortened summary of a repetitive back-and-forth discussion) She told me she couldn't give me my receipt I told her I needed it for my statement She told me I would still get my statement I know that, but I told her I needed the receipt to check it against my statement. And she went back to the beginning and told me she couldn't give me my receipt We went around and around about that again. I don't know what she was worried about, but there was no way she was going to give me that receipt I asked to speak with the manager, but she told me that she was the manager. There were now two cars behind me, so I just left. No sense making them wait any longer. How could this have been resolved better? When I told her she got my order wrong, the easiest thing for a manager to do would have been to just void the order and redo it. Or I should have asked for a duplicate receipt, which a manager would know how to do. In fact, I'm surprised now that she didn't just offer that. I know they do it because about 25% of the time they have already printed and tossed my receipt, and when I ask for it, they just print a duplicate. But I did forget to ask that. Now, for a possible explanation (and one that would have easily allowed her to save face): their intercom system doesn't work very well. Maybe it cut out when I said "no, no fries," and if she repeated the order back to me, maybe it cut out while she was doing that so I didn't hear that the order was wrong. Also, either most of the time the display either isn't working at that Burger King (San Miguel Cyn), or they aren't bothering to use it, because if my order had come up on the screen, we could have corrected it then. She was clearly annoyed that I was arguing about the order. Maybe she thought I was calling her a liar, which I was not. But she certainly didn't didn't seem willing to straighten it out. So easy. Just blame it on the intercom, void and redo the order. She saves face and the customer is happy, going away thinking how easily the manager had handled the whole thing. No, I'm not all worked up about a $1 difference. I was frustrated that I wasn't listened to and that she felt that she had to dig in her heels and stand her ground about how wrong the customer was. Not a good look for the business.

I understand they have a closing time of 8:30, and was happy to just get served, but I feel like it's a missed opportunity not to just stay open until 9pm on Friday's and Saturdays? Weak! What's the difference? I guess it's just a Prunedale thing. The waitress was nice and offered me a water while I waited. Water tasted weird even with a lemon wedge squeezed into it. To-go bag came fully loaded with chips salsa and avocado dressing which I appreciated. Everyone seemed cool there and they were playing music in the back and having fun which was good to see they have a positive work culture here. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and would rate them a 6/10. Raw red onions on top seemed out of place and it was covered in way too much cheese that wasn't melted so I removed that. The chicken was slightly dry and fine but didn't seem super fresh... I was pretty hungry so I enjoyed it enough to almost finish it. It was a good portion and price point of $18 seemed correct. I think you just need to know what to order here. I came here before and I would highly recommend their ceviche. I would have rated them a 3/5 but don't really feel the need to hurt their score at all but they could do better for what they're presenting.

usually, my comments here about the food being really good in the service severely lacking- today…read morewas quite the contrary in every sense To be honest, if the young man at the register, Giovanni was not so friendly and genuinely helpful and caring then I would've wrote a very different review. We like to come get some food from here on a Friday night when I absolutely don't feel like cooking after working a 10/11 hour shift we always get the same thing usually on Friday nights the wait is pretty long so if I remember, I'll order ahead but most the time I just order in person... I had went a week ago or so and the food wait was about 35 minutes It was about 25 minutes last night. I went into this location yesterday June Friday the 19th at about 8:45 to 915 I was greeted with a genuine smile from the young men at the front counter Giovanni. He had a super good personality. He was super friendly, and you could tell he was actually doing his job according to his training. What compelled me to write this review o this young man (Giovanni )definitely wet behind the ears as he seemed a little shy, but not shy as in lacking customer service just shy about providing such good customer service ... it made sense because while I was waiting for my food, I asked him if it was super busy and he said yes well actually this is my second day so it seems very busy. The fact that it was his second day and he was the friendliest person in the establishment is saying something about the team. But I'm not even gonna get too much into that besides just giving this young man his flowers . Because the young man that was calling people's names around that same time was horribly rude. He slammed my food on the counter at me and then when I asked for the pickles I had ordered he said they were in the bag when I got home, they were not. He looks super upset that I had asked for honey and ketchup . Usually they just put it in the bag so I don't know why he was upset that I asked, I was super frustrated and if the management cares, they should definitely research who is working as the food color yesterday and talk to him because I know I'm not the only one who noticed his attitude I would like to add -I do you think if you are going to prompt your credit card machine, to give a tip you should also have a tip jar for people that are paying cash that would like to tip the employees that way. I'm a tip in cash type of girly. The food was super lacking This experience. The noodles from the mac & cheese were very overdone and it just wasn't the normal stuff that you usually get here - there was about five french fries in my bowl and (surprisingly )overloaded with chicken. However, I ordered a rice plate that comes with two chicken tenders, and those were the saddest little tenders I ever seen shriveled up in that box. I wish I would've took pictures, but to be honest I was just over it by the time I got home. They should've put some of that chicken that was overflowing to compensate for the lack of french fries into that plate where those sad little strips were located. It wasn't horrible, but it just definitely wasn't the same and I know you can't hit it out of the park every time. I know we will be back ...I really wanted to write this review for that young man Giovanni, I know reviews matter and I hope someone says something to him that he was mentioned or he sees it himself.

We finally got the chance to check it out. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The Prunedale Market is located along side the highway 101 freeway in the small town of Prunedale. It looks like a simple small market store to grab quick snacks and drinks. Once inside there is a BBQ and deli section to your right. A small dining area is to your left. The decor is old fashioned and quaint. The 2 gentlemen greet you with friendly hospitality. We ordered the Tri tip sandwich, half slab of ribs which includes 2 potatoes and a cup of corn chowder. The pit master/owner Martin, who use to work for Original Joe's, was kind enough to also include a quarter chicken leg, a sausage, and extra ribs. It was so much food for our party of 3. Everything was delicious and hearty. The Tri tip sandwich was scrumptious with the flaming Fritos adding a nice crunchy texture and kick with every bite. The ribs were juicy and smokey. Potatoes complemented very well with the rest of the meat and chicken. Corn chowder was so tasty and creamy. I did not know corn chowder was that good. Overall we enjoyed our experience at the Prunedale Market. The staff were super nice and accommodating. They even offered for our son to grab some free ice cream to go. We politely declined. The prices were very reasonable. All that food fed us for the next 2 days. Lol. We hope to be back when we are in the area with other friends and family.
