I ordered an ice cream cone on the app with $10 in purchases , but the machine wasn't working. I was offered 2 pies as a substitute,I declined as I dislike the pies there and asked for 3 cookies, 3 specifically instead of 2 because what I really wanted was a cone ( $1.29) , and while cookies taste good (2 for $1) they are not as satisfying. I was told sure. I eat half of my large meal in the restaurant, then open the bag of cookies and only see 2. I go up to the counter to ask about the 3rd cookie that's missing, and am told that I didn't get 3 cookies because 2 cookies cost the same as a cone . I already know this to be false, $1.29 cone, 2 for $1 cookies , difference of 29 cents + tax (32 cents) , which I rounded up to 3 cookies because of this inconvenience. I explain this at the counter and am told that I am wrong, that 2 cookies is $1.29 here, differently priced than the app I just paid on. I point to the menu board behind the workers head, stating 1 cookie 59 cents, and make it clear, it's 59 cents for 1, $1 for 2. i was denied the cookie. IDC about 0.32 , i worked in this business and I know for sure you never substitute with Less than the customer ordered, you go equal + free item (like a dessert or a drink) or something that was better than they originally ordered. For example, if a person orders 10 nuggets, they pay, you find out there's only 6 nuggets left. You don't offer a refund as the first solution, you don't have them settle for 6 nuggets either. You offer them 6 nuggets and 2 chicken strips . Fulfills a similar purpose, but makes it clear, you may not be getting what you ordered, but we hope you are pleased with the solution. That is not the kind of treatment I received here. I left satisfied with the meal but dissatisfied with the treatment. I could throw those 32 cents in a wishing well and never look back, but instead I'm here posting about a cookie, because that is Not the way to do business or represent a billion dollar company. read more

Open late and they're pretty fast. Food is the same as any other McDonald's out there, so no bonus or deduction from the average 3-star rating here. I haven't had as much trouble as some of the other reviewers here with their orders, but I might just be lucky. They're often training new workers though, so you might get caught with a slow order handler. read more

Really disappointed in this McDonald's. I've been coming here since I was little and wow this place has gone DOWN HILL!!!! The food quality is absolutely horrible. Everything I ordered practically came burnt (Yes burnt!), dried out, cold, and over salted. I know it's rough working in a fast food chain, but come on. The staff act like they are zombies. I asked for fresh fries since they were cold, and had four workers stare at me. When I finally get my fresh batch of fries they were still cold! NEVER GOING IN THAT RESTROOM AGAIN! I swear their restroom smelled like someone died in there. It was filthy and had rolls of toilet paper on the floor. I found a cracked iphone on the side and brought it up to the register to turn it in. The manager was texting on her phone, and I had to say excuse me quite loud to get her attention. Bottom line this place needs to shape up. A customer shouldn't see a manager idly standing by playing on a cell phone, they need to get their act together and get their team of employees on the same page. Went to this location after visiting the Lagos golf course and It has to be the slowest drive thru I ever visited. The drive-thru line can get real long sometimes, but this McDonalds joint knows the meaning of FAST food, because the lines almost always go fast. I usually get a McChicken with pickles in it. Crap Food that makes you Crap! That's as far as the food goes, but you knew that already. Me, personally, I'm addicted to their fries. I think they sprinkle it with crack. This location was remodeled like most of the local McDonalds. They look great, aesthetically, however as far as function goes - it sucks! It looks more Cafe'ish ala Starbucks, however the seating doesn't meet the need. For instance, they have these large booths that sit up to 4-6 people which are always occupied by one person with a laptop or by 2 people. So, when you really do have a large family, they're forced to sit at the little stools which is not good for families with infants. There's just not enough seating here considering the amount of traffic they get. It's a McDonalds, so expectations aren't high, but why remodel when it takes away seating and why provide free wifi, it's contradicts each other. I love McDonalds fries!! I think these are the best fries ever!! I often get cravings of mc donald's fries. They are so crispy and tasty. Yummy! I go to this McDonald's to fufill my McDonald's french fries craving!! It's in a plaza with Rite Aid and an asian grocery store.It's close by and has a drive through, which is very convenient! This location also has a playground so kids and eat and play after they eat. I don't really remember how the inside of this McDonalds restaurant on this location looks like, because I usually go through drive through. Unlike other McDonalds, this one actually has the fountain drink and sweet tea dispensers on the restaurant side and not behind the counter. Love unlimited refills without getting a weird look from the workers. I come to this location sooo much just because it's close by. Honestly, I only use the drive through because I don't want to go in due to the people I've encountered before. There is a descent amount of homeless in this area so they will come around here to get a meal. One did scare me so that's why I do drive through. Anyways, they started doing this thing similar to In-N-Out by having a physical person stand at the drive through line to take your order. I can understand this concept if there's a ridiculously long line of cars or if the speaker box is broken. Every time I drive up with a person standing there, it's for neither reason. Everything is working fine and there's only one car in front of me. So I always feel weird driving pass the person only to speak into the speaker box. As for the food, it's McDonalds so you can't expect much. Always try to ask for the ketchup if they don't offer and be careful for the one car that is parked to the side in drive through since they're still waiting for their food. It is a pretty decent location. However the food service is ok, they serve everything fast. But I noticed that they cleaned and then went to the register not using any hand sanitizer and that scared me. So I ordered something that only the cooks can really touch which would be the chicken nuggets and that's not what I really wanted to order but it seemed the safest thing because of the box instead of the plastic wrap that they grab the sandwiches with which could infect the food. I think if we practice standard hygiene and not talk while making the food would be the safest thing because of the exposure to viruses and toxins. This mcDonalds is in a good area adjacent to housing, there is plenty of alternative choices in the area. But I will come back here due to the fact the presentation is nice and so is the decor in this location flat screen TVs and ok customer service for McDonald's change in their struggle to hire really confident and mature people I understand their business concept and I cannot hate them for trying really hard in a trying time to hire really good customer driven young people.
