Further along in my travels and I was in need of a quick meal before I headed home. I pulled off at this exit and found myself in front of here. It was chaotic to enter and navigate the lot. I had to cut through a line of traffic to get into the lot. When I was able to navigate the lot I had to then find a parking spot. None of them were available near the entrance to the lot so I decided to go around the building and saw there were spots, but an entitled person decided to park sideways in several spots and left nowhere else to park on that side. So I went to what is basically the front of the building and found a spot. Such chaos. Finally inside, I used the kiosks to link my account and place my order. Order placed, took a number and found a table. Situated myself and just waited for my food to come out. After a bit it did appear and I was about to dig in. However, there was no ketchup on the tray and it appeared there is no ketchup out in the restaurant to grab my own. I went to the counter and had to wait until a staff member came to the counter. Interestingly enough it was the staff member that delivered my tray and she thought I was there to order something. I just wanted ketchup and after saying that she handed me a few packets and I went back to my seat. Can't say much about the food, it is what it is. We all know what McDonald's taste like and there isn't anything special to it. Leaving here was just as chaotic. I was trying to pull out and was almost in an accident. One morning we dine in for breakfast, the floor was extremely slippery from a mop that had Grease! It seemed like someone took butter and rubbed it on the floor, to prepare it for baking cookies. We were all very careful walking, but my daughter still slipped and on her back. Staff turned their faces away and noone apologized. The food is your typical McDonald's flavor cant complain about it. But it is the workers who don't care about safety in this location is more concerning to me. Either they need to hire more people so they are not under staff, someone could help out clean the oil off the floor, or hire poeple with integrity, honesty, humility.. or just someone who cares a little. read more

I used my points to order a free Frappie. My daughter used her app to order in the same car. We went through the drive through. We pulled up to the service window and the young girl was not polite and said she did not have my order. Only had one. She said I had to drive around again, so I did. I went to first window and the lady replied "oh" to my situation. Punched some things into the computer. They deducted 4500 points from my account TWICE and left me with a few hundred. I did not use all my points that day because I wanted to come back for another free item. That's my choice until they stole all my points. I contacted McDonalds TWICE in the app about this situation, so far I heard crickets about my situation. This place is definitely dirty on the inside- obviously it was a rainy day and a ton of people with muddy boots had been in and no one had cleaned the floors. There was no one up front so we used the kiosks to order- food came out fairly quick. Bathrooms were a bit grimy and no paper towels, just an old dryer that didn't really work. The chicken nuggets were good but the fries could have used more salt. My quarter pound burger was good but they had massive cut raw onions on top? 2nd time I have ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich. No tomato both times. Also, both nights there was 3-5 employees outside smoking cigs (no problem if u need a smoke break) but the line was long, food time was long so they probably skipped the tomato part. My ice cream cone was completely melted and the service was horrid. I got my food through the drive through and it took over 30 minutes to get it. The workers were unfriendly and uninviting. Stopped here on the way home from a trip as another person in our group doesn't like Wendy's. This McDonald's is located in the same plaza as a Walmart and several other businesses. Larger McDonald's compared to others I've seen with plenty of seating. Problems began with the wait time after ordering, fast food should be fast, and it took over seven minutes to receive my meal. We would have sat down, but they didn't give us our soda cups. The beverage and condiments area was messy and should have been cleaner. For some reason, they don't have Ketchup pumps, only packets. The French Fries were almost cold by the time I sat down. Overall, the whole restaurant could have used a cleaning. Experience eating here was less than stellar and this McDonald's needs some work. read more

One of the better ones when it comes to food quality, but still. They never seem to have anything that I want, and I am very picky about my food here. I only like a few of the main course items on the menu, and all of them are breakfast items. I thought they had all day breakfast, but when I went around noon, they said they got rid of it- for now. And since the COVID-19 pandemic hit, they seem to have completely gotten rid of the yogurt, which is probably my favorite item there. I have lived in the area for years, and I go on road trips a lot, so I have had experience from other McDonalds. This one seems to be really slow with service. However, food quality is still better here than others that I have been to. But there is still a lot of room for improvement here. read more

I ordered in-store on a Saturday morning. It didn't seem very busy, but the cashier, Turner, was clearly overwhelmed. He was very rude to several customers, didn't speak up so anyone could hear him, and didn't know the menu well. Many orders ahead of me were rung up wrong or missing items. I usually reserve McDonald's trips for road trips or when we are really tight on time. We stopped here yesterday after grocery shopping as we wanted something quick. Unfortunately, I think I literally could have gone home, unthawed some hamburger and cooked one up for myself faster than I received my food from here. It took 35 minutes to get our order. My mom had gone inside, and would have left if not for the fact she had already paid for our meals. Unfortunately, the slowness wasn't the only bad thing, as when I got my cheeseburger, it was burnt.
