The food was yum. (Well as good as can be). My daughter got her usual order, nuggets and fries. With ranch. This time around, she ordered 7 ranches and we were flabbergasted to find they only gave us 1. I understand that 7 is a lot, but they could've given us at least 3. Not a skimpy 1. If I could give this play zero stars, I would. So apparently there's an app to order food from but the phone has to physically be in the store in order to collect the food and the manager here would NOT help. I was picking the food up for a friend who could not drive. Instead of helping me, this prick of a manager, wanted me to download the app or go back home to get the friend. When I tried to ask another question, he tried to ignore me. What a stupid App!! I literally stormed out of there. Who thought I'd write a review for McDonald's?! Certainly not me. I stopped at this Somerville,NJ McDonald's for breakfast with my son. What a delightful surprise we had. The young man who took our order, Corey, was so pleasant. After we ordered, he told us to sit and they'd bring our meals to us. The tray was delivered promptly by the same young man. He even stopped back to ensure everything was to our liking. What a wonderful way to start the day! It was a pleasant surprise and not what I would have expected at McDonald's. read more

I went through the drive thru today. After I ordered noticed that my order was given to the car infront of me the driver opened the bag and put her face and she noticed that it was the wrong order. When I reach the pickup window the worker inside tried to hand me everything that the lady infront of Mr had handle. I was about to write another somewhat negative review about McDonalds, until I tasted their new fresh-grilled burger - - pretty decent, but I try to stay out of that place, because it is mass produced and who knows what is in the meat, the buns but the french fries (that i should never eat because of diet, only) are fabulous....burger is much better but you have to wait 4 - 6 minutes parked outside so don't expect to go to drive-in window and have them pop out with that new style burger...but, its worth it, and likely will drive you to get the McDonalds app to pre-order food for pick-up, the new Faster Food fast food.... read more

I pay the cashier and she hands me a numbered stand to place on my table and someone would deliver my food there. 20 minutes later in a practically empty store and I'm still waiting for my simple mcmuffin. Over the years, McDonald's changed the way that I look at fast food. I used to see it as cheap, lacking quality, and the last resort to if you needed to eat something if you were desperately hungry. Now, however, McDonalds changed; their restaurants were remodeled with a more modern and contemporary look to them, they introduced my favorite burger, the Clubhouse, and have increased their standards dramatically. Why you may ask, did I give them a 4/5 rating? Well, for the expectations and what I get out of it, it does perform like a restaurant now. read more

Worst McDonalds ever!!! McDonalds is not supposed to start serving breakfast until 5 AM. I arrived there at 4:15 AM after an 8-hour drive and just wanted to order some items off the regular menu. The woman at the drive-thru wouldn't accommodate me at all. I even offered to pay more for them to do it for me. She said breakfast starts at 4 AM (I checked the website and it says it's 4 AM for CANADA. I'm sorry but I thought this was the US.) At the McDonalds locations by my school, it's 5 AM, that's how I know. Either way, WHO CARES??? It was only 15 minutes past 4 AM, and there was no one else there. Of course, I won't be coming back. And it's their loss if they didn't want an extra $$$ that they could have pocketed just for cooking a couple of burgers. read more

The drive through service was extremely nice and quick, but the fries were very stale and not hot, the cheese burger was abnormally dry, and the the lettuce on the McChicken was soggy limp and white. Nothing was extremely horrible and outright bad, but the food was definitely not what I've come to know from other McDonald's. read more

Most times of day or night the people in the drive-thru have the worst attitude. Tonight my husband and I go through the drive-thru and the person was rude to start off, my husband asked for a moment and he yells, "What!?" as if we've annoyed him. The deal we were looking for wasn't listed on the menu board, but we had recently purchased it elsewhere so we decided to ask. When we said hello another person answered. When we asked about the specific deal she began making jokes instead of answering the question, laughing with someone in the background before saying, "I'm just playing, we do have the 2 for $5." which was NOT the deal we asked about. We decide not to get anything and tell them as much, the young woman says, "Aww you're not going to get anything?" in an extremely condescending tone. When we pass the window on he way out there are two people staring and laughing in the window (I'm assuming both of the people we spoke to) and the guy is a manager. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, which is a shame because it looks so nice. read more
