I make it a habit to only eat at the golden arches like once every blue moon. Well the moon was blue (poetically speaking) so it must have been that time again to grace the scary clown's presence. Really, I was in a hurry for a quick lunch to which this was the only spot for me to grab a bite on the go. I ordered a kids meal. If you read my reviews you know I eat a lot but I didn't trust the food will be as fresh as I wanted and I thought I would give my son a toy. At the time it was those weird emojis things, I guess that is a thing now? My dog ended up liking the toy. But anyway, I digress- I chose the safest route and went with the chicken nuggets. You can choose either a yogurt, apple slices, or cutie with your kid's meal. Don't get the apple slices, it was weird to me- just don't ask. The fries were soggy and a disappointment, a bit overly salted. The chicken nuggets were okay with the sauces. I always get a stomach ache after I eat here, maybe it was my body telling me "Hell naw Jess, go get some In & Out." I don't know, but all I know is I will be back again when the moon turns blue. It's Mcdonalds, this was my childhood. You can't ever get rid of this place from your diet. 2 stars for the nice service. The workers do deserve some kudos too. read more

Pretty sure this is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to but the next closest one is on Valley. Not really worth taking up the drive for lunch. I mean, how much do you really expect out of a McDonalds. The drive thru service is slow and the people are really mean. Got my order wrong once. I ordered 2 apple pies and a coffee. The lady gives me my coffee cup. Then she's about to give me the bag, and she pulls back, looks into the bag, then slaps on a "Triple check" sticker on it. Funny thing is, I had an urge to check the order right before she did that, but then decided against it. Got to work, reached in for my apple pie. Felt something greasy. I go to this McDonalds because it's close to my work. Service is usually okay but they get it wrong some times. But within the last week, they f'd up my order twice. First incident was when I went thru drive thru and ordered egg mcmuffin meal. total came out to like $5.29. I drive up to the cashier to pay. She tels me its $6 and i give her my card. She hands me back my card and I"m on my way. Come to find out later after checking online that the stupid girl at the register charged me for $5.29 AND $6 for my single transactions. So I hop in my car and drive back. Show them the screw up and they refund me my $6. I should have complained more for time loss and aggravation. Second one was when I ordered a Egg McMuffin meal and the stupid lady gets me an oatmeal. She said she thought I said "oatmeal", not "egg mcmuffin". WTF is that?! read more

Very dirty.. Second shit has a manager, female, that has big attitude.. Very rude. Bathrooms are dirty and always broken hand drier. And they had taken down the check off cleaning list so there's no telling when it was clean. Some Mexican guy in stall one day door unlocked, doing some drugs up his nose.. Old guy in pick up truck sleeps in lot, apparently friends with 2 shift manager as the talk alot. Pissed because I came here at night one time, I only received my sweet tea and 40 pc of nuggets when I had ordered 2 apple pie as well. Course I didn't drive back because I just wanted to eat. I haven't went back since then, but today I decided to go to MCd since it was on the way to school. I ordered a double fish filet and sweet tea... while eating my fish filet I found a long burnt out brittle red hair in the cheese of my fish filet. If I could give this McDonald's negative stars, I would. All I ordered was 1 mcwrap, 1 cheeseburger and 1 happy meal. They gave me my bag of food and said have a nice day. As I got back to work, I opened my bag and found only the McWrap inside. I was furious! I had to drive all the way back to the store and tell them that I didn't receive the rest of my food. Once I got there, the shift leader (dirty brown curly hair female) said "I gave you your nuggets, I know for sure." Excuse me? The customer is always right and no you cannot argue with me. Service was super slow and unfriendly here :( The gentleman in front of me was actually ordering his food through his phone, while having the cashier guide him through the whole ten minute process. Came here for lunch a few days last week, since its so close to work. I've only use the drive thru and no issues. Went there 3 days last week and got my order correct for all 3 days. Fast service, shorts lines (11am - have an early lunch). The only thing I dont like is, as you exit the drive thru theres a huge rain drain that dips really steep, so if your car is lowered watch out. read more

Maybe you should train your staff to let them know someone is in the drive thru! Pick for uber specifically says pick the faster option whether be inside or go through drive through. There was no one there so I went through. Omg I go in and the Caucasian manager only way I can describe him tells me I didn't know no one told me and that they don't expedite for uber customers I get that but they are customers too also there was no one even in there so I don't get it. If I could give negative stars I would! This McDs is the worst one I've been to by far. Let me just say..the employees are rude & horrible and obviously hate their jobs and the management is worse. But then again they do say "Employees reflect Leadership" and here they do indeed. They rarely get the order right and when you call or go back to tell them about your missing food they get mad..mad! like it's my fault your employees don't check the order before practically throwing it out the window. Drinks are never filled all the way to the top and when I asked for it to be filled more, the employee had the nerve to scoop in more ice right in front of me. Altho they are open 24hrs (drive thru) they are THE slowest mcdonald's I've ever been too. I go into work at 1am some days and 5am other days. And they can't manage to take an order and give u the food in less 15 min. I just had to leave at the end without out the food. I live by USC where the lines at mcdonald's are pretty long and I still get my food faster than this.. I mean what the hell? Do they only have one microwave working? When and if you do get the food it's pretty good though. Just like all the others. They fixed it up so it looks really nice. They just need to use more people the mornings. I always see 2 guys cleaning the dining area when I head to the drive thru. They don't open that part for 5 hrs. read more

Not too much to expect from McDonalds, but this location just keeps getting worse and worse with every visit. I've honestly decided to travel out farther from home than to come back to this drive-thru location (don't even get me started on this horrendous drive-thru!). I have gotten off and eaten in the dining area a few times, which is what I'd recommend any day. But that drive-thru? They've changed it into a 2-window drive thru, which is totally unnecessary when their crew is running one window? This evening set me off when they took forever with my coffee order. I ordered a medium peppermint mocha, one of their new promotional drinks, and I saw them almost give me a small. They noticed I ordered a medium, literally poured it into a medium cup and added a drop of more coffee. Didn't even fill up the damn cup! And where's my whipped cream yo?! I rarely get MCdonalds, but we were in a rush and needed some food for the road for my kids. We typically get rude customer service at this location but we got lucky this last time. We went through the drive thru, Abigail helped us at the window. My kids super picky and Abigail was very patient with my kids orders. Seriously need to clean and disinfect the children's play area. 1. Tunnels, mats and activities have this thick layer of dirt due to negligence of daily cleaning 2. Floor of eating area extremely dirty including food and HAIR...mind you this is the kids area still 3. While the food was consistent with McDonald's fare and adequate. This location is actively trying to push its customers into ordering on kiosks by pushing cash only at the registers. Forcing people to use the cold kiosks (that did not work correctly twice) also took out the human element that lost our order!! I try with all my might to not visit this McDonalds, because of the angry locals but I was so hungry and this is the only eatery for a few miles. I didn't know until a few days ago why so many old men are so territorial about this location and try to block the entrance or parking spots. There was a deal on the mobile app for free nuggets and I wanted to use it. While outside, these old guys were talking about their "favorite girl" being there.
