This was the worst experience with McDonald's ever!!! Yesterday in the afternoon I made an online order through App and went to pick up at curbside. I found out there was nowhere to let me put the curbside number on the app so I drove to drive thru with my pick up number. But at the window was told they could not find my order. I showed the receipt of my order on my App and even the charge from my mobile banking. Later they printed out the paper of my order and let drive up to the next window. Then the manager came and told me I didn't pay??? I showed again of my receipt and the charge to my bank but she still insist saying I didn't pay. I don't know what's the problem here, they found my online order but said I didn't pay. Then I asked her what I could do. She told me to contact customer service. At the time I had been there for more than 30 minutes and I was so hungry. But I still checked the App and was trying to find out how to solve while the App mentioned if this is happening ask the restaurant to help solve. Then I turned back to her to ask her what she could do. She kept saying "I don't know." What should I do??? App told me the order cannot be canceled while the restaurant manager didn't know anything but showing a bad attitude. Was that a professional way from a McDonald's store manager to respond like this? Not sure if there was problem with system but I was sure there was problem with her attitude and her professional level. When I asked for my order the coffee was full to the top with Ice and watered down from sitting on the counter. I go to this McDonalds because its fairly close to the office building I currently intern at. The reason why I'm giving this McDonalds a five star rating is because of the service. This lady, named Debbie, was super considerate and professed a great amount of help. She was one of the friendliest workers I have ever met at my visits to this McDonalds. Service- Debbie is the best!!! There are many ratings for this McDonalds giving it a two star rating and such, but I would just like to pitch that this is McDonalds, a fast food chain restaurant. You shouldn't expect a five star hotel service. You come here because it's cheap and fast. As such, I have had a good experience at this chain, so I'm not quite sure what everyone else is saying. Ok, I never thought that I would ever be writing a review for a McDonald's, better yet give a fast food restaurant a 5 stars but I think I'm just wow'd. We were heading to a funeral at Rose Hill, and I wanted something to eat. We figured we can just grab McDonald's, something fast. We ordered McDouble, Double Double, 20 piece McNuggets, fries, large drink. I'm not sure if I was just hungry or pregnant, but it was literally the best McDonald's meal I've ever had-- the best that my boyfriend and I have ever had! Everything was crisp, fresh, and made to perfection. I sound ridiculous and a little embarrassed. Buuuuut. The next day, we came back because it was the burial and we wanted to make sure we weren't trippin'. And whattayanoe! Still made with perfection! We're not from the area. So yesterday, we tried the McDonald's in our town and nope, nothing can compare. We were tempting to drive to Whittier (about a 40 minute drive for us) because of how amazing the food was made but of course, it's not that serious But I do have to say, who ever is in the kitchen those days should be training all the McDonald's! read more
