I haven't been able to place an order here for 2 years. I try maybe 3-4 times a year. If I want a breakfast burrito, they don't have breakfast burritos. If I want a shake, they don't have shakes. If I want an egg mcmuffin, they don't have egg mcmuffins. If I want a hamburger, they don't have hamburgers. HAMBURGERS! If I do get to place an order and want to pay with a debit card, they don't take debit cards. If i have cash, they aren't accepting cash. I usually go pretty late in the evening or very early morning. They are clearly just shooing way customers. I'm done. I will never eat McDonalds again. Its poison anyways. read more

I mean the quarter pounder actually drips grease while you're eating it! I can only guess that the health dept is planning to shut it down. If not, then they are not paying attention. This McDonald's is the worst place I have ever been to. The bitch in the first window today had an attitude the whole time and didn't even let me finish my order. She told me to pull up to the first window if I wanted more things on my order and so I did and she forgot my cheeseburger and fries. The cheese burgers here btw suck and so do the fries. Stopped on just to sign some papers bought a pop which they were going to give me for free but i said i wanted to pay. Napkin dispenser empty and open. Lids all gone. Drink area a total mess. Garbage cans over flowing. All tables dirty. The bathroom looked like a crime scene. The employees are all standing around shooting the shit and they want 15 an hour. What a joke. This is probably the worst McDonalds I have ever been at. Stopped for a quick meal on the road. Employees are super rude, drive thru worker was less than enthusiastic about his job miserable didn't even say a word just nodded his head. The manager was the worst of them all she yelled "I don't give a fu#k what you guys do today" so that we heard through the closed glass window the cashier looked at us in horror. I am shocked this place is still open. I waiting 17 minutes, yes 17 minutes I timed it, for a happy meal. This was inside not drive thru. No employees were wearing glove, no smiles, no friendly attitude. One guy sneezed and didn't even attempt to cover his mouth. I was so grossed out I didn't even want to eat my food. Finally and get home ope. My bag and all the food is cold, not warm but completely room temp. Cherry on top there was a hair in my fries. I threw all my food out and will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Someone from corporate needs to check on this store and have it completely re staffed. The entire time I was waiting all the employees were talking and joking with absolutely NO sense of urgency for the customer. Staff is very unprofessional for a McDonalds: side chatter instead of taking your order and generally screwing around. They also short you on the fries and they're often lukewarm but that's a McDonalds wide problem. read more

Their vanilla shake machine has been out of service for over a week. When I tried to order one on 9/23/14, the order taker said something intelligible, so I ordered a beverage I didn't really want, just for something to drink. When I complained to the drive-thru cashier, he said that they had tried to repair the machine, but it failed again. That was the last time I'll go to that location. read more

I normally wouldn't even review a fast food joint but DONT GO HERE, at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday at least. I have pretty much sworn off McDonalds but was in one those moods so I hit the drive through. It started by me waiting about 3-5 mins for anyone to acknowledge me to the point I almost did a lap to see if they were getting robbed or something. After that I have to give my order 3 times while the guy kept cutting me off to converse with other employees but forgetting to hit his mute button. At the payment window I had my card snagged/run/and handed back with no greeting (yea I feel like a moron for using a card for fast food but I forgot my cash). At least the kid handing out the food gave me a "have a good night". This solidified that I will never eat at McDonald's for the rest of my life. I actually could understand or side with a little garbage attitude if they were getting ready to close but this is a 24 hr joint! read more

Went this evening for a large triple chese and large sweet tea. I remember now why I stopped coming here. Its draw of a convenient 24 hour drive thru and close location stop at the intercom where you wait. After waiting for someone to come on the intercom. You wait again for the cashier to finish taking orders, you relinquish your payment, then wait to receive a receipt until they are again finished with the next order. After pulling up, and waiting, You look inside to see nobody. Finally someone will grab your delicious sweet tea in the wrong size and hand it to you. As they walk away and you have more time to wait and look at your receipt you realise that when they said large back too you they were looking at the medium button. At this point you just want to leave. So as you get your bag and leave you sip your sweet tea you saw them pour out of the correct container and and shake your head in sadness. You hope your endurance is rewarded with them signature fries and burger and get warm bland sogginess. read more

I always took for a fast food restaurant in the morning because I am busy and it is easy to get foods what I want so quickly. I like this place. Always clean and fresh food. But work staffs are sometimes rude. Maybe because I don't look like rich to buy cheap hamburger. I don't know why. They speak too fast. But, when there was a male manager, I got exactly what I wanted when the menu was changing from breakfast to lunch. Thanks and train your work staffs just like you. read more

im not even going to bother saying how awful this place is. have you been here. just think about this, what if they were actually getting paid $15 an hour. the only time this place was fast and efficient was back in like 2013, then it went back to the dogs. this place is garbage. nice to know this is what high society people accept as normal. in 2013 this place use to have lines out the door, fast and accurate drive through service for about a year then they turned back into, well have you been here lately, no, good. the pizza hut next door went out of business. i think its about time this mcdonalds throws in the towel.
