I feel like my wife and I are single handedly funding this place. Taco Bell, hands down, is our favorite fast food place. This location in particular does a phenomenal job fulfilling orders and making sure the food items we order are packed with all the ingredients. Sure, sometimes this location has an "off day", but to me that's normal for a fast food place. This location just remodeled so it's even better than before and obviously they're doing something right. Order on the app to be sure that you get the right food and be patient at night due to the line. Only complaint is that this location needs to be open later! Lady didn't know the difference between a Baja Blast and a Mountain Dew. They're completely different colors/taste. Her other coworker behind her (manager I think) was literally telling her we ordered 2 Baja blasts and she kept trying to argue it. It sucks if they force you to use a kiosk. My order was right, the food is good, but for dine-in, if they're not going to give you a tray to eat off of, they really should clean their tables consistently. This Taco Bell isn't so bad, I don't know why all the bad reviews? I know it's just "fast food" but I've been here a few times and it's been fine every single time. I've only ever used the drive thru here since the lobby's been closed due to the pandemic. It's easier and closer for me to get here from work, even with it being on Rochester Road. They always get my order correct, and I never have to wait more then a few minutes in the drive thru, even during lunch hours during a work day. The staff here's friendly and efficient and today I got a coupon for a free taco because the guy ahead of me had a big order. I wasn't even inconvenienced but it was nice of them to be thoughtful. Overall not a terribly bad place and I'm in and out in under 10 minutes. My orders have always been correct and I enjoy coming here when I want a quick fix and it's not far from work. Person taking orders is horrible. Food is great, but the person taking the orders a) has a hearing deficiency and literally cannot hear, and b) has no temper or filter, I don't know why this man is still working here. Yes he's older, but his voice is very obnoxious and loud and he seems to not have any common sense. Every-time I have been here my experience has been HORRIBLE thanks to this man. I try not to leave negative reviews but the experience at this Taco Bell was particularly bad. 25 minute wait for food when there were five employees and a short line of cars in drive through. We were the only customers inside and we were not even offered a drink cup. When we asked about the status of the order (we used a kiosk so just wanted to make sure it went through), the employee called us rude. When we finally did get the food, the cheesy Gordita crunch was under filled and the Mexican pizza was not cut into four pieces. The app is fucked up now and wouldn't let me add more than two things. So I ordered one on the app and one inside the store and told the guy at the counter. They never let me know when the second order was done and was just sitting on a shelf and made me stand there for 20-30 min serving everyone else. horrible service if you go anytime after 11p.m. the drive through is the only way to order at that time and if you have multiple orders in the same car they say that it is "policy" to go around for every mobile order when you can see the order already made in the window. Today I dined in to enjoy lunch with my daughters. My youngest started choking on her food and the staff didn't hesitate to jump in to help. They gave us a wet towel to clean ourselves up, replaced her taco and gave us a coupon. The help and support I received was none other than AMAZING!!!! Over the past few months the quality has gone downhill at this location. I love it when the red strawberry freeze is filled to the top of the cup and it starts leaking and stains my car seat covers. Or the outside of the cup is so sticky that when I get home I have to get it into another cup to avoid a future problem of everything being sticky that my 5-6 year old touches afterwards. This is the worst Taco Bell. The female manager there tonight was rude and condescending. The wait time here is always terrible. The food is not good in comparison to other Taco Bell's. Go to the one on Dequindre. They are always busy but the manager is so nice and they move the line swiftly. The orders are correct and good. Shredded chicken quesadilla wrap with light sauce. First it looked like they put a tablespoon of chicken and one side was toasted and when I flipped it over the other side didn't even look like it got cooked. To the point that the whole tortilla on the other side it was falling apart because it was not cooked/toasted. My first bite was all tortilla.I guess it just depends on who is working and who is actually making it because I typically have no issue when I ordered this and I ordered the same thing all the time from the same location. I rather wait a couple minutes extra in line and have my food made correctly then zoom through the line and have my good made incorrectly. So definitely disappointed in the cooking went back to have them remake it because I was just down the road and the lady at the window was very nice and apologized and had them remake it. So I will give them an extra star for her great customer service. I feel like they were made better when they were $1. Now they're $1.19 and made with less quality. read more

This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. First experience, my girlfriend and I were ordering and she gave me a quick kiss on the cheek, then we hear snickering and the words "haha gay" coming from the employees behind the counter. Once we got our food, there was sour cream on the OUTSIDE OF THE SHELL. That was gross. Then, when I complained to corporate, they called me a liar and said that they didn't see anything on the security cameras. I guess they don't mind hiring homophobic employees. Today's experience, I ordered a chalupa supreme... the shell was STALE. I've never had this happen to me before ever, I've only ever eaten chalupa supremes with a soft, warm shell. I can genuinely say that going to Taco Bell was one of, if not the worst mistake of my life, I walked in and immediately noticed a foul stench, most likely from the brown lettuce that was served on my "taco," if you can call it that. I attempted to order my food using a "kiosk." The screen was sticky and, was incredibly hard to locate the food I wanted. I finally was able to get my food, and as I walking back to my seat, a large hand FIRMLY GRASPED MY ASS CHEEK. I whipped my head around to see a strange looking man, wearing the Taco Bell uniform. I immediately smacked him across the face and proceeded to eat my food, which I should note tasted like it had been kept in a freezer for months and defrosted extremely recently. After i finished this meal, my brain was telling me to leave, but my stomach was telling me to run to the toilet, so I did. It shot right out of my ass extremely smoothly, and I encountered the employee who had gripped my ass cheek earlier. I ran out of the building, genitalia showing, bowel upset, and hands sticky, knowing I would be taking my business elsewhere next time I wanted to purchase a food product. read more
