Stopped by this McDonald's for two Happy meals for the kids. Used a credit card to purchase. The teller at the window was acting suspicious, took my card and made sure to close the drive through window. Little odd since I have the tap to pay card. Took her more time than usual to charge my card, which was odd, but not too bad. Then when I puled up to get my food. I notice the vehicle behind me use the tab feature and the drive-through teller reached out with the machine. I specifically have a credit card for weekend purchases and fraudulent protection. McDonald's was the only place I used my credit card this past weekend. Then right after leaving McDonald's, there was a $700 charge from my card to MRC-573-445-4391 MO. If I went anywhere else, I wouldn't have been confident to blame the McDonald's employee. However, I can for sure say, the McDonald's employee at the drive through register stole my credit card information. I have the receipt, will do McDonald's survey, contact Franchise manager and corporate office. And depending on time. Press criminal charges. Be careful all. Very clean restaurant. Drive thru was fast and my order was accurate. The food was very good. Hot and delicious.

I went though drive thru on 1/30/2026 at roughly 2pm-2:05pm, I and ordered 4 burgers , 1 chicken sandwich and 3 large fries. I waited in drive thru for roughly 10 min after ordering, 7 of those minutes were spent at the 2nd window, to then be asked to "park at spot 3 and they will bring out my order". I parked for another 20min and nothing came out, I even asked the slow girl with wide hips and glasses, as she was passing out curbside food, to check on my order, (when I say slow, I mean she was walking as if she were on a Sunday stroll in the park as she passed out food). After waiting longer and not being acknowledged by the slow girl with wide hips and glasses, I then went inside about 2:35ish and saw the same girl I asked to check on my food. She ignored me of course, as everyone else did. I had to call out "excuse me" to get someone's attention. Finally the slow girl with wide hips and glasses acknowledged me, as did the rude ass manager that told me to park in the first place. I asked where my DT order was as I was parked for a long while. The manager, in tight blue jeans, a white shirt, hair slicked back and 2 tacky curls on the side of her face, told the other girl to ask for my receipt DT, but she clearly remembered my order as she repeated the "chicken sandwich with cheese" back to me! I told them I did not get a receipt and the rude ugly manager says "I'll print it out", before disappearing for another 2 minutes. She then handed the receipt to slow girl with glasses who then grabbed my old burgers and rewrapped them, as I clearly heard her say she would "rebag it" and I watched her rewrap the burgers and sloppily throw them into the bag with many of my sandwiches unwrapped at the bottom of the bag. So after 35-40 min of waiting, I received 5 cold sandwiches and 3 halfway filled fries... The ugly manager with the tacky girls on her face was rude asf, didn't apologize to me, avoided making eye contact or even try to make it better with anything... and the entire staff is also poorly trained, incompetent and rude asf!!! It's a damn shame we have to pay these people $20+ dollars an hour, pay outrageous prices and receive their shitty service! Plus we can't get rude or complain , as they have access to our food and they also do not give refunds... so it take it or leave it with my shitty ass attitude and service included. This is McDonald's so expectations should be realistic. Just stick to the items you like so there is no debate. I always like to get a double hamburger, chicken nuggets, or a Filet O'Fish. They are basic but consistent. The fries are good here as well and the breakfast items will be filling. Whenever it is available, I order the McRib. This is a polarizing item but I grew up with it and like it very much. I try to get a few when they are available each year. Albeit, there are some years they are not so good but 2023 had a good tasting McRib sandwich. I like to use the mobile online app and pick up in the drive-thru line. Sometimes my order is ready by the time I get to the pick-up window, sometimes it is not. I am then sent to a numbered parking space in the lot to wait. There will ALWAYS be a car parked in that space that should not be there but the McDonald's employee always manages to find me. The people in my assigned space this time were chowing down on their food and so were the people in the pick-up space next to where I was parked. This is probably an on going problem. The lot is small so people just eat their meal in any available parking space. Overall, it is McDonald's and pretty good for traditional fast food. read more

Came & grab lunch with my friend & we hit up McDonald's on La Paz Place & decided to eat inside. We were greeted by one of the management team & she was awesome very engaging with us joking just a cool boss I wish she was my boss. The was very fresh they upgraded our medium order to a large which was very nice of them. The restaurant was super clean table's wiped down really good other staff members that were on break also greeted us ! My orders were large fries well done & a large coke slushy. It was quite disappointing when I was told that they don't have the coke slushy but they can offer me the blue one. Had I known the coke slushy wasn't ready, I wouldn't have ordered it. They did offer to give me a frappe but it was already 5 pm that I shouldn't have too much caffeine and it would have been more work for them so, I opted for a large coke. After getting my car serviced at Valley Hi Toyota, I went to McDonald's to buy some chicken nuggets and apple pies for my daughters. They love them nuggets and pies! McDonald's (at least this one doesn't) no longer have the 40 pieces + 2 large fries for $16.00 which was a steal of a deal. Now they have 20 pieces for $8.99 or 40 pieces for $16.99. I went with the latter as it was still a better deal than 2 x 20 pieces. Also got 2 apple pies. McDonald's is like a treat for my girls. As long as they are fed and are happy, it's all that matters. Ordering through the drive thru was quick and easy. Line wasn't too long. Made payment and got my foods in a jiffy. Staff was okay... not too bubbly. They just want to get you out as soon as possible... not here to chit chat... just keeping it real! It's easier that way. If you happen to be in the high desert, swing on by and support your neighborhood McDonald's or if you're on your way up to Las Vegas or on your way back from it. Happy McDonald'ing! read more

Zero rating if I could. Julianna S, is very rude, disrespectful & yelled at us for them getting our order wrong. I asked to speak to the manager as we were all uncomfortable with how she was treating g us, & she shouts at us saying she is the manager. She then proceeds to tell us that she didn't know nothing about our order as if it's our fault that the employees are not communicating with each other. She repeatedly kept asking us what our order was & we kept telling her our order. She asked for our order over 4 times. The last time we loudly stated our order again, only to have her shout at us again! We ordered at 2:53pm only to get our full order until 3:23pm. Julianna was insulting & sarcastically speaking to us with a tone & snakiness. When we were driving away she started to record us all while 2 other employees were watching & laughing. May I add the drive through was extremely packed due to dinning being closed & they had many people parked waiting for their orders, all while they were laughing & recording. We will never be going back there again! Juliana S was yelling & sarcastically giving us a thumbs up after asking to speak to manager & informing we would be contacting corporate, shortly after that we got our order & began to drive away only for her to continue harassing us & recording my family & I. I am so tired of this McDonald's. Unfortunately it's the one door dash uses for my location. Today was the second time that the Happy meals I ordered for my grandchildren came not in the Happy Meal box. I got the happy meal boxes unfolded, not put together, in the sack with the food that's supposed to go in them. Also there was no Happy Meal toy for each meal. As we all know one of the most favorite things for kids is to get Happy meals from McDonald's. They are so disappointed when they don't get there happy more toys. My grandson has been collecting the Pokemon cards and I even got him a Pokemon card holder. That's what he chose for today employee but as I mentioned neither Happy Meal had the cards or any other toy in them. If they were out of the Pokemon cards they could have at least put a different toy in. I also ordered a sweet tea for me and it was disgusting. It's very rare getting a sweet tea from there that taste like it's supposed to. The owner of this McDonald's really needs to retrain his employees including the managers.
