However, there are kiosks you can order off of or you can order via the app, or even tableside via a QR Code. He was helpful and answered my question. I asked if the Root Beer came with free refills since it was a float and the dispenser is behind the counter. He told me the Root Beer has free refills and if I wanted more Ice Cream, there would be an additional charge. I think it is the same price as buying a cone for $0.99. I can't remember, but I remember thinking I would've just bought the cone and put the ice cream in my mug & eaten the cone. I requested the Frosty Mug. I actually thought I ordered the keepsake mug, but the total for my float was less than the cost of the mug, so I knew I wasn't keeping the mug. I truly enjoyed my Root Beer Float especially after walking up and down Main Street in Downtown Visalia for a few hours in the heat. It was smooth and delicious! I couldn't resist getting the refill on the Root Beer! I made sure to save a little ice cream from the first fill. I'm glad I stopped in for the Root Beer Float! Maybe I'll try some hot food next time!

I did ask at the window and they were able to switch it to a diet soda so that made me feel a lot because I know the burger and fries were more than enough calorie wise. I got my tried and through number one double double animal style and regular fries. Hadn't been able to have anything here for a couple of years as we don't have one nearby but it was definitely worth the drive. I was so miserably stuffed before I even was done with my burger but they have such a good fresh taste you just can't help yourself. Fries here are either a love or hate thing and I happen to love them so with that in a giant drink with really nice ice I was a happy camper. Only wish there was one close to me so I could visit more often. And for anybody who is not familiar with In-N-Out yes the lines in the drive-through are worth it!

This location SUCKS! I came last night at 8:10pm and ordered 1 mc chicken I got a notification it was ready so I went inside to get it and they are telling me it isn't here at this location that they do not have anything for me but I got the receipt for it so I wait and wait I'm waiting about 25-30 mins by this time and the shift lead manager OLGA was extremely rude telling me she doesn't have to make anything if it isn't on her screen mind you they have homeless people walking in grabbing people orders from the mobile order shelves so this can be a factor but the customer service is really bad if she doesn't Ike her job or gets mad during a dinner rush maybe she should rethink her career choices. PLS do better get a better night shift crew who actually want to work as a manager that's very unacceptable she should've helped me through the situation instead of having a shitty ass attitude. it took me asking for her name for her to agree on giving me my order. read more

First off, I know this location closes on 1am on weekdays and 2am on weekends. Why am I waiting 10 minutes in the drive through at 12:30am, not a single interaction, they completely ignored me. I drove up to the second window and hear someone in the office, which im assuming is the manager and they are hiding. I drove around and see a crew member in the kitchen. I decide to go back around and again, blatantly ignoring me. They never hit the headset once. It's 12:40am at this point. I leave and drive to the McDonald's on Prosperity at 12:57am, they close at 1am as well and they took my order!! ALL WE WANTED WAS AN ICE CREAM CONE AND A FRAP. NOT FOOD. I recently visited this McDonald's location with my kids and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. There was leftover cheese on our tray, and to make matters worse, we found someone's hair. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hygiene standards of this establishment. Don't attend this McDonalds! Overheard employees talking about a manager with the Corona virus and still working her despite knowing. I can't believe they would allow her around food. Other restaurants and schools are having regulations toward this virus to help prevent it. I hope this helps to do something about it. read more

I had such a bad experience at this McDonald's. The workers were really rude and my order was completely wrong. When I received my correct order, the chicken nuggets are fries looked dry and sad. They were not fresh at all and they forgot my ranch! Would not recommend this location. read more

So where is the misstep that my order isn't being made correctly!? It's not gonna stop me from coming here, it's near the house, it's the best priced for the quality and value and the service is great. It's just the consistency is lacking and I hope the time comes where I won't have to worry about that anymore. Until then, I'll eat my fries the way the come and come back on here to voice my opinion.
