I told them I ordered 4 Double cheeseburgers, 2 Mc Chickens, and 2 large fries. They corrected my order and when I got home. I received a Diuble cheeseburger without the bottom bun. I meant to write gas-lighting which these managers and the supervisor are excellent at doing instead of being the professional that they were hired to be and correcting the problem. I never received the ten Pieces of chicken mac nuggets which I paid for, instead, the manager made it a personal issue and has singled me out saying that I'm at this establishment daily complaining daily, which is a lie. Today, one of the employees at this establishment SPIT in my daughter's bag that she received through the drive thru. He was my daughter's ex and apparently, he still had some resentment toward her for some unknown reason. When we reported the incident, the manager on duty did not respond with any urgency. The manager said, "We don't do that (spit in food here) and "What do you want me to do about it." Well of course, spitting isn't a normal process at the establishment, but it did happen. What did we want the manager to do? Act appalled, apologize and assure us that the situation would be taken care of. The manager told us the tapes would be reviewed to see what happened, and it would be taken care of, but I'm not convinced based on their initial response. The employee who did this should be fired. Sadly this place has somehow gotten worse over the years. I avoid it if I can but from time to time I'll go here. I read the recent reviews and have to 100% agree. They dump you into the reserved parking spots... you'll get more and more new neighbors but never any food. when food does come up they'll bring like 4 customers' food at the same time. So basically they use the parking lot like a batch system. So person parking #1 food was done 5-10 ago and waiting on customer #4 to be done to run the batch out. On top of it all, they screw up your order, but you're just so mad that you don't care and just leave. I've complained to corporate, told them to save their free big mac coupons and just fix this store.
