Seems like our service had improved, I seen a lot of NEW smiling faces and that makes a major difference

I am very disappointed with this Mcdonalds. Everytime we come to this Mcdonalds they make a mistake on our order, literally everytime we come here. It's either missing my hashbrown, or messed up on my ice coffee, and today they totalled our order and told us to drive forward and we wasn't even done ordering. And when we go to them with the mistake they are not SORRY, they are rude. And the only reason I come here everytime is because it's close to my work. I hope you the workers read this because I am very upset and I want to continue to come here for breakfast. So step up your game. But the cashier inside at the front window is very pleasant. read more

Horrible service! We were the only two people in line , my wife and I , we had a few alterations to our food and were laughed at and treated like we were a bother. The food was sloppily thrown together as if the cook was bothered by the special request,and even the manager took part in laughing at us as she blocked her face with her hand and made expressions to her workers and the cook. I never have a problem with drive thru service as the girl at the window knows my wife and I,but the dining room experience there was not nice or welcoming at all. read more

KZOO radio says the Lobster Roll is available in Hawaii while the Internet maintains it is only available at selected McDonald's on the mainland's east coast. Called the Waikele MD's and they said the promotion was over. Checked the Waipio MD's and they said they have enough stock to last until today. I went to the Waipio MD's for two Lobster Rolls. They weren't worth the $9.99 each - too much lettace and bun; very little lobster! Lobster tasted like it was previously frozen. The mainland Lobster Rolls are $7.99 each - shipping to Hawaii was $2 more expensive each?! read more

Very disappointed because they are suppose to be open until 1am but closes an hour early. Change your hours if you can't stay open the time that's given. Especially for people who work night shifts and try to go to this location because it's says it's open but show up and it's not. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. I have to go there at lease 2-3x a week cause we are working parents who work in town and by the time we get home it's 7-8pm. So disappointed in the service. So after church tonight we decided to get McDonald's located in Waipio. After we ordered what we wanted, we stopped to pay at the window, but to find out that the person was fixing his hair instead of focusing in his job. 2 minutes pass by and he still didn't see us, so we assumed that the window was probably closed. We went up to the next window and got our food and gave them the payment . This lady had the audacity to tell us to give me your card thinking that we were doing something wrong. She was in no place to assume that we were trying to get away without paying. Later that night I also found out that they didn't give me my Mcgriddle. They should be very ashamed of themselves. This doesn't even deserve a 1 star to be completely honest. I would never come back to this McDonald's. read more

I love this McDonalds. I work at waikele and prefer it here more because they have never failed me. Always giving out fresh fries. And the best thing I love about them.....is they know how to cook rice for their breakfast platters! read more

One bad thing about McDonald's is if you don't order chicken McNuggets they will charge you for barbeque's sauce. .50 cents per sauce. So if your order a meal you pay roughly over 6.00 dollars just for the meal add .50cents for barbeque's sauce that under 7.00 dollars for a fast food meal. Now for 7.00 dollars you can and get a plate lunch at another business. Mc Donald's complete meal prices rival that of a plate lunch business. Most consumers would choose the plate lunch over a burger meal. read more

Incompetent people working here. Came here @8:00 pm on January 7, 2015, spent more than 30 dollars, they forgot our large fries, and when we brought it up to then, they proceeded to argue with us, I don't care if you didn't charge us, just charge us and get us what we ordered. Even though we had to correct her that it was a large and not a small fries when ordering it. Will definitely be letting their upper management know, by that I mean their regionals and not their store managers. If your customer is wrong, don't argue with them, just fix it and move on. I am very upset with my recent visit to this McDonalds drive-thru. I went to McDonalds to get milk for my 2 year old daughter. I didn't think to check the expiration date and she drank some of the milk that I had bought. About a half an hour later when we got home, she began to throw up. Come to find out that the milk that I had recently purchased was spoiled and had an expiration date of the afternoon before. My daughter threw up a total of 5 times between he hours of 3:45-6:00pm and my husband and I ended up taking her to the emergency room. Which is pretty traumatic for a 2 year old. I did go back to the McDonalds to complain and just to let them know that they were selling expired milk. The manager offered me another bottle of milk, however I didn't want another milk since the damage had already been done. Again I would like to express my disappointment with the service that I received yesterday at McDonalds. Although i know as a parent I should check expiration dates before giving food to my child, I did not expect that I would receive expired food from one of the largest fast food chain restaurants in the world. read more

Today was the 2nd time I went to this McDonald's since my nephew wanted to eat something after school and I get the same drive thru person. She is so sassy and rude. The first time it happened I didn't want to say anything but this second time I got her, I had to ask the manager who was running the drive thru. So today my boyfriend and I went to this place for a late snack. I was craving the new macadamia nut iced coffee because it's so onoz! When it was our turn to order, when my bf said that I wanted the new flavor, he was saying the other flavors! Making like they didn't have macadamia nut flavor at all!! Like seriously? Are you that new?!? I was so disappointed! So later on I pasted by the mcdonalds by my neighborhood and they had a big signed that was advertising the new macadamia nut flavored iced coffee! Like seriously? Ruined my night! And sad to say the mcdonalds that was close to my house was closed. And on top of that at Waipahu mcdonalds, the employees there are so unprofessional! They were horse playing around in the lobby, other employees was working on things making the tables all messy and the ground all fluttered with rubbish! Also, my boyfriend and I got our food and beverages after like 5 minutes when they had so much workers working and we just ordered something that would take less then five minutes to make or even less then 3!
