i hate this STUPID PLACE I ordered 6 mcdoubles 4 large fries and a 40 peice nugget. THEY DIDNT BRING THE MCDOUBLE OUT the fries were cold and... the nuggets were undercooked. when we asked for compensation all they did was give us the mcdoubles AND THEY ONLY GAVE US 4 !!!! also the food kinda took a while to be given like twenty minutes, its not fast food its slightly faster then average resutraunt food. read more

I got a code that I gave the drive thru person and immediately I was asked to pull up to the window. My order took no time to be ready and my sandwich was warm and filling. This review is nothing personal just the facts for contructive feedback. I know people are gererally doing their best and I appreciate that! I go in to this location maybe once a year for food. I went for breakfast Sat. morn 21 Dec 2024. What was good? The people were friendly and the sausage egg mcmuffin was fresh and tasty. What was difficult? The menu board for one. I'm sure this is corporate directed, but It is confusing and deceptive. Aside from meal deals, as a customer, I want to easily see what is available and how much it costs. Sandwich prices are an asterisk hidden in meal deal ads. The coffee on the menu board was near impossible to locate and only listed the medium price sybolized by a tiny font "m" icon. The large of course costs more. I ordered just a large coffee and sausage egg mcmuffin. I was initially charged for TWO sandwiches plus the coffee. I noted the price discrepancy to the cashier and got it corrected. The coffee was extremely watery!! Like creamy hot water. And not the sugar amount I asked for. They did replace it at my polite request. The second one was a little better but still seemed watery to me. All in all was still a nice breakfast and enjoyed the dine-in experience on a cold December morning. read more

Could honestly put a negative star if I could let me start off so I was an employee at this McDonald's I worked here since June 2025 when I first started I was originally expecting to be a cashier everything was fine at first until overtime they would put me around to the back to help pack the food and expect me to do 3 person job all at once and don't even get me started on Terese or however you spell her name she would yell at the employees across the restaurant like she's a coach for a sport. Every Sunday I worked Alicia would annoy me and I couldn't even focus on the customers standing at the register without her saying "don't sit there" and I told her I'm not sitting im standing and she claims they are the same thing!! As for the food I've seen them serve raw meat to the customers and the fries having green on them but I was told to serve it to customers anyway and as for people picking up doordash they would just put their phones against my face 95% of the time it was an awful experience I would never recommend To anybody!!! This is our neighborhood McDonald's & normally everything is okay, not great but okay. This morning, I was craving a breakfast sandwich so I was second in line at the drive through. One car in front of me, one car at the other lane. Great, I thought... I'll be in & out in a heartbeat. I waited & waited & waited. I watched 10 or so cars get into the line & then drive off. After about 12 minutes, the car in front of me had his order taken. I pull up & wait, wait, wait, wait & wait some more. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush & I was actually curious to see how long this whole experience was going to take. After another 6-7 minutes, my order was taken then I waited about 2 minutes behind another car to check out. So almost 20 minutes from getting in the line to getting my food at 8am on a Monday morning. #EpicFail read more

The drive thru is ridiculous. It takes forever for someone to actually take your order. I'm talking late night. The employees mess around and don't pay attention to the orders. I'm updating my review since last time because I've been here a few times after the fact (I have gift cards only to this location) and its VERY slow service. A free meal is great but waiting a half hour for one burger isn't. One time their register wasn't working. That's understandable but not sure what happened a few times after that. The staff here are always miserable food always sucks. Half the time I place an order the cashier gets to confused When it comes to removing onions from An order. There are two drive thru lanes here and I pulled in behind one car in the left lane. There was only one car in the right lane and their order was taken and they drove off. About a minute went by and the car in front of me hadn't been helped yet and another car pulled into the right lane and their order was taken immediately. This happened three more times before the car in front of me had their order taken. After they had their order taken I pulled up to the speaker and sat there as car after car was helped in the right lane and no one bothered to help me or tell me they'll be with me soon. After a few minutes both lanes had multiple cars waiting in them and only the right lane was being helped. Feeling guilty that I probably frequent this place once a week to grab a quick bite for the kids...but ya know? I shouldn't feel that way, but it is a fast food joint. And well - as a working mum of three kids under 10, sometimes I need the food fast. So I let it roll... Located on Route 2 up near the Rhode Island Mall, this Mickey-D's is nothing more than average among other franchises of the same in the area. They recently did a renovation adding a second lane in the drive-thru. I rarely go inside because I usually am on my way "to or fro" with at least two out of the three littles in the car. I like that the menu boards are big and visibly show the calorie counts for all menu items. Just like any drive-thru, ya gotta give the bag a quick peeky-poo to make sure it's all there - and the way you ordered it. I'd say the odds here are better than most that they do get all the items in the bag and done correctly. My favorite is the iced coffee with sugar free vanilla flavoring and skim milk. If I close my eyes and use a little imagination it ALMOST tastes like an iced skinny latte...almost. For a dollar, it's fantastic. Really. I also just noticed that they do an egg white McMuffin...that would be worth a breakfast run just to check that out. They do have an indoor playground, but fried food and unwashed kids' hands on play equipment...?*blech* That's just my opinion. Cost wise, I can never get out of here paying less than $20 if I have my posse in full-effect. The happy meals are not a cheap way out, but it doesn't cost more than it would to purchase all the items together. I stopped here around 6:30 a.m. Saturday for a quick breakfast to fuel me up for a 10-hour day working on a construction site. Lemme say, it did not disappoint .... After getting my order of hotcakes and sausage, yogurt and fruit, blueberry muffin and black coffee, I sat down to eat while '80s rock blasted from the overhead speakers, psyching me up for what was about to be a fast-paced workday. There were only about two or three other customers in the restaurant, all older males. But, unlike my previous visit, this was no geriatric ward - although these dudes were senior citizens, they had ... well, let's just say, an 'edge' to them, as I couldn't help but overhear their conversation. "I'll bet you're banging your housecleaner," one man said to his buddy. The other man replied, "No, but I want to ... she's a knockout!" I overheard this while the Foreigner song "Juke Box Hero" cranked from the speakers overhead ... tell me that ain't badass at 6:30 in the morning. A third man was eating alone; he looked like he might have been a Vietnam veteran. He ate in silence, but looked like someone you didn't want to trifle with.
