First impression was that they really chopped this meat up into almost ground beef consistency. The meat was very tasty and the cheese totally melted throughout. It felt like I was eating at a Habit Burger in SoCal, even though Im in Cherry Hill, NJ. There is no drop off on quality and taste, between the West Coast and East Coast versions.
