Wow! Worst experience at any restaurant ever! These people couldn't tie their shoes right let alone make a burger.

We were driving south on the 75 and had to use the restroom so I thought MC'Ds would be clean. As I entered the restaurant it smelt like garbage! The bathroom was dirty but at least smelt better. read more

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Average wait time for 2 mcflurries and a large fry is 11 minutes. Please pay attention to your online orders! I waited 18 minutes the other day for a double quarter pounder with cheese and a 6 piece chicken nuggets. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We were driving through on a road trip and stopped at this location since it is the only one near by. When we entered there was about 15 people waiting for there food. We ordered and waiting for about 40 minutes before things got crazy.The manager was screaming at customers, refusing to refund customers who were waiting for almost an hour, refusing to fix orders that were incorrect. We also asked for a refund from the man at the counter and he said he needed his manager. His manager refused to come to the counter and we said we would like to speak to her and she comes over and is yelling me to tone down my voice when I just wanted a refund and no longer wanted the food. She refused to give me her name because she did not want to be reported. This manager was completely disrespectful to her employees and customers and should not be in a manager position with this behavior. This location needs to be shut down. Reported it to corporate and hoping to hear back as this is unacceptable. We walked out with no food because they refused a refund and didn't have the time to wait around being yelled at anymore. read more

This place was absolutely disgusting. I had to get a refund after one sip of my soda. It tasted like it had been sitting all day. The "stainless" steel fixtures holding the lids showed rust. The building's conditions should have been my first clue. read more

My wife and I stopped in this restaurant Sunday afternoon, 3/31/2019. I have never seen a dirtier McDonalds in my life. The kitchen area was strewn with food and liquids on the floor, as was the dining area. The restrooms were dirty, both men and woman's. There were no napkins in the dispenser and we had to ask twice for them. Eventually a person who appeared to be the manager responded, and then as if she was put out in having to do this. The person who was wiping off tables, would spray the tables, wipe them off, throw the towel over her shoulder and move to the next table. Most of the tables were dirty. Overall the place was dirtier than a pig sty. read more

It was terrible. I ordered 2 strawberry & creme pies and a medium coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugar. It took them 45 mins to give it to me. There were flies swarming everywhere. The place was not clean. It was packed, and you would think if they were going fast then people would be out fast but their fast was slow. It made me upset. Just walked into this McDonald's. The woman taking our order was wearing a mask incorrectly. Someone who looked to be a manager by the food prep area had her mask barely covering her mouth. Not over her nose at all. We decided not to order and told the person at the counter it was because of improper masks. She said, "It's 86 degrees in here." I'm thinking it might be a little warm in the hospital, too. We left. read more

I waited in the drive thru for about 8 minutes after being told thru the speaker "be right with you", then 8 minutes later asked "have you already ordered ?" There were 3 of us waiting in line and nobody was to be found except for the lady at the drive thru window who didn't tell anyone else there were people waiting to order. There were people cooking but no one peeked around the corner to see if anyone was there that needed to be helped. Sooo...we left! This took forever. The ordering kiosk didn't have any paper so we didn't know our order number, the bottom of the garbage can fell out, they put our milkshakes in the wrong cups, the employees were arguing and they didn't act like they cared about their job read more

This McDonald's has forgotten half of what I ordered or it ends up being completely wrong. Other times you go to order something off of their menu and they say they're " out of that item", but it's every single time I go here. They always claim they are out of the bacon cheese fries, this has happened for the last 5 or 6 times now. But it's on the menu. They can also be extremely slow due to being understaff. They remodeled back in sept/oct put a two lane drive thru, but only have one person taking orders so still have to wait for other person to order. They have been this way for as long as I can remember, since it's the only option for where I live. Thought remodeling would maybe improve some of the issues but it seems not . read more

This is the worst run McD's I've ever been to in my entire 51 years of life! One register open during lunch rush? It took me 20 minutes just to place my order, and there were only 5 people in line ahead of me. Bathrooms were filthy, and again, only two stalls. This is located just off a major interstate and totally ill equipped for the crowds. read more

Ok fellow travelers its time to shut these places down. They service no purpose at all. It's pretty clear that the owners and corporate are not concerned. I only wish that I read the reviews first. Good food, great people, clean. It was the owner/manager doing the dirty work! We were traveling from Maine to Florida and had a muffler problem. We needed a piece of rope. Not only were we given the rope, the owner's wife and son put it on the car for us. Very, very nice people. We can't thank them enough. About the cats: they're called feral cats ... wild, breed like crazy and if you catch one, ten more will take it's place. A problem that can't be dealt with easily. We've many of them in Maine, and we don't like them any more than anyone else, but it's Mother Nature, not at her best to be sure. Anyone who has written a negative review needs to get a grip. We were waiting in line for drinks for more than 10 minutes... 3 people ahead of us and we gave up after 10 minutes with 3 people still ahead of us! We travel around the country ,full time, in an RV and eat fast food at many different locations. We stay near this store each winter for 3 months. We have found that this is the BEST McDonalds we have ever been in. Helpful and friendly staff. Correct orders in the drive through, everytime. Food is fresh and prepared properly. Store is clean. read more
