Worst McDonalds ever. Ordered a quarter pounder cheese value meal. I've had hundreds of these widow makers and this was by far the worst I've ever had. I was in a hurry to get to Orlando so time meant everything. Three cars in front of me and it took at least 10 minutes, which would have been ok but the cheeseburger bun was hard and hamburger was NOT the same flavor. The fries were so overcooked that the insides were gone (hopefully you can see that in my pic.) They even tasted burnt; like someone had held them over a flame until they were dark or black. I use Yelp for everything but I had no idea I would have to refer to it for McDonalds. Considering the other reviews I wished I had. This is clearly one of the stores where the franchise owner doesn't give a crap about quality. It must get most of its business from traveling suckers like me. read more

Waited 20 min to get our food after placing an order to eat inside. The self serve kiosks were available to use but we opted to place our order with the cashier to ensure job security. The cashier did not even say hello, just stared blankly at us until we started ordering. We watched the manager and crew supply the drive thru with their orders for 20 min before the mgr noticed our order on screen and how long we had been waiting, which at that time she stated was 16 min. An employee responded that he overlooked it. In 5 minutes we had our food and were offered an apology and 2 apple pies, one of which had expired at 9:34am, an hour and a half prior. read more

EVER!!!. waited 45 minutes for my food so I got a refund, then my food came out at the same time i was getting a refund. the lady said and i quote "fuck it take the food". so i did. started eating for 5 minutes and they wanted the food back! they didn't even apologize! Traveling north on 95 and stopped for quick bite. Somehow we picked the worst McDonalds on the east coast. Took forever for some one to take our order but then to make it even better, the card reader didn't work so we couldn't pay for the food we waited so long to order. Ended up leaving and going a few exits down and found a much better McDonalds. read more

I certainly did now receive fast service like the other reviewer. I was trying to order just an iced tea and literally waiting almost 10 mins. There was only one person working at the counter and she was really slow. Probably the worst McDonald's location ever. They are incredible slow and their drive thru is constantly behind. It's normal for people to wait 8-10 minutes in their drive thru for "fast food." There used to be a sign at this drive thru guaranteeing you get your food in 60 seconds or less from the time of payment or it was free. That sign is no longer there and i can only assume it's because EVERYONE ended up getting free food. The people who work here are so rude and obnoxious and quite frankly trashy, talking about their personal sex lives as they help customers at the window. Yes I realize it's McDonald's but can they at least have a LITTLE class? The last time my husband and I went there together we ordered a coke and a Dr Pepper. She handed us both drinks at the same time and when i asked which was which she just said "I don't know" and closed the window...... k. do yourself a favor and take your business across the street to Burger King. read more

This place seems new and laid out find but ohhh my the inside was bad. All the tables were dirty and I was like ok that's fine. Just a bathroom break and grab something to go. The bathroom was so bad. It was as bad as I have ever seen with the mantra of just stand on your tip does, don't touch anything, and for the love of everything do not trip or fall. Then ordering went fine but they wouldn't give me my drink cup. I had to specifically ask for it and then it was like they didn't trust me despite holding my order ticket. The other thing I cant figure out was why the order took so long but ok... once I got it I went to the drink/condiment area and it was like a bomb went off. Luckily they had a lid that would fit my container but lids and straws strewn everywhere. no napkins and no ketchup and it wasn't worth going up front as I had been waiting long enough. read more

Every time I come here they always have an excuse for why service is bad. They now have a 60 sec guarantee on breakfast drive-thru but when it took longer than 60 seconds the girl who gave me my food told me it's only certain days. So I checked the sign and it is M-F 7am-9am... So I went inside and the manager gave me a card for a free breakfast sandwich.... So if you don't mind waiting a few mins go here n wait then get the free sandwich!!! read more

Worst McDonald's experience ever. This franchise should be closed or sold to someone who knows how to run one. Waited over 15 minutes for food. What's the point of going to a McDonalds if the service isn't fast? It's called fast food for a reason. This franchise had a lobby full of patrons waiting to order. Exactly one confused cashier behind the counter. Forced to use the order kiosk which was a disaster. Who would have thought that some kid earning 8 dollars an hour could be more efficient at taking orders than this technological marvel? Could not add Big Mac sauce to my Double Quarter Pounder using the kiosk. Figured out how to add and subtract other condiments but no Big Mac Sauce. The food, however, was good once it did arrive. I keep trying to give this McDonald's a chance because the employees are so friendly. Reason why they are getting 2 stars vs 1. I don't do fast food often but when I get that craving it's always McDonald's. I always use drive thru. On 3 separate occasions my bun was hard as a rock and had to transfer my entire burger to a new bun at home. Decided I wouldn't go there again after the 3rd stale bun. But this morning I realized I forgot to pick up coffee yesterday so said To myself "how can they mess up coffee??" Welp, I asked for it black. My fault, didn't look at it. When I came home to add my creamer it was pretty much all milk with a little bit of coffee. So either they need to replace their microphone at the drive thru because somehow she heard add milk instead of BLACK COFFEE or the person who poured my coffee into the cup completely ignored the fact that it said just said coffee. Double charged me at window. Found out when I looked on line at my charge card statement on line. Stopped back to explain the situatuon and was told the GM would be right out to talk to mr. People can be hard on this restaurant for its rumors, but I think it's a nice place. Their food is decent and the service is nice. Almost every time I go there, I get a smile from someone. I usually get warm and fresh food, and my order is almost perfect. They can sometimes forget sauce or straws, but nothing too big. read more

So it's been a long day of driving from Tampa to Savannah amd I'm getting really hungry. Maps says that there isn't another place for miles so I deside to stop and get something to eat while I refuel and stretch my legs. I go in and order a double cheeseburger, medium fries, and a medium coke. It take a half an hour before I recieve my food. As with any McDonald's nowadays, they manage to fuck up my order. The cheeseburger tasted like rubber as if it had been under a heating lamp for hours upon days on end, the fries were stale and hollow from being left out, and they gave me the wrong drink and wrong drink size. What a way to ruin your reputation. Goodbye forever, I refuse to eat at ANY McDonald's from now on after that failure. You have lost my buisness and trust. read more

My husband and I were in town for a photography gig. After a sudden change of plans that included many rude people we came to stay in town right by this McDonalds. The staff was very friendly, more friendly then any of the McDonalds we go to back home. The food was hot and fresh. Definitely made a disappointing trip more enjoyable. Always better with friendly people! read more
