The Yardbird sandwich was pretty good as well. The jambalaya on the other hand not so much (the chicken was hard). The fries were delicious as well. After we ate we discovered the outside atmosphere which is right on the water. They had a live band which was amazing. They had jenga, cornhole, gliding dinner tables, a fire pit, an entire other bar. It was a great surprise. I recently visited a small burger joint, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The burgers are absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender with amazing flavor. The highlight of my meal, though, were the seasoned fries--crispy and packed with flavor, they were the perfect complement to the burger. I wasn't planning on ordering a drink, but a local shared that drafts are half-priced on Thursdays, so I had to give it a try, and it was a great deal! Even though the location is small, the vibe is welcoming, and the food more than makes up for it. Conner took great care of me while August worked his magic in the kitchen, cooking up the most delicious food to perfection.
