The sales rep (Josh) lacked integrity and professionalism. In addition, a new car sales rep should know the flagship brand vehicles details (i.e. I asked if the car had a timing belt or timing chain - he answered by asking me which was better, and when I answered he said "oh, that one"). I had already done the research on the vehicle I wanted, McGee had the exact model and color I wanted - this should have been the most trouble-free new car purchase once price had been negotiated; it was not. This was far from my first new car purchase; I'm over 50. I had come in pre-approved through a CapitalOne program (that McGee is a member), but the finance department ran my credit against numerous creditors for no justifiable reason, as I said that I would go through GM Financial if approved at the time I signed the sales agreement. There was no reason to slam my credit with multiple hard inquiries (causing a negative impact on my credit score). I also made a deposit on the car that was never applied to the final purchase. I finally had to go directly to my credit card company to put in a claim to get my money back (after being told multiple times by the dealer that this would be credited back to me). The credit card company was very good to deal with, and I am now whole on the deposit thanks to CapitalOne - not the dealer. It took a few days for the dealer to register the car for me, so I had to wait a few days to take it home (this was understandable). However, when I arrived to pick it up I was told they could only locate one key, and that they would order me another and I would have it in a few days (they would mail it to me, as I live over an hour away); it took a month. I had to call multiple times each week asking where the key was, and each time I was lied to by my sales rep (too many excuses to list here, I ended up hanging up the phone on the sales rep). I finally called parts directly and was then informed that a key had "just been" ordered under my name (after a month of me calling); and then I was informed that it could not just be mailed to me as I was told because it had to be configured with the car onsite. Finally, the part arrived at the dealership a few days later and then I had to beg to get the service set up to do it on a schedule that would work for me. Again I was traveling over an hour to have them do it - something that should have been taken care of when I first picked it up (after all it was a brand new car, with less than 50 miles on it. I am pleased with the car, and I did end up getting a good price (after I walked out on their offer, and they called me the next day to accept the one I made them). In retrospect, I should have bought it closer to home; even if it wasn't a perfect vehicle match, or cost me a bit more. The unnecessary time spent traveling back and forth over numerous days, and the amount of hours I had to put into calling the dealer on issues was not worth the savings - not once did the dealer reach out to me in a proactive way to resolve the issue(s), I had to make all the calls to them. They did offer 'free' a year or two scheduled maintenance with a new car purchase (equates to about 2 free oil changes) - no way I would ever go back to them for anything. I'm glad that I'm done with them forever - and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid McGee Chevrolet in Raynham MA. read more

I must give the folks at McGee Chevrolet a positive shout out for our experience. I brought my daughter in Saturday morning to get her a new Chevy Spark. She knew just what she wanted, and what she could afford. Their website indicated they had three in stock. The salesman was Elder Silva. We felt no pressure, and my daughter settled on one of the three. Elder told us the car would be ready for delivery Monday night. When we arrived around 6:15, Elder greeted us out front with some disturbing news. The car was registered, but didn't get a sticker because the service engine soon light came on, and would need to have a full diagnostic scan and re-setting of the code before it would pass inspection. He offered us two options. One, take the car, and then my daughter would have to bring it back, and wait for a couple of hours to get it set, or two, come back the next day. I was a little perturbed at this snag. Granted, it all happened late in the day as the service department was closing. The logistics of getting there were tricky. I wondered if there was some way they could get the car set, and then deliver it to my daughter at her place of work. Elder said they don't normally do that. I pointed out that they don't normally sell a brand new vehicle with only 10 miles that is throwing a SES code, so perhaps a delivery would make up for this inconvenience. Elder said he would see what he could do. I was very pleased when my daughter texted me this afternoon to say they were bringing over the car. She'll be able to drive home from work. Kudos to Elder and the staff for going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied customers out of the gate. read more

I was called by the internet sales person to see if I was still in the market for a Silverado. I told him yes, but I had a truck at Tracey ready to go. He asked about the truck at Tracey then told me he'd call me back. When he called me back, he told me they would give me a Z71 for $35,500 and install leather and heated seats for me (this was to beat Tracey). I drove in about 3 hours later and was told they couldn't honor that price because they had already made their goal. I was lied to by these guys and NONE of them have taken responsibility. I emailed the CEO of GM (who was surprisingly pretty responsive!) and then today "Ray" called me back to try to make some other BS deal with me. He still never apologized for lying to me or wasting my time before. I wouldn't buy a truck from this place if they were giving it to me free. If you want a Chevy, go to Best Chevrolet in Hingham, no matter where you live. It will be worth the trip. If you want to be lied to by a bunch of snake sales pricks, then go to McGee. read more

I went in to this dealership with low expectations, but I had heard from a friend that bought a vehicle from them that they treated him right and came out of there with a great deal. I ended up going to look at a1500 silverado and I have to say. They were amazing. My salesman went above and beyond. I left with the truck I wanted at the payment I was looking to be at. Have to say that after reading other reviews here about the behavior people encountered, I can say that I can echo their sentiments. Poor tactics on selling vehicles, extremely high pressure and lack of transparency when dealing with them. My girlfriend and I visited this dealership about 4 or 5 weeks ago and let me tell you, they refuse to let you leave by holding your keys hostage. We must have asked at least ten (10) times to have our car keys back only to be told that they did not have them with them at that time. Amazingly, one of the people we asked was actually able to open our vehicle even though they also did not have our keys on them. What a magician! ***Note the sarcasm here****. When will places like this understand that treating people like this will only result in the sale not taking place? Can't these people figure this out? Treat your customers fairly and they will return, treat them like your trying to fleece them and they will *NOT* return. Why is this review I gave not included? I have to say I wrote a review on this dealership and it was not a great experience. But when the owner got wind of the situation got in touch with me and I made an appointment to meet with him and I explained basically what I wrote on here and we spoke about it.I even stated I would never send anyone or myself there again. But at least I did not vent my feelings to anyone as I would have felt a bit foolish. But I did put it on here but it is not like going around telling people. I hate hurting anyone but I did get the owners attention to correct the problem with any salesmen .I will no doubt try and deal with the owner only when ready for another car .But there are a lot of nice salesmen there. It might have been a bad night or something else for that salesman as I will say he was pleasant but pushy but I am sure he meant no harm. Just needs to realize people will buy if not to eager or pushy. All in all he was a nice man. I will say the owner( Jamie) did correct the situation but not only that he went that extra mile and then some. I did have a different attitude when I walked out. I will continue to do business with them and probably lease another car or buy one. The moral of the story is always speak with the owner to iron out details before jumping the gun. Stay away from this dealership and service department. I just spent the past 4 days dealing with their service department on a car I purchased from them about a year ago. I dropped the car off on Monday which had to be towed there and after they told me that nothing was covered by the extended warranty that was wrong with the car. They quoted a price of $350 to do the work. They then called me back two days later to explain another part needed to be replaced. I asked how much in total to fix the car and I was told $650 for all the work. I asked several times when I spoke to the service guy Ed if the cost was still $650. On 4 separate occasions Ed said yes the total is still $650. On the 4th day they had the car Ed called me and told me the car was ready and we could pick it up. I asked again is the total $650 and he said yes. So I sent my son down to pick up the car with the money. As my son walked into the service department Ed calls me and tells me the total is $1000. I had fallen for a bait and switch and had no choice but to pay it as my son needed his car back. To say these people screwed me is an understatement. Bad business. read more

I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this Company, from the nightmare of buying my car in 2016, to now trying to get a refund for my Service contract and GAP insurance. I have bought 2 other cars since 2016 a 2018 VW Beetle, and a 2017 GMC Van. When it was time to upgrade the car I bought here in 2016 I went elsewhere. Now I have been trying to get a refund and I get the run around. I have contacted the AGs office about this. I have gone into the dealership four times, and have called to make an appointment since no one is ever available to help me. It has been a month. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would! The service department and its manager Ed are the worst I have ever encountered and this is coming with someone who has owned over 60 cars and has been in the automotive industry for over 25 years! I took my truck there to get the vacuum pump replaced after my brakes started failing, they replaced the pump and the belt. That evening I popped the hood to make sure all was good and to my surprise I found a long bolt sitting on the radiator and I noticed the heat wrap on the vacuum line was not in place I was less than satisfied. It just so happed that evening I received the survey from GM on my recent service appointment so I gave my honest review which was not very good. So I took my truck back to the dealership the next day and expressed my concerns, they took the truck in and examined it , they found that all four bolts were installed and they repositioned the heat wrap. Upon signing the work order Ed the service manager told me that he understands that I bought my truck from Mc Gee but that they would prefer that I not return to the dealership for service. I asked why not and he told me point blank it was because I left a bad review. I then flipped the f?@$ out and proceeded to tell Ed exactly how I felt about him and Mc Gee Chevrolet. He then approached my personal space and that's when things got worse, I felt threatened by him, I then crumbled up the work order and threw it in his face! I left because I didn't feel like going to jail because of a piece of shit like him! Buyer beware do not go to the dealership you will regret it!!!!! My wife and I went to this dealership to buy a used caravan. We went there expecting to pay the asking price because it was a good price. Once we got into the showroom we found our experience anything but enjoyable. The sales people seem like they did not know what they were doing for we meet with two separate sales people and then the used car sales manger. He was very rude he talked down to myself and wife. And then attempted to get more then the asking price by telling us that if we did not finance through the dealer the price of the car would go up $1500.00, My wife and I found that to be very dishonest to say the least. And once the sales manger realized that we weren't going to pay more he became even more rude. I felt he was very unprofessional. He went into his office and came back out, he and I exchange some words, and he proceeed to kick me out of the showroom swearing at me as I left. My sales person Jefferson was a great guy however I have a few issues with the vehicle that should have been taken care of before it was sold to me. For one, there was a large grease patch on the drivers side rear bumper the day I first looked at the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed that there was still a small amount of grease here as well as on the drivers side door. Being in a rush to get to my sons baseball game, I made a remark to Jefferson that I would just wipe it clean when I get home. The problem was the bumper actually had been scuffed, scratches are noticeable and the drivers side door actually has two small pieces of paint that have been chipped away causing an area that will most likely rust in a few years. The chips are right at the crease of the door and are not noticeable until the door is opened. I would have expected more from Mcgee as far as quality control. I am shopping for a new Equinoix for my wife but am not sure that I will go back here. read more

This is the absolute worst car dealership I have ever felt with. If I bought my first car from this dealership, I told the salesman that I could not go any higher then 10,000 dollars, he shows me an SUV, not telling me it was higher then 10,000. I fell in love with it and the next day I went it to buy it with my mom. The guy starts talking about the price now being 13,700. I was furious. They gave me the run around about the price and tried to take advantage of a young girl. Next my boyfriend went to go trade his lease in for a new lease at the Chevy dealership. His salesperson again took advantage of my boyfriend and shoed him the price of what the car he wanted WITHOUT HIS TRADE, my boyfriend thought it was a great deal for the trade. Turns out the salesperson scammed him into signing a contact that stated they were not going to take his trade. They were very very misleading. They would not undo the deal. So now my boyfriend is stuck with 2 cars. The sales person should have confirmed the deal with his current car. My boyfriend thought they were taking his trade because they asked for his current lease agreement. I told every single person at my work this story and EVERY SINGLE PERSON said "I have heard nothing but bad things about that place." I had an emergency situation occur, I had a broken line going into my Transmission, Once again I called and spoke with the Service Mgr Ed Jones, who in my book is the best service mgr I have ever dealt with, I called 12:30 noon and expressed my problem and he told me to bring it in ASAP, unfortunately, the car had to stay overnight because they had to order parts, they gave me a loaner car, my car was ready by 2:00 pm the next day. I purchased a truck at McGee in February over President's Day weekend. I am happy with the truck and satisfied with the price that I paid. Also, I thought that the salesman did a good job. My problem has been following the purchase, and with the finance department in particular. I did not have a good impression of Anthony in finance. He seemed to want to rush the process and not fully explain anything. After the purchase, all that I got was my registration. To this day I have not received a copy of the bill of sale, financing agreement, etc... in spite of multiple phone calls requesting them. Anthony does not return phone calls or emails. I have been directed to Rich who also does not return phone calls. Purchased a new vehicle, took three return visits to receive operator's manual. Still waiting on second set of keys. Spoke to Sales Manager Chris on all three visits regarding the second set of keys. Files a BBB report and received a call from Imed Chahed (General Manager) stating I can arrange a meeting with Dennis Rogers (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) and pick up the second set of keys. Dennis played stupid and transferred me back to Chris. I made an additional visit to see Chris and he pulled me into the service area (away from all customers and said) "You filed a case with the BBB, do you think we are going to jump through hoops for you" I started to speak and he said "Don't lose your temper, I will have you thrown off the property, no calmly retrieve your car and leave our property". I still have not received the second set of keys to my brand new vehicle. After my last encounter with Chris, there is nothing McGee could do to rectify this situation short of terminating Chris's employment, supplying me with my second set of keys and paying me for my time and mileage for the 4-5 visits I made to their dealership. read more

Insecurity syndrome I was thinking. If dealing with Rick wasn't bad enough, as I was there I also watched as the GM was yelling douchebag to an upset customer in the middle of the showroom. My wife & I bought a used car here Oct 24th 2016, a used Suzuki SX4. We paid $5800 plus bs $400 dealer fee or doc fee, whatever robbery they want to call it. Here it is 59 days later & I've got a boat anchor almost $7 grand useless car sitting outside my house. They sleazily back dated the paperwork to the day we came in & looked at & test drove the car instead of the actual date of purchase, the 24th, which we didn't take delivery til after 6pm that night. The date we actually picked it up was 8 days past their paperwork & we paid for it in cash so I'm 100% sure they're going to deny us any help here, as they didn't even bother to look for the keyless entry fob we were supposed to get (called & emailed them several times) & that they advertised everywhere was part of the sale. Unless you want to FLEECED for your life savings, stay away from these sharks, they will sell you a mickey rigged piece of junk & not even follow up with a thank you email or follow up call to see how your car is working out for you. I saw a car advertised at what seemed a too-good-to-be-true price, called and talked to Mike in sales and asked, "Is there some problem with this car I should know about before I make the 2-hour drive to see it?" I'll tell you what the sales man I had was amazing!!! He was very nice, patient and just all around good guy. BUT... when it was time to crunch the numbers and finance, everyone in that department was a complete jerk! A decision to purchase a car is a big decision. While thinking if I could afford the car, and asking questions about fees the guy quickly pointed out that it was close to closing time and that he could go home! WHAT I'm about to make a big purchase and you are rushing me! Also the service area is extremely over priced. I've dealt with two other Chevy dealers and was never charged an 125 dollar diagnostic fee to check my car for battery problems! I did get a great car however if you buy from this place don't do any service there and also watch out for financing!! Speak up! read more

I had been looking for a car for around two months when I went to McGee at raynham auto strip. They had a couple of cars within my price range, so initially I just wanted to look at those. After checking them out with the help of Josh, the salesman, I decided I wasn't interested in any of the cars I found. Josh was nice about this decision and said to come back whenever. Fast forward two months later towards the end of June, I find that they had a 2015 Ford Fusion with 40,000 miles on it listed for 10,900. Now if you know anything about fusions, 2014s with this mileage book around 12,900, and they tend to be listed for around 12 at dealerships. 2015s are usually around 13 at dealerships. So this was a great deal. My uncle and I immediately went up to look at the Fusion. We requested to speak with Josh given our last interaction with him. Josh showed us the car, and let us drive with it. It drove nice, but needed right of the back pads and rotors. And it also needed new tires, as they had little tread left on them. (These are all safety issues which should had been addressed prior to the vehicles release on the lot). I decided I liked the car enough to be wanting to discuss pricing along with addressing the issues that came up during the test drive. I asked for the car fax and it took them 2 hours to get the car fax to me. This is where things came to be hostile. The car was listed at 10,900, the price already was low, but who is going to be paying sticker price for a vehicle? We attempted to get the car to 10,000, but they were very persistent at keeping it at 10,900. We told them that right off the bat, the car is in need of 4 new tires, brakes and rotors. They continued to tell us that to fix those problems, they would charge us an extra 500$, making the car 11,400. By this time my uncle and I were growing fed up. We remained persistent with our offer, and said that legally you cannot sell a car that will fail a safety test. After two hours of negotiation, they agreed upon 10,700 and they said they would be addressing those issues. We agreed, asked for a service record, and they told us they would get one to us in a few minutes. These few minutes took a few hours, and we never received them. I should have turned away at this point, they were obviously hiding stuff, but I hadn't had a car in over 3 months, and I was growing impatient. So I overlooked this aspect. I put a 100$ deposit on the car to hold it for a day or two so I could go and sign my finance papers at BCU and square away my insurance. Fast forward to the day I was signing papers. This is where their "business" proved to be a hostile place. On this day, I went up to go and purchase the vehicle, I signed all the papers, all I had to do was bring my financial forms to BCU and my insurance company forms there and i would have bought the car. I went in with the finance advisor, his name has escaped me at this time. My uncle told me to call him so he could be there to address any concerns, and ask any questions so I would better understand what I was doing. As the finance advisor and I were talking, my uncle brought up the service records again, and the person told him it wasn't his job to acquire those papers, that it was the salespersons job to. My uncle told him that I wouldn't be signing papers until we received those service records. This is where things became so really hostile. My uncle cusses sometimes when he talks, it's how he is. He said "I just want those f'ing papers or I'm going to have my nephew walk out right now". The finance advisor said "woah man, if you want to be talking like that to me, why don't you come here and say it to my face so we can talk man to man". My phone was on the desk when he reached over to my phone, picked it up, and hung up on my uncle... on my phone. At this point I told him I'm done with this "sale" and I got up, and walked out. I called the next day demanding my deposit back with my uncle on the phone. We spoke to the manager, Will, who said that it would take a week until I can get my check. This was unacceptable and my uncle at this point told them he was going to call the Attorney General and bring this matter to a courts attention. They told us "fine, come and get your check Tuesday". (It was a Friday at this point). I went there on Tuesday and received my check and, still, they were saying it wasn't ready. I told them this was unacceptable and told them I would be contacting the Attorney General and that they would be hearing from us soon. The manager who was working at this time eventually said "alright hold on". In 2 minutes he brought me my check. Suspicious that the check was ready and they were so quick to wave me off, huh? I strongly advise anyone to not go to McGee Chevrolet on the raynham auto strip. They may have low prices, but they are rude, deceiving, and hostile to those who wish to do business. read more

If there were an option to give zero stars, that would be a generous review of this dealership. I went in a week ago & test drive a 2009 Traverse. I had a 30 minute lunch break & they kept me there for an hour and a half trying to get me to agree to ridiculous prices. ($14k for my trade-in when I am holding a copy of the auction value of my car which is $18k, please!!) So, after they didn't entertain any reasonable offers I just assumed move on. The next day the Internet Sales guy calls me to try and make it work. I give an offer, he says he will present it & 2 days later hasn't called me back. I call & he says "oh yah, our numbers were too far apart" (mmm-hmmmm). I say "ok, based on the auction value of my trade, the value of the Traverse & the both of us meeting in the middle here is my final offer." Again, this Internet sales guy says he will present my offer. 2 days later, no call and the car shows up as SOLD on their website. So this, folks, is how they do business. No class, no courtesy calls to let you know whether they have considered your offer or not or if someone else is close to purchasing the same vehicle, and ridiculous pricing. They clearly don't care about buyer retention here. Don't waste your time going here, they are overpriced and very poor at commutation!! I was warned my many to stay away from any dealer on Route 44 in Raynham. Lesson learned!! read more

I went to McGee Chevrolet last week to look at a new Silverado . When I got inside, I was pleasantly greeted by a salesman named Mike. He was very informative and answered any questions I had . He did show me a couple of new Silverados and I was impressed. When we came back inside , it was time to deal . I told him that I wanted to see to see what my 2012 was worth towards a new truck , but I could not commit until I spoke to the wife . The salesman wanted me to get the wife to commit over the phone . I was beginning to feel pressured. I had the salesman go to the manager to appraise my truck . Well , I guess that the manager did not want to waste his time to look at my truck. If I wasn't going to commit to buying rigt away, he didn't want to appraise my truck. So I left McGee Chevrolet and the next day went to 2 different dealerships , alone and told them that I cannot buy a truck, on the spot, until. I spoke to my wife . They did not pressure me at all . They were happy to look at my truck and tell me what my trade-in was worth towards a new truck. I ended up buying a New GMC Sierra at Marty's GMC in Kingston . Marty's made me feel comfortable and did not pressure sales me , Unlike McGee Chevrolet, who is a volume dealer and will do whatever they can to talk you into buying on the spot. . If they get any idea that you are leaving without committing, they don't want anything to do with you . They do not want to waste their time if you cannot commit right away . So , Thank You to the lazy sales manager/ appraiser, who couldn't waste his time on me. I Love my New GMC. P.S. The 2012 Silverado I wanted to trade-in, I bought new at McGee. Sad ! This place is an absolute nightmare. Some low points: the salesman said if I bought the car, he would "gas it up." When I went back to pick the car up I noticed the tank was only a quarter of the way filled. I asked if they could fill the car up, and they told me there's a gas station down the street. Joyce in the finance office is a vulture and a complete liar. If you're brave enough to test Chevy McGee's waters then make sure you do your homework as to what a bank requires when you purchase a car financed though Chevy McGee, otherwise Joyce will blatantly lie and try to intimidate you into making a decision on the spot, even if you want to verify points that were made as they didn't pass the sniff test. This car dealership is extremely short sighted as they're only interested in selling one car, as opposed to trying to build a life long client relationship. Stay away from this dealership!!! They are incredibly unprofessional and it's nearly impossible to get a clear answer on pricing/financing questions. They talk in circles. The GM (Jay Pacheco) emailed me to ask why I didn't want to proceed with the deal they had presented. I replied with an explanation of my poor experience with his dealership, and explained that his salesman Mike (not sure of his last name) was rude and quite confrontational, and explained that the answers to my specific questions were very vague. He didn't even have the courtesy to respond. That right there explains it all.... it starts from the top. I'm not surprised to see the other numerous bad reviews here. As many others have already stated on here, I'd leave zero stars if I could! I purchased a 2013 Corvette 427 Convertible from this dealer on March 17th 2014. I first saw the car advertised as a brand new vehicle on autotrader.com for the full MSRP. When I visited the dealership I was informed the car had 2400 miles on it and it was explained to me that the owner of the dealership put those miles on the vehicle. It was also explained to me that because the car had never been registered or titled, it was being sold as a "new" vehicle and I would be the first owner on the title. I have proof of this in an email between myself and McGee's Business Development Manager, Michael Camara. At the time I was researching the purchase of a 427 Corvette, there were many other dealers all over the country who were offering heavily discounted prices on new, leftover 427 Convertible's. I found several for HUGE discounts off MSRP. I used this information to negotiate the price of the car at McGee and decided to purchase it. There were two sales people that sold the car to me. Jefferson Arguello and Michael Camara. At no time was it ever disclosed to me that the vehicle's warranty had started when the dealership's owner first started driving the car on June 24 2013, which is 9 months before I purchased the car. When I first saw the car (mid February), there was no signage on the car to indicate is was used or had any type of diminished warranty. This was also the case on 3/17/14, the night I purchased the car. Instead, the salesman Jefferson Arguello, told me in person, with my fiance as a witness, that he would make sure I got the full bumper to bumper warranty. He told me he would activate the XM/Sirius subscription, and he also told me he had registered me to receive 2 years of scheduled maintenance for free. At no time was it ever explained to me that the car didn't come with the full warranty. It was also never explained to me that the XM subscription would only be 3 months instead of the 12 months I was promised by the salesman. I believe that by law, any vehicle being sold that doesn't have the full factory warranty on it is supposed to have a document displayed on, or near it called a "Buyers Guide". This document is supposed to detail exactly what the warranty includes or doesn't include. This vehicle never had that document displayed. According to the window sticker (which was not displayed on the car, it was in the glove box), a 3 year/360000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and a 5 year 100000 mile power train warranty come with the car, as well as a 12 month free subscription to XM/Sirius. Because I was told the car was being sold as "new", I assumed the full factory warranty would be included. I assumed this to be true because it's what the salesman told me. Jefferson did activate the XM/Sirius subscription but the dealership only authorized 3 months instead of 12 months. The dealership offered to cover the 9 months of elapsed warranty but any work to be performed during this time period has to be done specifically through McGee, in my opinion it should be available through any Chevy dealership. The purchase and sale contract I received from McGee shows my car as "NEW". It is not listed as a "demo", nor does it note any other type of prior use. Once I learned what was going on, I made a formal complaint with GM as well as the dealership. GM referred me back to the "GM Customer Experience Manager" at McGee, who told me I "should have known the car was used because it had 2400 miles on it". I obviously knew about the mileage but was mislead about the warranty and other services that came with the car when it was sold. The Customer Experience Manager told me there's nothing he can do about extending my XM/Sirius subscription, which is 9 months short of what's stated on the window sticker. He told me the vehicle I bought does not qualify for "2 years of free scheduled maintenance". This morning I visited the dealership and spoke in person with Jefferson Arguello at length about what has happened. In his own words he said to me "if this happened to me and I had bought the car, I'd be pissed and would be making a bigger deal out of it than you are". He told me he simply gave me the information he was given at the time of sale. Apparently he was told the car came with a full GM warranty, 2 years of free scheduled maintenance and 12 months of XM/Sirius. He was misinformed and because of that, I was misinformed. The dealership and its representatives misrepresented the vehicle to me. The dealership should have fully disclosed all of this information before I purchased the car, not after. The dealership should have noted any former use on the purchase and sale contract, instead of stating it's a "new" vehicle. A "new" vehicle comes with a full warranty. A "demo" or something other than "new", does not. The dealership also should have stood behind its salespeople. read more

Horrible experience! I would NOT recommend or ever go back! I bought a vehicle here was over charged and it broke down beyond repair after just 2 years and the extended warranty I purchased for an additional $500 did not cover any of the repairs!? Mr McGee do you have any pride? This is the dealership for you if you enjoy poor service , neck tattoos and enjoy watching people eat lunch instead of providing service. Poor management and leadership. I purchased car from them, what an awful experience. The owner and managers apparently set the bar low on customer service. Nobody cares. The agenda among the sales staff is order lunch , eat in front of the customers and talk about how sore you are from working out. Shame on me for buying from you and supporting this place. One the worst dealers I have ever done business with. They are the masters of the bait and switch. After screwing me twice on a price quote they offered to bring me back to make it right and pulled the same kind of crap.
