This review is for the dentist, Dr. Trinh. He doesn't listen to the patient and doesn't like any feedback regarding what the issue is. He thinks he's right and he has an attitude if you try to explain what the problem is. He gets upset if he thinks you talk too much and is taking up his time, but ironically he is the one who is wasting time lecturing about talking too much. Very rude and unprofessional. They have no respect for your time ! 1-I have been going to McKee dental for one year, so this is just an honest review 2- they have serious problem with making too many appointments per day, that they can't handle. 3- every appointment I made, I have always waited at least one hour or more. You can prove it yourself if you take notice of the time when you come in and the appointment time you made and you will either wait by the receptionist or inside laying in the dentist chair. No respect for your time. 4- today was the last straw, I waited two hours!, first but he receptionist and then in the dentist chair inside until I just had it! I just had to leave! I haven't had dinner and I got off right out of work to get to my appointment on time and for me To wait two hours or more was crazy! 5- if you like waiting a long time even when you made an appointment then this is the place for you!. Wow! First of all, I don't ever leave reviews (which is probably bad) and I don't like dentist. There is rarely a spot that overachieves my expectations. I went to get my cleaning done and my new patient check up. The doctor was amazing! Caring, kind and knowledgeable. The doctor kept me posted on every move and step she was going to take and carefully review my results with me and options I have. She didn't push me into any decision but presented the pictures and explained the different path forward that I can decide to take. I love this place would recommend to all my friends and enemies. Thank you for the care! Oh also, I couldn't find the place because I out the wrong building number into my calendar invite. I called the office that I am lost and cannot find it. Highly unprofessional Dentist. I went to this office once. The front desk is very professional and nice. The dentist is NOT! Not only did I wait over thirty mins but once he came over to me, he apologized for the wait and then say I'll be right back. I'm now the only one left in the back. The front office goes to lunch. All of a sudden I hear him talking to another man (not a patient) about computers and amazon purchases. I give him ten mins and get up and ask will he be seeing me. I had issues with previous dentists. I asked for the doctor to call me before I made an appointment, not expecting a call I was happy to know he took the time to call me. This was the first sign of a truth worthy person. The last dentist told me I had cavities and was charging me too much out of pocket so I shopped around. Well I came for my appointment and after she took X-rays the doctor viewed them and said I had none. His honesty was definitely appreciated and now I feel safe to bring my children here. The front desk receptionist was also very patient with me on the phone as I was getting overly frustrated on the phone with her (my fault). She responded respectfully and I thanked her for that. Great staff, great dentist. Came in at 3 and the front staff was very kind and considerate. Came in with four impacted teeth and Dr. Trinh was a boss at taking them out! I had one impacted tooth that was incredibly difficult to take out but Dr. Trinh decided to cut the tooth in half and take it out piece by piece. Genius idea on his part! The procedure took a few hours but better than taking an expensive trip to the orthodontist! The entire staff was very caring and patient, 10/10 would recommend! I went her once for cleaning my tooth. They secluded an appointment on October and then give me an an appointment on 29 November at 9:30. I went at 9:50 because there was bad traffic. When I went the I told the recipient that I have an appointment she said sorry you canceled your appointment. She called me in Wednesday told her that I am in Tahoe I told probably I will need to seclude my appointment. She said that she has a ability on December 20. I told her it is too late. Then I told her are you guys open on Saturday. She said yes we are, also she said to call her in morning time. I told her on I will. I didn't called her on Friday. I went on the day of my appointment then she said no you canceled my app. She is a layer. Later she told me of have a set and you ha be to wait one hour. W... who has free time to wait. So horrible service. The doctor is friendly and I give a one star for him but zero starts for the girl who is in recipient desk. I decided to make an appointment at McKee Dental Care and I was Impressed and very satisfied with their service. Starting with the receptionist (that I totally forgot to ask her name)(sorry about that) she was very kind, helpful and respectful. Minutes after I registered I was called in by the Dental Hygenist YEN who took my x-rays and did my cleaning. YEN was very kind, she has a great attitude and she is very talkative; furthermore, she is professional and she takes the time needed to clean your teeth; doesn't rush and does a great, gentle and effective cleaning. Affortunately, I didn't had any cavities, so when the doctor came to the room, he inspected my x-rays and my teeth. Luckily no cavities were found.
