They fixed my car perfectly on both occasions I have been to other auto repair shops and the pricing was significantly higher. Fortunately, I live fairly close to the shop and they are my go-to place for my car's maintenance. Recently my car was misfiring and losing power when I pressed on the gas. Turns out it needed spark plugs and coils and I also got an oil change while I was there. Car runs perfectly once again! Try this place and you won't be disappointed. A repeated feeble explanation pointing at the computer moniter as proof of my "misunderstanding" led nowhere. The guy (manager?) is a horrible communicator and was completely unapologetic even for the messy interior maintenance after re-installing the cabin filter. I know that the days are gone for $24.99 oil changes that included wiper fluid fill-up, vacuuming the seats & carpet, cleaning all the windows and checking/topping off most fluids. But feeling "taken" - and - taking away all the amenities and charging so much more for mediocre service - especially while sitting in the messy, grimy & cramped waiting area is not worth the price at any cost.

Because let's rewind to the last time I was here getting an oil change (about 5,000 miles ago). At that time I noticed that the exterior of my old oil filter was looking very dirty after getting it changed (weird). I'll just have to really keep track of it the next time I come in for an oil change. Fast forward to today I went in and first the guy was about to put regular "fresh" oil. I stopped the guy and asked him that I was getting full synthetic oil. Which if they are "professionals" they should know what car uses a certain type of oil. First strike. As they began with the oil change I asked the guy, You guys are changing the oil filter? The guy there told me yes. I paid and went home. I get home, I remember to check the oil filter from inside my engine bay to make sure it is a fresh new oil filter. And bam they didn't touch the oil filter, strike 2. At this time I was furious! I got back on my car (with many thoughts in my head), went and confronted the older guy that has always been there don't know his name. I complaint to him that my filter was not replaced. He apologized and stopped whatever he was doing and replaced it out in front of their shop with a new filter that he had opened. At home now I was thinking how long have they been doing this not replacing the oil filter. Also I'm probably not the only one that they have done this to. I take my wife's car there too. So yeah I won't be going back there in the future. I'm now doing my oil change in my garage on my two vehicles. They lost a long time customer. I have been going there for over 20 years. That type of deception is not good for a business. I felt betrayed. This is my experience. I know many female drivers go there too. I asked my wife would you have inspected their work, she said most likely not. I'm sure a lot of drivers don't bother to inspect Pit Pros work. So beware risking potential engine damage to your vehicles and long headaches. I'm definitely not going back there. Attached is a picture of my old filter I took before going to Pit Pros. I also purchased extra Road Hazard Protection. It took them 13 hours to install my tires (I had to pay for Uber). They offer free rotations & you need to schedule an appt. for this service. Problem is you can't wait, it can take hours (Uber). Ever since the tires were installed, regardless of the weather my low tire pressure light comes on. I don't know why? I do know it's a pain in the butt needing to refill at least one tire a month. I'll never go back to them!
