I've been to many places and dealt with many people in the service however, I had the most outstanding experience with them. I'm talking about the whole 9 yards. Mike is just superstar. My husband was out of town and he is the one who usually takes care of this type of situations. Mike arranged for a tow to come to my house drop off a loaner and take my car to their dealership. My brand new Porsche Panamera e-hybrid, purchased from Danny McKenna Porsche is a Lemon. It was deemed to be so by Porsche Cars North America. It stalled at high rates of speed, coming to a dead stop in high traffic, putting my life and others in serious danger. Though Danny, the owner of the dealership sends out a personal text upon purchase, asking buyers to reach out to him directly, with any concerns or problems, he has not responded to my texts nor helped me, at all, with this frightful and shocking situation. The GM, Eric Schwartz, has been adversarial and even sent me threatening text messages. My car has been repaired 5 times and I have been placed in a position of feeling forced to keep it, since the offers to buyback do not begin to restore me to the wholeness I worked hard to achieve over my lifetime. They are offering me less than I am out of pocket, without even a commitment to ensure that I remain safe and whole after signing on the dotted line. The offers include a silence clause, as well as waiver to any claims or remedy to "past claims" which are the same claims that made this car so easily deemed a Lemon, in the first place. No wonder they can get away with shady behavior. No one that desperately needs help being restored after this kind of circumstance has any recourse once accepting the little help offered by Porsche Cars North America. As much as I loved my 2018 PP e-hybrid, this experience with the new 2023 has me staying far away from McKenna Porsche, and questioning the ethics of the brand, as a whole. Seriously, no mention of the repeated danger I've been FORCED to risk each time they told me I had to pick up the car since it's "fixed." And insisting I return the loaner at a 60 minute notice. Danny, Eric, and PCNA and PFS, once again, and for the final time, you forced me to risk my life driving a car you knew was damaged and I am ashamed that I promoted you in the beginning. Everyone is nice when they think one is going to purchase a 130k vehicle from them. It's the after one must be careful of. read more

Found a few cars on here and inquired via online... At first, no one was replying to me and somewhat left a bad taste in my mouth. I was like " Do these guys not want to sell a car?" We were out of town so I did not really care too much. Talked with someone who really was no help at all and did not seem to want to sell a car so i just stopped talking to him. We returned July 4th and decided on Monday the 5th, Hey whatever let's just walk in, see if someone is able to help us and just drive a Macan to see if my wife likes it and then go elsewhere to buy one if they cannot help us. We arrived and immediately were greeted by Carlos the Finance guy we later found out (awesome guy) - That was a plus. Dealerships we walk into like House of Imports Mercedes, you walk in and just stand around and no one seems to want to help. Carlos told us to go see Dominic who was at his Desk. Immediately I knew what we wanted so i told Dominic hey this is what we want, here's the stock numbers blah blah blah. Dominic was awesome. The car we actually wanted was already sold, but he gave us options of certain vehicles that were similar. The car we wanted actual was going to be used as a loaner, BUT Dominic was able to jump through some hoops to allow us to get the car, and also get us an awesome price on a 2021 Macan, which my wife loves and we were driving out of there a few hours later. Carlos the Finance guy was aweosme as well. He did not try to sell me on all the maintenance gimmicks which most dealers try to INSIST on. I told him no and I was signing papers and out of there in about 10 minutes. Appreciate Dominic and Carlos at Mckenna Porsche for making the process seamless. I only asked them this because they were overpriced compared to other Porsche dealerships. Guess what the Mandarin-speaking guy told me? "We don't give any deals whatsoever, because I have Chinese people who come here and buy 10 cars at a time full price and export them to China". Wow! After spending the weekend looking for the ideal 2018 Cayenne S, color (interior & exterior) and rim combo, my wife found her 'close enough' match at McKenna. All the research was done, so there was no work for Sales Ambassador Tony, not even a test drive - just a lady looking for a fair deal. Per my wife, Tony was friendly enough, and assisted in getting an offer prepared. The offer went through the General Sales Manager, John, who did exude some of the stereotypical salesman closing traits, "Trina, if you don't accept this offer today it expires." My wife had to leave to catch a track meet, which was legit, so no reverse psychology stall tactic. When I got home that night from work, my wife returned from the track meet and was insistent that we return because of the, "John tactic." While I rolled my eyes, my wife was out the door with her checkbook, she was hooked. It WAS a fair deal, so kudos to the team for that! Upon her arrival back to the dealership, Tony and John were gone for the day, as they indicated they would be. Insert a new cast of characters, Byron (Sales Ambassador), and Pablo from the finance/contracts department. My wife said everyone involved was super friendly, and willing to stay as late as needed to finish the sale and then introduce her to the car. Supplied my information for someone to call me back regarding a used, next to new vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Waited a day, no call. I look up the sales agents on line and call the one I feel would be the best based on reviews. Work with him for another day, made plans to drive out (5 1/2 hour drive). Received a call telling me they could sell me the advertised car at the advertised price. They said they were into the car for $4k more than the advertised price. I said I would split the difference and pay $2k more than the advertised price. It's now been another 24 hours and not even the courtesy of a phone call. Hard to believe they are in business. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a dealer that was in the wrong the whole time. Disappointing to say the least. Could, should've been couldn't. By no means was this a perfect purchase experience because the dealership was simply too busy and it felt understaffed, there was quite a bit of waiting around, but i understood and saw all three of them did the best they could for their part. Took my car in for service, two-three hours later it was ready, awesome! A few days later I turn my car on and I get " need oil now" message. Two days later I get a message regarding my third break light! Wth! I call again, make appointment at 10am, they give me a loaner and I'm on my way. Saturday night I get a text message that read " it turns out they forgot to reset oil sensor!" Nice! Not even an I'm sorry for the inconvenience of you having to come back for our mistake. I text her that I will be there at 6:00pm . I show up Monday at 6:01.. no one in the service area! Wth! Two gentleman from the sales department tried to help but there was nothing they could do, the keys were locked and the service department although they close at 6 leaves earlier. I drove back to Yorba Linda and the next day I get a message from Jenny stating that she was sorry that she never received my text! BS! Why wouldn't she call to ask if I was going to make it or to even ask if I had received her message?? Lazy! I finally pick up my car the next day and the gentleman that helped me said that he would take care of me the next time but if I had purchased my care there and was a VIP member they would have sent a flatbed. VIP service?? You can't even provide ok service. He told me that the manager was aware of what happened and dealt with it. Good to hear that the manager was aware and yet failed to call and apologize! Never again!!! Btw I would have gone to the dealer I purchased my car which is in LA but I tried to save time and at the end I wasted my time! That's not my only complain.. I drove from Yorba Linda to pick up my car after letting Jenny know I would be there at 6pm and had to drive back without my car bc there was no one there!
