    They had all the Land Rover cars like the Range Rover, the Discovery, and the Defender. The Land Rover worker knew that it was my birthday so he gave me a Land Rover Defender toy car.

    Two months ago, purchased a great 2024 Mercedes for the asking price & paid cash. The sales manager Kasra handled the sale, and Scott Anderson the finance manager handled the paperwork. Now 2 months later and I still do not have the registration or the title. The DMV says they don't have any paperwork for the transaction and neither Scott or Kasra will return my calls or emails. So, once they get your cash, they could care less about you. Since the car is not yet registered to me, Mercedes Benz won't switch the warranty to my name and at some point, I'll get stop for having expired tags. My advice, stay away from this dealer, life's too short for this crap.

    I have been having my Range Rover serviced here for three years, last time in July. They changed Ownership and out of nowhere they charged my credit card over $3k!!!!! When I haven't been there since July!! When I call no one answers no one returns my call and they just stole my credit card number. DONT GO HERE!

    Time and time again Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos lets me down…read more There was a change in upper leadership and they brought in Ramon Gomez, Service Department Manager. He came in and ensured my vehicle got fixed for a previous issue on the quarter glass. They allowed me to use my own glass company to do the repairs and paid for it. I am grateful for this and was satisfied for the time. Ramon was attentive and told us to always ask for him whenever we called or stopped by. However, another issue has arised where an unauthorized third party called the dealership and inquired about my vehicle that was supposedly at the shop for service. The unauthorized third party is a family member who's name is not on the vehicle nor is financially responsible for the vehicle. I will not get in the backstory of this family member nor their intentions. The dealership released information that my vehicle was not at the dealership, but at a body shop. And they gave the phone number of the my spouse, whose phone number is on the vehicle. My spouse did NOT consent to his phone number being released. This is a violation of the dealership's privacy policy as stated on their website. My husband went back and fourth with Ramon on this issue, and Ramon said they were going to a conduct an investigation and concluded that there were two dealership employees did unknowingly disclose the information to the third party. Ramon offered us compensation for this incident. But it's been a month since the incident and he has ghosted us. He never reached back out again to give us peace of mind nor to tell us what steps the dealership was going to take to ensure this never happens again to another customer, and to follow-up on his word about compensating us for the troubles. He stopped answering all phone calls, emails, and even told Julie to start handling our concerns instead of him. The fall in communication is very disappointing. The only time he listened again was when I took this complaint to the BBB. Yet again, it is being swept under the rug and is ghosting. I will not allow this to go unnoticed. Just right when things were starting to look up! So sad!

I was then taken to Ozzy's office where everything was explained clearly, so I wondered over to the waiting area which has 2 large scree TV's, various vending machines available and a full on little cafe serving up burgers, sandwiches and burritos!!! One expects a certain level of transparency when engaging in the delicate dance of purchasing a vehicle, but instead, it felt more like trying to debug a system with no documentation--confusing, frustrating, and ultimately futile. And then, the negotiation process. Or rather, the lack thereof. Attempting to negotiate--perfectly standard behavior in such transactions--was apparently treated as some sort of social faux pas. I half expected a trapdoor to open beneath me. In fact, it seems one can be shown the door simply for trying to discuss the price with any degree of persistence. Extraordinary. Frankly, it's a bit of a slap in the face to both loyal Toyota owners and those considering joining the fold. One would hope for a welcoming and reasonable experience, not one that feels adversarial and, quite frankly, absurd. In conclusion: overpriced, misleading, and oddly hostile to negotiation. I shall be taking my business elsewhere--and possibly bringing a stress ball next time.

What I don't understand is why customers aren't kept informed. A simple phone call explaining the delay would have gone a long way. He did not answer whether there was any flexibility on pricing, nor did he explain what the next steps would be. He then got up, walked away, and began assisting other customers. I was left sitting there not knowing what to do. After waiting for a while, I decided to leave and went to another dealership. This was a very disappointing experience. Will suggested to call Avis to see if they would accept the car locally (rather than driving it back down 40 miles, and then coming back up with another driver to bring it back down). I never would have thought of this, and Avis did take the car back locally. Will even followed me to the Avis so that we could then drive back to the dealership together. I would highly recommend working with Will - and if I do need a car again, would not hesitate to come back to Kia of Cerritos.

I'm looking over my inspection and tell me why all the crap I was originally recommended to get fixed is all of a sudden in good condition!? Make it make sense! 45 min pass an no response if the car is done. I go up to ask about it and tell me why this man has the audacity to gaslight me. He tells me he texted me almost an hour ago. And I give him back the same energy he gave me and tell him " yea I know I texted you back" he then proceeds to tell me that it's been ready for almost an hour. And I tell him yea.. your text said you would tell me when it's ready. Then he tells me no, til he checks the message and sees that I was right. No apology. Just an "oh don't know why it sent like that. " Also, they never updated my info. I should have told Eli he owed me a full tank of gas like he promised, but knowing this place it probably would be with sugar to charge more to have it fixed. So just to let you know, Kia of Cerritos is not the place for you. They will gaslight you and talk down to you. Oh and this time they didn't add a scheduled service sticker on my car window. Probably intentional.

He worked patiently with my parents to ensure they got a monthly payment and interest rate they were comfortable with. ​When we arrived to finalize everything, Julian had the Jeep washed, gassed up, and all the paperwork ready to go. It's rare to find a salesman who is this transparent and respectful of your time. If you want a straightforward, "no-headache" car buying experience, definitely go see Julian!

The customer service was absolutely terrible. Timeline: After signing Tuesday, I was promised a 3-4PM Wednesday pickup. I had to be the one to call them at 1 PM Wednesday, only to find out it wasn't ready. This left me stranded without a car for work on Thursday. Management Failure: Speaking with Ali, the GSM, was a 15-minute exercise in frustration. He offered no solutions and said no to all my requests (no loaner, no rental car, no statement credit) until I specifically asked for the General Manager, Bill Stephens. Only then did a "check for a rental" suddenly become an option. It shouldn't take 17 minutes of arguing to get a luxury dealer to fix a mistake they caused. The "Detail" Lie: I pointed out dirty cupholders to THREE different people on Tuesday. They all promised it would be detailed. It wasn't. After "two" supposed details, the car still had markers on the headlights and a "disgusting" cupholder interior (my friend's words). I still even found crumbs next to the cupholder after driving off. The Bottom Line: If you don't want to service used car buyers, don't take trade-ins. Bill Stephens, your team needs to do better. A check for a rental doesn't buy back the hours of stress and poor communication.

I purchased a vehicle from them in mid-March. The dealership claims its vehicles undergo an inspection before sale, but my vehicle had a leaking transmission bolt (which cost approximately $300 to repair), missing trim pieces, and a faulty radio. To their credit, they replaced the radio at no charge. I was told that my license plates would be delivered to the dealership rather than my home address. While unusual, I accepted that explanation and assumed the required paperwork would be handled properly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. About a month after purchasing the vehicle, I called to ask about the status of my plates. I was told they did not have them yet, but that someone would check with management and get back to me. No one ever did. Over the following weeks, I made several more calls and received the same response each time: someone would look into it and call me back. No one ever did. As my temporary registration approached expiration, I continued trying to get answers. At one point I was told their "plate guy" had the plates and they should arrive within a few days. When I followed up, I was told that was no longer the case. Again, I was promised a callback that never happened. With only a week remaining before my temporary tags expired, I contacted AAA for assistance. That is when I learned that the title had never been transferred into my name. I immediately contacted the dealership, but my calls went unanswered. I then sent an email explaining the situation and was told someone would follow up on Monday. Based on my previous experience, I am not optimistic that will happen. As a result, I am now dealing with registration issues and scrambling to resolve paperwork that should have been completed by the dealership months ago. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the complete lack of communication. Mistakes can happen, but repeatedly failing to return calls or provide updates is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
