I have a 2015 Macan S and I'm so disappointed with this service shop. What used to be a reliable place to take your Porsche to ended up becoming a headache after headache upon each visit. Not only did I have my car in service for more than a month I still feel like my car wasn't properly repaired as it continues to make suspension noises while steering. I originally thought my lease was ending at the end of 2024, but I got a reminder form McKenna that my lease was ending this year. I connected with Nate and he was able to see me right away to discuss my next options. I've been eyeing the Cayenne coupe for years now and Nate made it happen. I test drove the Cayenne hybrid, the Cayenne original and finally the Cayenne coupe. He explained very thoroughly the difference in each of the cars and I was very pleasantly surprised that he knew the mechanics about the cars. I feel like a lot of the sales guys are sadly lacking info/details when selling their cars but not Nate. He really knows the cars inside and out. Drove from bay area to LA to purchase a CPO Macan. Salesperson was great but the experience was horrific. The process is archaic and we were essentially ignored for hours. Just before leaving after over 6 hours at the dealership, we discovered a damaged rim. (Turns out 2 rims were damaged and I'm fairly sure they were aware of it but that's a separate issue.) Our salesperson said we could get it repaired in the bay area and we'd be reimbursed after sending the invoice. It's been over 3 months and still have not been reimbursed despite numerous text conversations and numerous promises to pay. Cash purchase and while Macans are not the most expensive cars on the lot, it was still substantial. Definitely expected more from this dealership. Edit: Why are you acting like you care now that I've posted about my experience? Please explain over social media why you have NOT followed through on your promise to reimburse for the damaged wheel. It's been 4 months and you've made several false committments to send a check. To others: if you want honesty, courtesy and integrity, avoid this shady place. read more

My wife and I came to McKenna Porsche when we were on our way back home. We pre-ordered Tesla but know Porsche's prestige in high end car. I recently started looking at Macan and heard that has few problem and is very reliable. Therefore, I decided to take look of the interior. When we first stepped in, David (the manager) led us to Byron. Then Byron helped us understand the current inventory, supply chain and delivery situation. He showed us Macan's interior patiently and some pre-certified cars with low mileage for options since the lead time is long. This happens to Tesla as well, which is why we started looking at different cars other than Tesla. At the end, we got an estimation of the monthly payment we need to pay before hard pulling our credit. Overall Byron is very professional and friendly to our questions. His manager David cares about what we need. Although we are still under consideration of choosing Porsche or keeping Tesla's pre-order, I want to recommend Byron as your window if you want to buy a Porsche because we were very pleased during the whole process, even over my original expectation. It's always a pleasure when she is my service advisor. I made a mistake of not requesting her last time, and the treatment was day and night. The advisor was rude and not knowledgeable. She kept telling me that they didn't perform the service I requested, and kept saying that they texted me in advance so I should not have come in.... Obviously, I didn't get the text, that's why I showed up... Getting your Porsche serviced should not be this difficult and unpleasant. I came to McKenna to trade in a car I bought in 2020 from Circle Porsche for an EV. This is my second purchase from them and I'm so glad I found them. Dominic was my brand ambassador this time and he was really great (Travis/Dun was the first one and he was also great!) He was knowledgeable and responsive and there were no high pressure or upsell sales tactics. They have been nothing but accommodating and when I changed my mind about having a tutorial on my car's features after the sale, they were quick to send Sam out to assist me. He ended up advising me about both my cars and once again, like everyone else I've encountered there, on point, knowledgeable and professional. Finance manager Harpreet was upfront and really helpful again, and really fast (because the finance department stuff is usually THE longest and driest situation ever) no pressure tactics involved. Cars are expensive in general right now, but I'm very satisfied with the deal I made, and what I paid. They also have what seems to be by far the largest selection of in stock EVs of any dealer I ran across. I found exactly the features I was looking for and didn't pay for any that I didn't. The email and handwritten note from Danny McKenna after the deal closed may seem corny to some, but I very much appreciated it!
