They have spice options and also have a spice rack if you need more spice. The som-tum most likely comes Thai style but I requested Lao style which they accommodated to. I got the spiciest level but it wasn't that spicy to me. The pork skewers that came with sticky rice was well flavored and had that smoky charred grilled taste which was nice.

Food was yummy (took almost 25 minutes, but the food was made fresh!) service was friendly and attentive. The owner was really chatty and answered any questions we asked, patiently since we've never been. As you can see, the mango sticky rice is very soupy and cereal-like. I've never had it presented this way. Didn't taste great either. My issue with the pad thai was it was like 99.9% noodles and hardly any tofu. I mean, it's tofu, not the more pricey seafood or other protein. Other than that, this was far from my fav pad thai.
