I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude for my experience on Saturday 4/19/14. I made an appointment on Monday and scheduled the test drive on Saturday. I read the reviews and did all my "homework" prior. When I walked in I was prepared to purchase but had no expectations. I met with Darya. I had advised her that I noticed the price increase within a couple of days of making the appointment and in order to move forward, I would need them to grant the original price. No questions asked, they granted the amount. Upon my inspection and test drive I was ready to proceed in purchasing the car. The whole process was easy. Within an hour I walked out with a 2004 Ford Mustang. I've had several cars and trucks in my life and this experience was the easiest. I highly recommend this company for several reasons. # 1 they friendly # 2 knowledgeable and # 3 they are honest people. This dealership is absolutely phenomenal!!! My husband and I had been looking to purchase a Mercedes. I am so turned off by dealerships and the negotiating process that I was not very happy about doing this. He found a car with low miles and we drove up from San Diego to see it! We loved it. I purchased a Mercedes E350 from MDK and overall customer service was great, they worked with my Credit Union to get the car financed and it all went smoothly. When I drove off I was kind of curious as to why a dealer wouldn't top off the gas tank but didn't think too much of it. Before I got home I topped it off and when I went outside later I noticed a STRONG gasoline smell coming from my garage, no leaks or anything but the car threw a preemptive code for P0456 which is a small leak in the evap system. I tracked down the smell to the backseat and there were puddles of gasoline on both the fuel filter and the fuel pump directly under the rear seats. I cleaned it up but it continued to leak and after looking closer there are cracks at the top of both, which would only be noticeable and leak on a full tank(which is probably why it was not topped off during the test drive and purchase). I'm not too mad, it is a 10 year old car and I guess I should have done a better inspection. I expected problems since it was a good deal but did not expect it literally a day after I purchased the car. I have not reached out to MDK because it was an "as is" sell and I honestly don't expect much, but I am kind of disappointed because I believe they knew about this problem and still sold me the car. read more

Nothing but great things to say about them! The team is very honest; when I expressed an interest to buy a vehicle, they immediately provided warning about certain makers and where they could potentially be problematic; they want you to be informed about all aspects of the vehicle before you buy it. When I bought my car, they provided a free tire replacement and even took out $400 commission fee from extended warranty. In short I believe their business model is not in making a quick buck and squeeze the most money out of you in one visit, but to establish a reliable repeating relationship. This was my first time buying used car and I was a little nervous and hesitant. I booked my appointment online for 2006 Mini Cooper Hardtop S and they were able to squeeze me in following business day. Dealership itself is super nice and clean. They are upfront with their Carfax information and as they don't do mechanical work themselves recommend a third party inspection. Be sure to do that so you know what you have as they are not a car dealership lot. What can I say.. I was worried to do a mistake in choosing a dealership, where I would get my first car in finance. And I didn't. My friend advised me this location, I came and immediately fell in love with sweet Audi A3, which I needed for business. I thought it was something wrong with a car, because of it's cheap price. Wanted to update my review for a third time after MDK told me they put new tires on the car when I bought it I just had to go to the tire shop and spend $1000 dollars on tires which were supposedly brand new last year. According to the tire shop the tires had a date of manufacture printed on them from February 2011 which was when they were originally put on my car so the tires being five years old when MDK sold me the car another lie they told me! Please make sure to check any car you buy from them they are huge liars new tires what a joke they're lucky I had $1000 to spend on tires. I will be looking into the lot to see if this is actually illegal to sell a car with bad tires. Would not recommend. Was very tedious to purchase the vehicle. Shipping of the vehicle was delayed. Car has undisclosed acid splatter damage on the hood, electrical issues make the stereo and other settings unusable and internal light to flicker, leaks oil, has the wrong sized tires on the rear...not exactly the experience I was looking for :(. Last week I stumbled upon MDK after searching the Los Angeles area for a reliable Toyota Camry. Recently I totaled my daily driver and needed to get back into something quick. My experience with at least five dealerships was a nightmare. I got high pressure and bad excuses for over priced junk. I knew I was at the right place when I walked in and saw how the place was kept. They work out of a neat warehouse and everything is really clean. So far so good....I met Joe the salesman and he made me comfortable with his casual and professional demeanor. The price that I found online was excellent but I still had to make sure the car lived up to my standards. As it turned out it did. This was a 2008 Camry that was immaculate with low miles. I kept thinking I wish I had come here first but I guess I had to go through the experience of looking before I knew what pleased me. All it would've taken for me to have a better experience with you would be that you tell me "it has minor front end accident damage" but is in otherwise great shape. I agree that otherwise the car is in great shape. You're a nice guy and you know your cars. But I wasn't looking for one with previous damage and you could've saved me my entire weekend to look at this car if one of you had just told me that it had some damage before driving 6 hours. I took the car to a body shop on my test drive and they said $2-3k in proper body and paint work for it to be looking good as new. That matters. You don't have to think so. But your customers do. Fabulous Experience! I highly recommend them for your next used car!! Just purchased my Volvo XC90 there and everyone keeps commenting on how new it looks, due the the meticulous detailing that was done. When you walk in, it feels like an honest atmosphere and my experience matched my first impression. I'm amazed at how approachable and willing to answers all my questions, both Michael and Darya where. They where very accommodating as well. I even called back a few days later asking if they new of a good mechanic in my area, about an hour away, and they researched on-line and emailed it to me. Rating our experience very low because we were genuinely shocked at how we were handled, here's the play by play: Friday --- Test drove a car that fit our needs Saturday----Went to buy it and run financing to sign and drive home. Double checked that DVD player was working before finalizing and low and behold it wasn't. The owner said we'll have to wait til Monday to see what the mechanic says and this is where things went south. Monday------No response to my email asking for an update Tuesday----I call and hear let me get an update from the owner and get back to you (no call back) Wednesday afternoon----I call again and hear it sounds like the owner isn't that motivated to get it fixed Thursday----I email saying do you want to just knock dollars off the price and we'll take care of getting it fixed ourselves and hear they SOLD the car Wednesday How is that possible? We think we're buying a car and they're checking on a defect and they sell the car out from under us AFTER dinging our credit so we have to start the process elsewhere from scratch. Bottom line with this place is you need to expect to buy a car 'as is' and if they list features that don't actually work, that's too bad for you. I was really looking forward to checking this place out. Great yelp reviews, two cars fitting my criterion. My previous car was totaled in an accident (not my fault) so I am carless with my insurance check and a pre-approved loan. I want to buy a car yesterday. I have never experienced car agents less interested in selling cars. I arrived at the dealership. They gave me the keys and pointed me in the direction of the vehicles. First off, the keyless entry didn't work. They answered about a quarter of my questions and offered no additional information. I liked one of the cars and they offered to drop it off at my mechanic the next day (SWEET!). My mechanic found a coolant leak from the water pump ($500-600 fix) and after waiting all day and finally tracking the sales agent down I was told that it wasn't an emergency repair and the car wouldn't be fixed nor would the price be adjusted. If you are looking to buy a car in need of repairs from completely hands off agents go here. I am personally looking for a well running car and agents actually working to sell their cars. read more

Im leaving a 1 star review because the customer service is horrible & it seem like this is the only way to contact the owner . I went to look at a car (drove over an hour to look at this car) i got there a little before my appointment , the sale people didn't seem like they wanted to be there was my first impression , which seems like a common . Long story short i approach the vehicle and instantly notice the paint on the hood / roof of car is fading , I'm still interested i can talk about this later . I start my test drive and the guy tells me upfront the radio volume knob doesn't work . ok cool i can understand that ( later radio completely turns off , and doesn't want to work after that hmm ) . the test drive route they have is very short , you can barely get the car warm before your back at the dealership , on the way back i notice the temp starts to rise above half way (200 degrees) , i ask the sales person can we spin it one more time just to make sure , he was reluctant , but allowed . he states " it doesn't overheat but you don't had to believe me." DUHH . The temperature finally settles then drops after reaching approx 210 degrees which is a little over half way . i ask the sales person "if i buy this car today and on the way home it overheats , what are we gonna do" . he says "The car is sold as is" WOW okay . We return to the dealership i further more inspect the car , and find out the fog lights don't work either . The sales person seems stunned , i figure okay we can talk about this . this is a 6 year old car with 43k on it . With a couple questionable problems . Im still interested but i want a fair and reasonable price . the sales person goes and talks to whom I'm sure is the owner and the finical women . This women then comes out and say " we can drop the price 300 no more " ( I'm in no rush to be in debt ) i say thank you and begin to leave , she then says " 500 no more ". Now i feel I'm being played with i ask to talk to the owner . They give me the run around and i never get to talk to him . ( and i saw him walking in the back ) Heres the break down : OEM radio $179.99 plus install . the fog lights could be numerous things just annoying to deal with , the paint i can macco for $500 . but my biggest issue will the car overheat giving the opportunity ? the car cost 14,690 - 500 they offered 14,190 . i asked them to meet me at 14,000 and they would budge , over $190 when my repairs are still more costly . ( they don't want to sell cars !!! ) this car has been at their dealership for over 2 months !!!!! Hopefully the owner will respond to this as he does all the other 1 star ratings , and please get back to me . I'm still interested in the car to this day but need a good deal i know he can offer . Please message me personally if you want this car sold !!! Hopefully a 2nd time will yield a better review . BTW your 1 star ratings seem more like customer service issues not the vehicles you sale . maybe its the people you have working for you that are hampering some off your sales . read more
