This place is amazing. Seemed a little strange when I pulled up, as it just looks like office buildings but inside is a warehouse like in the movie gone in sixty seconds with what seemed like hundreds of high end cars. The manager Michael was very helpful and really knows a lot about cars. What a joke of a business! You are required to make an appointment to view a vehicle they have, so I made an appointment 3 days before actually going, when we got there, they had us walk all the way in the back to view the vehicle and oh my god! We had to squeeze past all these other cars to find the car we wanted to view and it was filthy! The lady tried telling us "we just washed it but it rained a little"... hell no it had weeks upon weeks of dirt buildup on it, and it was between 2 fences so we couldn't even get into the vehicle to look at it, and on top of that we had to tiptoe around a bunch of piles of cat poop and piss! I cannot believe these people are trying to gain business this way! I cannot believe in 3 days they couldn't put in the effort to try to gain a sell! What a joke! read more

Found this dealership through the help of yelp and I will have to agree with the consensus. This is a great dealership that sells clean used cars without the use of pushy salespeople. Do you homework beforehand and get an inspection if needed otherwise the dealership can't be blamed. I purchased my e55 through them which was the cleanest in socal at the time. As any mercedes owner knows these cars require more attention so with that said a CPS sensor was defective which cause the engine not to turn over after cranking. Michael and Darya went above and beyond to recommend me to their mechanic to fix the issue. I highly recommend them! read more

Just drove home in our new beautiful 2007 Saab 97X SUV!!! The entire experience went like a charm. Beginning with the phone call. Instead it is a low-key garage filled with tremendous import cars, all at reasonable, no-haggle prices. I bought a Mini Cooper here a few months ago, and it's been a great car...the first used car I've ever bought that I didn't immediately regret because of problems. The place looks like Jay Leno's garage and I plan to return to buy another car in the future. Mike seems to know everything about the cars, and I loved learning stuff even I didn't know about Minis. Darya was very professional, and the paperwork was quick and painless. Be aware, they have non-negotiable prices which put me off at first, but once I realized that the price was already a good deal, it made other dealers seem like circus promoters. I recommended this place to my brother who came and bought a car here. He seemed pissed off because he lives to haggle, but on the ride home, he said he was actually very happy and it was still the cheapest S-Class he could find. Had an awesome experience here I wanted to write about even though I didn't actually end up buying the car. I feel obligated to do this because a unique place like this deserves more recognition. At the young age of 20 I'm already on my sixth car, so I've had rather extensive experience going from dealership to dealership for the past few years. Most have been okay, some have been pretty good while others have been horrible. This place however really stood out from the rest simply because of how low pressure and professional the entire process was. The car I was looking at was somewhat of a specialty vehicle, older with very low miles. This dealership is the first privately owned one I have been to which gives me the impression that the people who run it actually know and care about the cars they sell, who they're selling it to, and cars in general. I want to start off by talking about the no haggle pricing. This is normally a red flag in my eyes, because it is often a way for cheap dealerships to overcharge customers who don't know any better. The thing is here, every single car had an INCREDIBLY fair price while never being so low it is too good to be true. I consider myself a "car guy" so I know a lot about vehicles that I don't even want to buy. I can honestly say I understand why they have strict prices, because bringing them down further would be unfair for the dealership. Cars seem to be priced according to their real world value. The car I was looking at, for example, was the only one like it in the state when it comes to the combination of mileage, year, and trim. So although it costed more than the blue book, it was more than a fair price considering all of this. Which is why I came over here to begin with interested in a car I wasn't even considering to begin with. Anyone who knows cars and knows their fair market value will have no desire to bring the prices down here. The next thing is the sales experience. First off everyone was incredibly nice and respectful in a genuine way. No sleasy salesman vibes at all. I came in with my mom, and too many dealerships see this as a quick way to sell a car to possibly clueless customers. No one here pressured us to do anything. As I said, the car I was looking at was not an ordinary vehicle. For that reason getting pre approved was a slightly more challenging process. Thankfully, the lady who worked with me ( pretty sure it was this Darya woman the other reviewers spoke of) made things happen very fast. She let us know of a few financing services that give much better rates for these types of cars than the bank I was planning on using, and quickly started making phone calls. She was very determined to find the best rates available as I heard her talking on the phone. She ended up letting me do the test drive before the process was offically over to save time, since she saw that the way things were going we would get approved. The test drive went very smoothly. One of their employees was in the backseat of course and we were making conversation about the vehicle. He let me know everything there is to know about the car. Once we got out, he told me what he thinks the cars weakspots are without me even asking. Also, I need to mention how great their selection is. So many cool, unique cars that you wouldn't find at most places. I did not end up purchasing from this dealership only because I decided I'd rather buy something newer with more modern amenities. This is after they drove their car over for to a mechanic of my choice for free to do a pre inspection. Since I had very specific vehicles in mind I ended up buying from a different dealership that reminded me of how great this one was. This place treated me like an informed consumer as opposed to a possible paycheck. More importantly, the people here know about their inventory. When I bought my car from a different dealership, the sales lady actually said she "doesn't know much" about the model I was in. The people who work here know what they are talking about. For my next purchase, I will be going on their website first to see if they have what I want. Also they had two really nice cats I got to play with while getting the paperwork in order. I recently purchased my Lexus LS430 from MDK. I trusted Lexus used car quality reputation, and good Yelp review of this dealership, so bought the car AS-IS immediately after a short test drive. A few electrical issues came up after extended drive, and Tustin authorized Lexus dealer was able to diagnose and replace the faulty gateway ECU unit. I contacted MDK owners Darya and Michael with the fix info, even though I bought the car AS-IS, but they talked to me on the phone and offered to cover a portion of the repair bill. Waited a year to post this review. Back in May of 2017 I purchased my 2008 Mercedes CLK 350 convertible and I absolutely adore my car. I did had a few issues with it even after a third-party inspection; the gas pump needed to be replaced which I got done for about $660 elsewhere and my my front brake pads, a few brake lights and front headlight I needed to get redone this year as well. I have yet to purchase the warranty which they offer to purchase within 1 year so I will be purchasing that very soon. It was a personal yet bad decision on my part not to purchase the warranty at signing but I suggest you purchase the warranty that they offer just in case... other than that my car runs pretty well and I'll be keeping it. I have to admit the buying process was very very easy as I had a trade in and there was no long wait and no long drawn-out session to purchase the car. They were very easy and accommodating and didn't jump down your throat when it was time to make decisions. read more

Michael was also very helpful and always available to answer questions I first had my car appraised at carmax and MDK,as they state online, offered me more. This process was quick easy and very fair. What's also nice to see is they do not overprice their vehicles, obviously they operate a business to make money but they are now offering my vehicle for only 10% more than I received and let's face it they handled all the paperwork, so it was totally fair. I was also looking to purchase a vehicle from them. They work by appt., so no need to wait.They allowed me to test drive the vehicle and drive it over to my mechanic on my own. After i returned, I was concerned about a couple service lights so they took the vehicle to my mechanic the next day so he could look at it more thoroughly. Once my mechanic gave his blessing Darya and I started working on the financing. Everything was super simple and quick. When I went in to purchase they had all the paperwork ready for signing. I was in and out with my car in less than 40 minutes. Even after I was done and ready to drive off Michael came out and touched up a few scuff marks on the floorboard. All in all a great experience. I really like what they do, I am not sure if it has a name, but I call it car flipping. They buy at prices the seller cant get elsewhere, and sell without a huge markup so the buyer is happy too. With that said they do not do much, in repairs, to the cars they buy so it is the buyers responsibility to do their diligence and research the vehicle, or have a reliable mechanic willing to look at it like me, prior to going in. I've never had such a horrible experience at a car dealership before I came here. I had been here twice, the first time, I test drove two cars I was interested in with no problem. Then, I came back about a month later with my father to help narrow down the choice, and ran into problems when the lady told me that I was NOT allowed to test drive the car unless I was ready to buy it. I told her that I had already drove 2 cars here and that I could not buy the car until I sold the car I already own, and I wasn't doing that until next week, so I told her that if I like the car I would be back NEXT WEEK to BUY IT. She still would not let me test drive, so I asked if she wanted us to leave, and she said yes. At that point I was very frustrated, I was told to never come back, as the door was slammed in my face. I have nothing but praise for MDK. Daria & and her team make our car buying a really pleasant experience. They did not hassle us at all and even encouraged us to think it over. When we decided to bring one of their cars to an auto shop for inspections (something they strongly encourage), Daria even dropped off and picked up the car. You see a lot of reviews written shortly after a car is purchased. Well, I bought a used BMW X5 from these guys just over 2 years ago for my wife. I got a pre-purchase inspection done (you DEFINITELY want to do this) which found some minor issues but nothing major. The X5 is not known for being reliable so I was concerned about maintenance long term. I do most of my own work so figured I could take care of anything major myself. After 2 years and 25k miles I am absolutely delighted that I purchased the car. It has not been flawless, but FAR less maintenance has been needed than I expected.
