When I arrived, the staff was pleasant and they started working on me within 10min. During the service the woman working on me kept staring at me, which made me a bit uncomfortable. The pedicure itself was about 20min and included a scrub and moisturizing. I had let my nails dry for about 20min, and I got up to leave. And two of the workers very aggressively told me not to go because they weren't dry yet. I politely told them I had touched my nails and they felt fine, but they repeatedly told me to sit down so I did. They gave me a fan and I stayed another 5min. When I was leaving, the woman who worked on me went to the counter with me. I said I'd pay via Zelle. She asked me if I had cash for tip, and I told her I did not. And she told me the next time I come to make sure I bring cash (there will not be a next time). While I added the phone number to my Zelle, she just stared me down at the counter and wouldn't let me leave until she saw payment go through. I understand wanting to be paid, but it was very confrontational and I didn't enjoy the implication of a tip. That along with their aggression with me trying to leave is why I will not be coming back here. It was a very awkward experience for my first time, I certainly won't be back.

I explained to her my nail problems and she got right to work. My initial return went so well, I've come in numerous times since. They demonstrate great care and attention to detail, every time. There's no haste or rushing, regardless of how busy they are. What's more frustrating is I booked Gel-X and still got pushed into getting regular gel because Jenny wasn't available, even though the appointment was supposed to be with her. I completely understand she's popular, but it's disappointing to make an appointment for a specific service and technician and not receive either. I had to pivot from my original design but she was really skilled and I honestly let her have full reign of the new design, but they turned out beautiful. She put a ton of detail into making sure my nails were perfect to the very last minute. FYI a gel manicure with design and gems/pearls (self provided) was $65 pre tip, which is more than they list on the site. They prefer cash but venmo is also accepted. Very peaceful vibe inside, with a restroom and water provided. They don't rush you at all which is nice :)
