One of our favorite places in Morristown. The food here is an amazing array of flavors. My personal favorites are the MANTU DUMPLINGS and the CHERRY RICE. (Trust me!) Tried their pizza for the first time. It was pretty decent and so cheap though the ingredients did not taste cheap.The Afghan salad was very fresh and delicious. How can you go wrong paying $18.00 for a large cheese pie with garlic and a salad that was large enough for 4. Have also had the falafels and kabobs. Very good also. We were trying to pick a place to eat that wasn't a place we have been before. We decided to stop in the Mediterranean Grill. There are two sides of the restaurant; a sit down and order area on one side and a more casual order at the register and seat yourself on the other. We sat on the more casual side and decided to split a lamb gyro and Mediterranean platter. It was. so. much. food! We were hungry but our eyes must have been bigger than our stomachs. The lamb gyro would have been plenty, but the Mediterranean platter was definitely worth it. The falafel was so good. My boyfriend who doesn't even like falafel said it was good. With perhaps the most eclectic menu in Morristown, Mediterranean Grill reminds me of that Seinfeld episode with Babu and his Dream Cafe that served things from all over the world. Here you can get pizza, a burger, falafel, a cheesesteak, or biryani. And many other things to fill the voids. Service is fast, and the food is generally good. I recommend going to the east/subcontinent part of the menu. Burgers are best after 11pm when the rest of Motown kitchens seem to shut down. If you really want pizza, go next door if it's before 10 pm on a weekend. If you haven't picked up yet - MG's extended hours are a big plus. read more

Really great food with good portions. I ordered food here for take out. I got the combo platter (lamb and chicken over rice) with pita bread. The combo platter was really good-the meat was tender and very tasty. They were also very generous with the meat and the meal itself was pretty big. I'm a pretty big eater and I had enough for 2 meals. Totally worth the price in my opinion. The pita bread was solid- exactly what you would expect it to be. I also ordered extra white sauce and vegetables on the side and they happily obliged. The food came pretty fast and I was pretty happy with their Covid precautions. Excellent, quick, and what variety! My husband and I were starving after our delayed flight. So many food spots were closed (10pm Saturday night) and our hotel was kind of far from anything. And their restaurant was closed! Thankfully Mediterranean Grill was open and delivered so quickly on Uber Eats!!! We got the chicken parm sandwich and the regular fried chicken sandwich, and I requested no Mayo and a side of Buffalo sauce and ranch. They actually did everything I asked for!!! Came here on a whim, but was very impressed! Massive menu with pizza, Mediterranean style dishes, and many other things Had the baba ghanoush and hummus for appetizers. Both were tasty but the baba took the cake! Got the extra cucumbers on the side (came out like cucumber French fries and were perfect for dipping!) The first time we ordered takeout here we ordered the lamb gyro. It was very good. It was large and tasty. The only problem was the Tzatziki sauce. Another Yelper mentioned that the Tzatziki tasted like mayo. I found it to be completely tasteless. Which is a shame because if they would just make it in house, they would deserve five stars. I make my own Tzatziki, so I know they can do it better. Today, we ordered a falafel gyro and a white pie pizza. The falafels were delicious. They were defined up there in quality and taste. The portion was great. The white pie needed something. I don't think they put any garlic in, but it needed garlic, it was bland. That being said, dipping it in the included marinara fixed the flavor problem. The marinara was great. It was also needed for the garlic knots. The garlic knots should just be called knots. This place would be five stars if they added garlic or made their own Tzatziki. Really, both are needed, but just 1 of those would trip this to 5 stars in my opinion. read more

I have ordered the chicken cheese fries several times and it has always been delicious. Very succulent dish. Tonight was definitely an off night. Chicken was dry and there were far more fries than chicken (unlike usual). The fries did not appear fresh. The taste of the entire meal was off. Absolutely disgusting food and horrible customer service. Ordered shrimp kabob plate. They bring me this dish of slop. There was shrimp in it, so I'm like ok I guess this is it. Take one bite. It's gross. The owner comes over and asks me what I ordered. I say "shrimp kabob plate, what is this?" She replies "oh just eat that". I tell her well I would prefer what I ordered. She says "you took a bite, it's sold" with a nasty attitude and walks off. The employees aren't too bright either. I ask the lady taking my order "what are corn nuggets?" She looks me dead in the face and says "it's corn inside a nugget".... Ok well wtf is a nugget? Chicken nugget? Weed? A turd? They call this place Mediterranean. It is not Mediterranean. They serve pizza (that looked terrible), Biryani (Indian rice), tzatziki is made with mayonnaise (so not actually tzatziki at all) and everything seems like it's influenced by Jamaican. Very confusing. I'll never spend a dollar in that place again and I'd avoid it like monkeypox if I were you. read more

Wow, this pizza was phenomenal! Perfect amount of sauce, cheese, chicken and crust. Pizza crust was fluffy, and crispy with a soft inside. Chicken was seasoned really well and the hot sauce drizzle wasn't overwhelming like other pizzerias. Restaurant was clean!!
