The food at Mediterranean Grill is 5 star. It is by far the best and most authentic Mediterranean food in Salisbury. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is a hole in the wall, and I do think it could use some slight interior renovation to add some modern pop. Overall, it has a warm feel, good food, and nice people. The hummus was fresh, the chicken was juicy and well seasoned, and the pita was phenomenal.

We were outside Salisbury and looking for healthy options for lunch. When my online search showed this restaurant, we thought it was a great choice. On arrival we found that they only do take outs and do not have table service. The owner was so nice and incredibly accommodating and suggested we could sit at the tables as long as we didn't mind it being served in take out boxes. Well, that was the most gourmet food I've had in styrofoam containers. The food was outstanding; very fresh and tasty and served in huge portions at a reasonable price. It was so good and even though we had lots of leftovers, we decided to order take outs for the next day. Will definitely go back. It's worth the drive for us.

We ordered to-go at the restaurant and the wait wasn't too long. We got the Mediterranean Medley which was a nice way to sample all the appetizers, the lamb kebab, and the Khoresht Ghormeh Sabuzi stew. The stew was the favorite for both of us, it was absolutely delicious. The lamb kebab was pretty good too but the meat and veggie portion was kind of small but we had so much other food so it was fine. The kebabs come with bread and we also got the Tandoori bread & Tzatziki Dip so between the two of those I'm glad we didn't order extra. Right now they're only doing carry out orders but the inside looked really nice when we went in to pick it up and once they have dine in again I'd like to sit down to eat someday.

Go here!! This review is long overdue - we've been going here for over 10 years? Since we went to Salisbury University as undergrads. We've since lived in Chicago (the best food town) and metro Detroit/Ann Arbor area (supposed to have great middle eastern/Mediterranean food) and we've yet to find a place comparable to Mediterranean Grill in Salisbury Maryland! The bread and the tzatziki - we just cannot find anything as good. We have to eat here every time we're in town. Some of our other favorites: the lamb wrap, the kebabs: lamb, salmon, kubideh, and the hummus. The rice is great. The spices are so flavorful. And the owner and his family are amazing and remember us even if it's been a few years since our last visit. Please give them a try!

Great place to go for a delicious home cooked meal. The bread is made there and served warm with the yogurt sauce. The entree portions are generous, meat is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I tried the chicken kabob and the chicken soltani, and the lamb shank is so tender the meat comes right off the bone with your fork. I recommend this place.

Perfectly and properly seasoned kabob! Rice was perfect! Everything was so good. Service was great, guy was on top of it all. Don't let the appearance fool you, this Greek spot is worth it.

We came across this place en route to Virginia and I feel like we really lucked out! The place seems unassuming, and has a laid back feel as soon as you enter. The owner is patient and friendly and is around to personally serve customers as well. I wish I could give them more than five stars for the food. We started off with their mediterranean medley which includes hummus and grape leaves, served with their amazing pita bread/tahini. Their grape leaves are some of the best I've ever had, and their main course didn't fall far behind. Their gyros and lamb kebobs were delicious. They are reasonably priced and have good portion sizes.

Grilled seasoned fish kabobs with rice and veggies. The bomb!!

We were cordially greeted when we arrived and our table was ready and waiting for us. I had made a reservation and I think it's a good idea as they were quite busy. Atmosphere is casual but elevated with cloth tablecloths and napkins. Entree prices are a little high but worth it. The interior is gorgeous. They have dinner specials during the week and they do pizza as well, so we will be back for that sometime for sure. The bar is beautiful and quite big. High ceilings and track lighting complete the look. We split the Oysters Rockefeller along with expertly made cocktails and they were delicious. I had the Braised Short Rib and my husband had the Greek Pasta Bake. Both were yummy. We each had a glass of wine with dinner, and dessert was a piece of key lime pie that is made in-house. The food and presentation were top-notch. All in all a great experience and can't wait to taste the pizza!! If you live close you should try it and if you don't you should make the drive!

We had some saganaki as an appetizer, and it was PERFECT! I highly recommend it for anyone trying this place out! For entrees, I got the Dolmades, and Dad got the Pasta Kotopuolo. My domades blew me away, and Dad got his first taste of Greek food in a few good years and he said he loved it! I got a few bites of his too, and I swear I died and went to heaven, it was too good! We also got some Greek lemon potatoes, and any chance to have potatoes is a good day! Pretty good portion sizes with everything, too! We also got my little cousin a gyro to go, and it DID NOT disappoint! The place was very fancy-looking, and had Greek music playing throughout the restaurant, so it really felt very cool and interesting! I wanted a classic so I just got the gyro platter, the Greek fries and the soup. The soup is so good and reminds me of my favorite Greek place back home in chicago, I used to eat this type of soup every weekend with my family. Ingredients are fresh here and quality is always A1. The Greek fries are my favorite and a guilty pleasure. They are so flavorful and have the best texture. The gyro was also very filling and they really don't skimp out here with their toppings. Grabbed the lamb/beef gyro with a side of Keratsini fries and it smacked. Pita was soft and warm, meat was juicy and seasoned right, and the tzatziki was super fresh and garlicky, not that bland grocery‑store stuff. Only knock is I wouldn't complain about a little more meat in there, but flavor‑wise it's fire. The real problem? Those Keratsini fries. Hand‑cut, salty, tangy, crispy, basically "don't plan on sharing" fries. I could 100% pull up just for those and a drink. Vibe is chill, order at the counter, staff is friendly and actually seem happy you showed up. Food came out quick, place felt clean, and it's perfect for a casual pull‑up after errands or work.
