If I could give zero stars, I would. Husband and I had 6pm appointments, today, at the Folsom, CA site and arrived a few mins early. Trailer and signs were out, but no one came out to meet us. I got out and knocked on the door and no one answered. Called the corporate number, which happens to have a Las Vegas area code same as my cell, and no one answered - VM also full. Called several more times, still no answer though business hours are until 9pm. Emailed them and no response. Just a few minutes ago, my husband received an email from them saying "thank you for visiting". This company sounds like a scam, likely collecting federal funds and providing no actual service. Such a shame especially given the seriousness of the virus. read more

This company is very unreliable. My appointment was set, then they cancelled it via email. I called them and they setup another appointment for the same day which also got canceled via email. I called them again and they set me up for another test the next day. I showed up before my appointment time and no one was at the site. I called them and I was told they had to close the location for the weekend. No notice was given to me and then I was told the only locations open on this day were several hours away from where I live. That's terrible service! My adult son went to an appointment at the Pleasanton location on 12/30/21, 4 tests were conducted at that appointment: 2- Rapid Tests were negative, 1- Antigen was positive. It took over two weeks to get the 1-PCR Test result was negative??? He was clearly sick (loss of smell, taste and coughing) so the PCR was not accurate. I went to the same location on 1/5/22. I had the same 4 tests, with the same exact results. 2-Negtive Rapid Tests, 1-Positive Antigen, and my 1-PCR also came back on 1/15/22 as Negative? I also was sick with COVID-19 symptoms so the PCR results from this company are not accurate. Do not trust the PCR tests from this company. Not sure what they did to the samples, but they did not process correctly for sure read more

I went to the Mission Viejo location on 7-19-2021. At first I was very impressed. I did have an appointment and I waited just a few minutes as I signed up for the online portal. The test was quick and the rapid results were available before I left the parking lot. The PCR test was supposed to be completed also. In the online portal, it STILL says pending 2 months later. I reached out to the company by email on 2 separate occasions and never received a reply. It's great for a rapid test, but when the PCR test never gets done and nobody can reply to my questions, I just can't recommend them. read more

It looks intriguing because it's free not many people are there but it takes 10 business days to get your PCR result back!! 10 DAYS!!! That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. My sons test came back with positive Antigen - and we've been waiting 6 days now for the PCR test. I wouldn't go back here and just go to CVS or Walgreens. I will post back once I see the new results if they ever come. I read other reviews that after two months their reports were still not updated. This company is either a overwhelmed company or poorly ran. After experiencing symptoms I took my daughter there to verify her status. In addition she needed a test to return to school. The check in process was ok. After the test it was chaos. I am currently on day seven without results. I have sent 4 emails. Had one returned. They said they are busy.... I checked the information on thier site. It states different times in 3 different areas. In addition there are 2 email addresses given on different areas. I tried all of them to see if there was a problem and I needed to retest. Again the response was we are busy. The site states that minors need thier parents or a letter. They never looked at my id never questioned our relationship. I think they are poorly ran. I would highly suggest alternative testing. read more

The fact that they force you to wait in the sun with no shade and the fact that they move so slow is nothing compared to this: When I went to check in for my appointment, I saw dozens of test kits with people's names on them all over the floor in their little shack. They were walking around them like this is no big deal. ARE YOU F'N KIDDING ME??? When I confronted them about it and asked if they seriously think it's okay to walk around test kits on the ground, they just said "We're just counting the kits before they go to the lab". Seriously. A week and a half later, I still have not received my PCR test result. This must be a scam, since I am pretty sure they are billing my insurance for the PCR test but not performing it. read more

We have them set up in our town. Both times I used them they never Ever got my pcr tests results back. You can't cam the company as they don't answers and the voice mail is full. They say they're open till 7pm but often close at like 2 pm claiming their computer is down. On the website they say they only take apts and no drop in. Most of the lines is drop in and I watched people with apts stuck waiting and waiting while drop ins kept getting helped next. It's a racket. They collect govt money just getting to have the tests. Try to avoid this company at all costs! I have seriously had nothing but trouble with this company and mission viejo test center. the only good thing was that they had plenty of available appointments the day I needed a test. I pre-paid $99 for the test online with my appointment but when i arrived they did not accept my appointment time because i was 10 minutes late to check in. my bad... maybe that's because i was standing in the wrong line for more than 10 minutes because their signage with directions are not clear! the woman at the check in window was so rude, too, wish i had taken her name down. so fine whatever, now I have to wait in the standby line. there were maybe only 8 people ahead so why did it take over an hour? these people move at a snails pace! finally an hour later after i'm sunburned i get to the window and tell them i prepaid. the young lady informs me that the test is actually free and hands me a business card, tells me to call the number (with a las vegas area code) to request a refund. BTW this test center did not have the PCR test at the time, so i wasn't even able to know for sure that i was covid-negative 100%. After I finish the test, I go sit in my car to wait for the results and call the number immediately. some guy named Devon answers the call and says i need to email the refunds department, he provides me with the email address. fine. so i email them immediately. 7 days goes by and i haven't received a single email from them so i call them again to complain. this time i speak with a woman who says the refunds department is behind and will get back to me eventually. fine, i'll give them more time. 3 days later i receive a reply back to my refund inquiry and all they say is "you are not eligible for a refund at this time, sorry for the inconvenience." UMMMM... so WHEN will i be eligible for my refund then? the email provides no name of the rep who responded, no contact information, nothing.... so i immediately call that number back. Devon answers again. i explain the situation to him. he asks me for some information and says he will look into it and get back with me... i never hear back from him. i call back 2 days later (it has now been two weeks since my test and initial refund inquiry). the same woman i spoke to last week answers. she said Devon is gone for the day but he will be back on Monday at 9am. i ask her why does it need to be Devon who helps me? isn't there anyone else at that office who can tell me what is going on? she says no. mind you, the number is apparently to their customer service line, but she says their duties include answering phones and helping people find a local test center. she said if Devon said he was looking into it i should speak to him. not to mention that she puts me on hold while she checks Devon's work schedule but i can hear everything going on in the background including her and another worker bullshitting and laughing. WTF? I hang up with her and respond back to the email i received, hopefully they accept responses. Until i speak with Devon again on monday, which i'm sure will lead to no where, i dont know what to do. this company totally scammed me. but I am entitled to a fricken refund! everyone else at that test center got their test done FOR FREE, so why did i have to pay $99? if this test was only $20 i'd just take the loss, but this was $99 and they are clearly scamming me. and have probably scammed many other people. I can't even find them on the BBB. so stupid! only go here if you want somewhat accurate results for free but you may have to wait over an hour in line. do not make an appt and do not pre-pay for a test that is supposed to be free. I got tested for Covid 19 on 1/19/22 at one of the medivolve testing sites right outside Denver CO. I already knew I had covid because both of my roommates tested positive a couple days before I started experiencing symptoms. The nurse barely swabbed my nose, then tells me my test is negative. I knew she was wrong and asked her how accurate the test was, she said 80%. So instead of arguing with her, I called urgent care and made an appointment same day, just two hours later for a covid rapid test. Sure enough, my test was positive. This place is part of the problem in the spread of Covid 19. Do not go here. read more

Should be a 0 stars. On Feb 13th I visited a Medivolve site for COVID testing. Was supposed to be 3 tests performed....rtPCR, IgG/IgM rapid test, and the Antigen test. The first 2 results were back the following day, HOWEVER each test showed SIX results, and each test showed 5 Positive results and 1 negative. This was 52 yes, FIFTYTWO days ago, and my rtPCR results are still not back, and still showing "PENDING" on their website. There is no way to contact anyone at the company, either thru the web or by phone. They need shut down. read more

Do not use this company, they took a test for my sick child to see if he had covid. He is back in school after waiting for the quarantine period. We are still waiting for the results from Medivolve three weeks later. Calling them after many attempts failed until my insurance company got hold of them, then I get some guy working from home who is there to just say it is on its way. This comes off as a scam to get money from your insurance and take advantage of the pandemic and small kids. What a shame. read more

Getting an appointment was easy. Once we arrived there was no signage so we were standing in the wrong line for a good 20 minutes. I received the rapid test results for my daughter within a half hour however, for school they need the PCR test results. It has now been 6 days and still the results are showing as 25% complete and pending. I emailed but never received a reply. So still we wait and unable to attend school. I finally decided to take her to an LHI testing spot yesterday and already received a automated call that her results will be ready in 24 hours. I would NOT recommend Medivolve for PCR test if you want to get in with your life anytime soon. Also she IS sick and I need to know if it's Covid or something else she should go to her doctor for. Made an appointment and showed up on time. Was told to stand in the appointment line where there was only one person in front of me. I still had to wait for about 20 minutes to be called up to the booth at which point 2 nasal swabs were done in each nostril. One was for the rapid test and one was for the PCR test. I received the rapid test results back online within an hour (negative), but it has now been 10 days and the PCR test results are still not posted. I have tried emailing but they do not respond there either. I do not recommend this place if you actually want to get your results back! read more

Similar to others, went to the Mission Viejo Mall location on Oct. 30. The people there were great and professional. The fast test results came back immediately, but a week later we still don't have the PCR results, and at this point don't need them. While I liked the people who helped us, I can't recommend this outfit, and it's too bad because I doubt the delay has anything to do with them. read more

Attempted to get tested in Austin, at the Barton Creek mall location today. Before your appointment, you receive an email with a link to register and they are clear indicating you MUST register before showing up. Once you register, not in a necessary user-friendly website, you must request an 'activation code' to be sent to your email. This email I never received. Today I showed up at 8 am, and of course my account was not activated. Staff at the site was unable to help but did say the system only takes gmail addressed (interesting this fact was not mentioned in the website or the Registration Instructions). I then registered with two different gmail accounts, and the Activation never received the activation email. Bad experience, bad customer service. A waste of my time. read more

Absolutely dishonest. Covid test results were promised within 15 minutes after testing. It has now been 12 hours and test results still have not been provided. They are clever about ensuring that you have no ability to contact them except through email. Their failure to provide test results timely resulted in my inability to participate in a function. read more
