I have continued choosing this dispensary over countless others because of the service and consistency I have received over the years. My interaction with Alfred fell well below the level of professionalism I expect from your brand. Rather than answering my questions respectfully, he was dismissive, condescending, and lacked basic customer etiquette. Instead of educating a customer, he made me feel as though I was asking foolish questions. No customer, especially one who has remained loyal to the same location for over eight years, should leave feeling belittled. As someone who regularly reviews businesses, I know exceptional customer service is what creates loyal customers and positive word of mouth. Poor customer service has the opposite effect. After this experience, I understand why this location has accumulated so many negative reviews centered around customer interactions. One employee can have a significant impact on a business's reputation.
