We chose Meduca's due to the Yelp rating. My fellow Yelper's led me to the right place!! Fantastic cup and salsa. I had the 2 taco plate with carnitas tacos. Excellent tacos!!! Service was fast and friendly!! Highly recommend!!

We came here for lunch while spending a weekend in Cambria after watching a protest rally as the restaurant was across the street.. it's a small what appears to be a family owned restaurant. We all thought the food was good although it took longer than expected and one of the 4 dishes had to be remade as it didn't have everything as ordered. It's always nice to find a never heard of restaurant and support what feels like family owned.

Steak Quesidillia. Fresh ingredients and shell toasted just right. Daughter picky eater but this was a hit.

Server was very attentive and kind. Food was quick and delicious. Perfect start to our day.

Enchiladas (beef & cheese) were quite good but small. Nice red sauce, refried beans and rice too. Salsa Ranchero and chips were free and excellent. Waiter was very gracious. One big issue was no itemized bill. We simply got a check for just over $38. I don't know how much I was charged for anything. He forgot my side of guacamole. Was I charged for that? I put down an AMEX and got back my signature copy which was now over $39. Was that for the cost of using a credit card? The tip options were calculated for you and started with only a 10% option, but was based on the total bill including state tax. That shouldn't be the case. Your tip is generally based on the pretax amount. . Still, nice the tax didn't begin with the 18% option and go up to 25% like a lot of Bay Area restaurants. I'd go again but ask for an itemized bill next time.

Picked up breakfast burritos and they were delicious! Not a long wait to call in an order.

Very tasty food. We got the lunch special. Yummy. Combo plates are too expensive though. Place is very casual with friendly service.

Yes, a hole in the wall, local's place. Ambiance more of fast food place, food just okay and staff mediocre.

We genuinely look forward to it. Their breakfast burritos are some of our favorites anywhere. There's something about the way they cook the egg and wrap it into the tortilla that makes it different from anywhere else we've tried. It's simple, but you can tell everything is made with care. Their salsas are amazing too and always complete the meal. We've also had the al pastor tacos, and they're excellent, but if it's your first visit, don't skip the breakfast burrito. We were politely asked to leave. No fault of the restaurant whatsoever--it was just one of those surreal moments that perfectly captured the beginning of that crazy chapter in history. Fast forward six years... We randomly picked this place for dinner and, as soon as we walked in, we both looked at each other and said, "Wait... haven't we been here before?" Then it hit us. This was that restaurant. Apparently, we had unfinished business. This time, the universe finally let us eat. I ordered the Ortega burger with sweet potato fries, my wife had the patty melt with onion rings, and we took an order of linguini home for later. Every single bite was fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth the six-year wait. The service was just as impressive. Karina was our waitress, and she was attentive, friendly, charming, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place. And if you decide to eat here, there's a very good chance you'll get your food much sooner than we did... only six years ahead of schedule.

It's a cozy restaurant with an intimate setting on Main Street serving dishes packed with flavor! All the dishes were well prepared and presented with lots of detail and care but the two standouts in my opinion were the Rillettes de Gibier and the braised short rib. The rillettes de gibier had was packed with a fatty flavor and just a hint just a hint of gaminesss that made it a great start to the meal. The braised short ribs were just so tender and the mushroom flavor really shined with each bite. It was woody and had a natural, forest-floor quality that grounded the heavy, fatty richness of the short ribs. I could eat that every day of the week and twice on Sundays.

(2 ) available 4- top tables open, but a party of 6 was told 30 minute wait. They declined and left. - A person came in asking for take out only to be told they were "inundated and not taking take out orders at this time." So far this is a management issue - these ladies were giving and needed 1 more server to keep them caught up- lots of business waking out the door due to poor scheduling- what a shame. One person behind the bar and 2 dining room servers would make this successful. It's too easy. - Food came out in a timely manner. Gary's pasta - 10/10 Clam chowder - 10/10 definitely homemade. My wedge- a little pricey but 8/10 only because the dressing came out clearly of a jar and no blue cheese crumbles. (Little things make a huge difference) - Moscow Marlin drink 10/10 - Another walk out. Lots of empty glasses at the bar. Would we come back? Only with these 2 servers. ( I think we got lucky) Definitely not on a Friday and If it's this much of a mess on a Friday, I can only imagine what a Saturday would look like. Cute place with amazing clam chowder and pasta.

I had a Reuben sandwich with onion rings…read more The pastrami was really tough, like you would take a bite, but you couldn't bite through it and so the whole piece of pastrami came out of the sandwich at once. And the onion rings were pretty boring. I don't think they make them there, I am not sure about that, though. But they had kind of a generic look and feel to them, but the problem was they had zero flavor. Like nobody put salt on them when they took them out of the fryer. That's the first thing you do when you pull something out of a fryer, you season it. The server was nice enough, but they have a thing now where if you ask for water, they want to sell you a bottle of water. I get that things are tough for restaurants, but I almost rather pay a little more for the sandwich and get water, if you know what I mean. I'm no food expert, or running a restaurant expert, these are just my reactions as a local who stops in here fairly regularly. I think if the folks who run this place feel like there's any value to my little thoughts, they would be easy to fix and wouldn't cost anything at all really. I've been coming here for years, and I want these folks to do well.
