We ended up having to send our girl over the rainbow bridge and the staff was so nice and compassionate during one of the worst days of my life.

When entering our truck, Molson slipped and ripped his declaw exposing the quick. We called the Small Animal Clinic, and they were able to see us that morning. The veterinarian promptly took Molson back for treatment. Within twenty minutes his exposed quick had been treated - and he was in much less pain. An hour later - allowing time for the bleeding to stop so the wound could be cleaned and wrapped - we were on our way! We can't say enough about how pleased we were with everything and everyone there! Compassionate, considerate, and very fairly priced!

My bill was $204. Once I get there, I am told she has yeast in her ears and to give her children's claritin for breathing due to trachea. Last night, Boots was breathing was labored, she whined all night and did not want to sleep. I contacted ER med vet and was advised to give her claritin and follow up with my Vet. Today, I call at 11a and stated the obvious. Do you want to bring her back for an exam (additional charge). No, i am calling for further recommendation as i was there Friday and the claritin is not working. I am told I would receive a call back. Around 345p, I receive no call and contact them again. First, Noone remembered me calling, hence I was told about the call back without alerting anyone. After calling for the second time, holding for 15 minutes, I am told that there is no record from the visit on Friday and I would need to come in and recharge for another exam.... Needless to say, its a hard NO! I don't not recommend due to no records, additional charges, lack of care and customer service.

We took our sick senior dog to university to get an opinion about where she could be saved after she stopped eating. The vet was optimistic and willing to do a dental the same day as her teeth were awful, but they ran labs and she was just too sick and now looking at kidney failure. He said we could take her to a major hospital and maybe she could pull through and live a little longer, but we've been through a lot over the past year with her being in heart failure and we know she stayed with us longer than most dogs do who suffer heart failure. The vet was super solemn in giving my husband the bad news and he had a really positive experience despite the bad news that we had come to the end of the road with our most beloved dachshund. We will be taking our growing puppy here in the future like when she needs a spay. Please keep your dogs on heart worm medication. Our dachshund went to a rescue with heart worms and we fostered her through the treatment and then foster failed. She was the most amazing dog. Rescues pets are amazing animals.

The lady told me I had to leave my dog with them to go get payment for the office visit. Did she think I was going to run away and not come back for the heart medicine that i needed to make my dog comfortable? That was frustrating and a bit insulting. I also noticed on the bill that they charged me $42 for a shot of Furosemide - a very common diuretics. A pill would have been adequate. They want me to come back Friday for chest xrays, but I'll take my business elsewhere. I expressed my frustration with the vet and the team that was there, but they ignored my feedback. I have no reason to go back.

Dr. John and Dr. Angela came highly recommended for at-home-euthanasia. Our 14 yr old Labradoodle,…read moreOtto, was in great pain and suffering due to arthritis. We took Otto to Drs. John and Angela for a consultation. They both examined poor Otto very gently and compassionately, and gave their opinion. They suggested a trial of steroids and pain meds for his severe arthritis, which we opted to try. That hospice care gave us another month with Otto. Finally, it came time to transition Otto to doggie heaven. We knew that we wanted to say goodbye to Otto in our family home...the home he loved and enjoyed. We chose Otto's favorite room to say our farewells--my husband's study where Otto kept guard, napped, snored, dreamt, and assisted my husband with his daily work--(instead of a cold, sterile, alien environment). Both Drs John and Angela came for the procedure. They explained everything to us and allowed us to ask questions and give input. They gave us adequate time with Otto before administering the first sedative. Then they gave us more time before giving the final injection and allowed us plenty of time with Otto after he passed to doggie heaven. Dr. John came in with a covered stretcher and allowed my husband to help carry Otto out to the van--a final act of thanks and honor to a loyal friend and family member. Putting your dog to sleep is such a traumatic experience, but having the opportunity to know that your dog crossed the Rainbow Bridge in his beloved home was a blessing for our family. In my opinion, the pricing for the care and cremation was very reasonable. Our family has only high praises for Drs. John and Angela and their care of Otto and our family. Thank you.
