They are literally just up the street from our residence. Just googled nearest cake shops and found them! Walked in 5 minutes later: easy peeezyy. Gave us the best price quote for what we were looking for: something rustic and elegant: a Naked 3-tiered wedding cake. Then we placed a vintage wedding cake topper on and it was perfection! We gave her a week's notice. And we picked our cake the day prior to our wedding ceremony at the Chevy Chase country and they refrigerated onsite. And we were set! All the other price quotes on Zola were hundreds of $$ inflated, and people were demanding. Her cake shop is a cute lil shop front, located in a cozy lil strip mall. Ya gotta pay attention when driving or ya might miss it! Best of all she gave us 12 mini cupcakes as a thank you. How SWEET is that! Maybe we'll have some spooky themed ones, in time for Halloween. Though not exactly the same, their bundt cakes are extremely moist and frosting has the right amount of sweetness. Their version of the Red Velvet cake is a good alternative to what I miss.
