I feel the Taiwanese are due an apology for how poorly the boba was made. Pearls are too soft and unflavored to the point that it felt weird to eat. Hongkong milk tea tastes like really watered down barley milk tea. I was in and out very quickly granted, but I will not be back in again. What I can say about this place is seating is plenty and it's great for gatherings. There's a claw machine you can waste your money on in the front with cute stuffies in it. Tables are spacious and movable for large groups. And seating is plenty. The menu is pretty diverse for a place named for its drinks, but i've never been to a boba shop with solid drinks AND good food. It's usually one or the other and for the unluckier recipe books, it's both. I didnt try the food so I can't vouch but I do not plan on returning. read more

I tried this place a long time ago and I remembered not liking it so much, so I gave it another chance just yesterday after many years, and I still don't like it lol. They have a large selection of drinks such as smoothies, juices, tea, etc. but they seem to be very limited with their toppings. I tried one of their top drinks, oolong milk tea, and it basically tasted like sweet water. It was soooo diluted that I felt like I just wasted my money on this when it was also $4 for a small standard cup that doesn't even taste like genuine tea. It was totally not worth it. I expected more considering that this place has decent ratings for a boba shop, but totally not worth. I've tried different types of mixed teas and they're all great (: Very fresh tea flavor and you can tell they use very high quality ingredients. I visited this restaurant late at night on a Thursday. It was not too busy. I made a few orders. With my first order, I paid with debit. I was asked to sign and was verbally told my total was $17.59. After signing, I received my receipt with a gratuity of $2.64 added. I did not verbally approve this tip or had the opportunity to see a "add a tip" option on the screen. I did not appreciate the cashier had helped himself to a tip without my approval. I would have been glad to provide a tip on this purchase and any additional purchases had the cashier not done this. Purchases thereafter were made in cash. We did not want the same cashier to help himself to our money. I would recommend others to also pay in cash to avoid this issue. Food itself was okay. A good snack to enjoy late at night with friends. The drink was not for myself but my friend had told me it had an artificial aftertaste and was not sweet enough. The environment was okay as well. One of the strangest experiences I've ever had at any boba shop. An employee started crying really loud after we ordered and were seated. Some other employee/owner? had to calm her down so she wouldn't cause a scene. After that I'm not sure why but she started giving my friend and I attitude every time we asked for anything. Started rolling her eyes everytime she saw us.. It was just extremely rude behavior. Granted I didn't tip on my boba order because she was staring at the ipad.. made me uncomfortable and it seemed she was already in a bad mood when I got there. It was also 100-110 degrees outside this week, and the place had literally 0 AC. I felt it was suffocating, so much so that I regreted ordering food, I would of just gone somewhere else after I had sat down and started sweating.. It's most likely Chinese owned so they're trying to cut corners to make cost lower. In addition the food was surprisingly not very good. Given that I don't have much of a standard and think most boba shop food is decent.. their popcorn chicken had 0 crispyness and the fries were sort of damp as if they had moisture or something.. I'm probably never coming back again, and I had to go out of my way to write this review cuz it was really really bad. And I never write reviews.. I hope ownership and that employee figures things out cuz that place was unbearable on a hot summer day. Drinks were good though read more

I had the most popular item here, the signature meet tea toast or simply called the bunny dessert. It's actually a few pieces of toasted bread stacked on top of each other used as the base for ice cream shaped into a bunny with the addition of fresh fruits, colorful cereals and whipped cream. I'll give it a five for how cute it was but read on why I ended up with just three. The place has a lot of seating so it's a popular hangout for students to study or group of friends playing cards or just hanging around. We approached the counter and told the lady we wanted the toast. She asked if we wanted it to go to which we replied no we'd like to dine in. She told us to have a seat then and wait for our server. Minutes passed by but no one came until the same lady approached us, handed us the menu and asked again what we wanted. I felt it's such a big waste of time.
