This was a pretty fun place to visit. The glow-in-the-dark props throughout the restaurant created a unique atmosphere, and everything felt very clean. It was a little cluttered in some areas, but there was still plenty of space between tables, so it didn't feel overly crowed. My only complaint was the menu. The items had very unique and unusual names, which made it difficult to understand what some of the dishes actually were. Since it was my first visit, I felt a bit overwhelmed and asked for some guidance, but the person at the front wasn't very helpful in explaining the menu. Because of that, I ended up not ordering any food. Also the food I saw being served looked appetizing, the service was friendly overall, and the restaurant was clean and aromatic. The creative decorations and glowing props made the experience memorable, and I'd consider coming back and giving the food a try next time.

Came here for boba after day 2 of Head in the Clouds since it was one of the few shops in the area that opened late. Apparently everyone else also had the same idea as the place was packed at 11 pm. There was only one person working. She was super sweet but was definitely overwhelmed by the influx of people. She was running back and forth taking orders and making drinks. It ended up being a long wait but I'm not deducting any stars for that since this was a special situation. There were not as many options as I would have liked so I opted for a taro milk tea - classic, right? The taro milk tea was made with a powder and black tea, but unfortunately it just did not taste like taro to me. My friend ordered a fruit tea which was pretty good and refreshing. There are several tables and lots of seating inside. The lighting is dim and the place is decorated with an astronaut / space theme. Parking is easy as it's in the middle of a small shopping complex. There were several Chinese bbq skewer food trucks lined up outside on the street as well.

For a Boba spot, this is number 1 I love L2 Tea Club my favorite drink is peach planet not to mention the ice cream is super yummy and one of a kind love the fact that they are open late and the vibes here are just so dope I love the space theme and the flashy light amazing spot to study do work, or just a great place to bring friends I love the service they are very fast and super sweet!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 50% sugar level and less ice for your drinks ! They have 1 size only but it was perfect imo I got: White jade lychee planet green tea with aloe + green milk tea crystal boba 50% sugar BOTH ARE SO GOOD !! Service is good but did take long time because there was one guy working and lots of people late night. This place opened til 2 am ! Chill large space good for meeting with some friends not too loud. They even gave snacks and frozen desserts.

Not that great. Came here on Friday night and there was nobody but us and another guy. 1 person working. Took 20-30 minute for our drinks to be ready & the other guy's drink. Nobody called or anything, we had to keep checking if our drinks were ready. Drinks are super sweet, even for the husband who has very sweet tooth. I'm surprised they have such high overall rating. I wonder if they're old ratings, or from people who come here during the day after supermarket run next door.

Highly suggest coming here if you're not in a rush. There's usually only one person working late at night, but the girl that helped us was very sweet and nice and def doing her best! The honeydew yogurt squares are def something I would come back for!

Honeydew Crystal Meteor. Basically, these are *very*-frozen cubes of yogurt. I was not a fan.

Overall, a huge fan of this place. I mainly appreciate that they are open later than pretty much any other boba/tea spot I can think of in the area. Also, the service is outstanding, the seats are comfortable, and there is always plenty of available parking outside (especially during late hours). K-pop music videos appear to be played non-stop on the south wall of the shop via projector. The interior decor is on the charming, quirky, and inconsistently-themed side. I'd expect nothing less. I was admittedly not the hugest fan of the Honeydew Crystal Meteor (basically green super-frozen yogurt cubes). The Peach Blossom beverage was ok - I wasn't too keen on the fillings of the wonky "bubbles" inside. All that said - the Hokkaido Milk Tea was more than outstanding, and the saving grace of our experience. The only real downside I can think of this place is that even if you are enjoying your beverage inside, you will invariably end up as collateral damage to the hordes of chain smokers sitting outside - if the doors are propped open, at least (which they were, during my visit). That said - I suppose the casually carcinogenic environment adds to the authenticity of the experience. xD

Smells like cigarettes but good spot for late night boba. The boba is not bad and the price is pretty average.

One of the few boba spots that open late night with a bunch of parking and seating available. Drinks take about 10min to make as there wasn't that many people working. Interesting interior decor. 7.5/10 Osmanthus Golden Oolong Milk Tea $6 - tea flavor was decently strong, a bit floral, not too creamy, not that sweet unless you ask for them to adjust it. It's a mid overall drink for me as the other ones were way better. 10/10 Hokkaido Milk Tea $6 - MEGA creamy. Sweetness was perfect and tea still was noticeable. Highly rec! 10/10 White Jade Lychee Planet $6.75 - lychee flavor was very good and tea also was strong. Super refreshing and yummy. Also a high rec! 8.5/10 Crazy Mango Planet $6.75 - Mango flavor was natural and not artificial. Good creaminess and thickness consistency. Solid drink overall.

This place is soooooooo cool. When you walk in you're going to be tripping out on all the decor. I love that it's clean and I love that the staff is really nice. The drinks are tasty and the dessert feels like I'm in space, starving and looking for food and instead of food I stumble across this giant square of sweet, Creamy, cold and fragrant little treats. Best thing ever. Seriously.

I've been here twice so far, each time craving something cold & sweet after dinner & enjoyed the experience here. The atmosphere is out of this world with the quirky and eccentric decor. There's many astronaut installations/table pieces and bears, lucky cats, big bears, and added a robot recently. The seats are cute and comfortable. The lighting is kind of dim, but not dark. It gives a strange in-between feeling that's interesting but also slightly uncomfortable. Pictures come out nicely though So far, I have tried the strawberry daifuku drink, the rose lychee meteorite, and the mango ice bowl. The drink is a good strawberry drink, but not really reminiscent of a daifuku to me personally. I still like it! In fact. I tried to order it a second time, but the cashier forgot to put it in The mango ice bowl is surprisingly really good with bits of real mangos, fruit and little Chinese mochi balls of various colors and sizes. My favorite is the meteorite. It's a frozen yogurt after they mix bits of rose, lychee jelly and tastes sooo good I'll definitely be coming back to try out the honeydew meteorite flavor next time

Ambiance: it's a super spacious boba tea place, located in the same plaza with the grocery store, very cozy and comfortable inside, just a lot of flying bugs Service: very friendly and patient with questions Drink: limited choices for drinks, you can choose your own levels of sugar and ice, however, half sugar is still very sweet, and they ran out of ingredients early during the day Blinking Passion Fruit Planet - *** choice of green tea base Messy Brown Suger Boba - *** substituted black boba with white boba, different texture Price: overpriced for its quality, each drink costs $8+ after tax and tips

    Cute decor

Such a cute little store! I love that this place opens so late. Not many boba places open past 9AM these days. The ambiance is cute. It was a little messy due to it being the end of the night, but the lighting really creates a nightlife kind of tone. They have this cute little area to take pictures that we of course took advantage of. The seating is colorful yet minimal. Color scheme is fun and vibrant. The service was great, the cashier was a sweetheart, and our drinks were really good! I loved my honey lemon tea. Not many places add a little more lemon, which is the way I like and this place did such a great job. I also like that their drinks aren't overbearingly sweet, so I'm a big fan of that. Highly recommend!

My bestie introduced me to ChaTraMue and I was so excited for their Thai Green Tea. Right by restaurants and such so it's a convenient spot to get something here after lunch or another meal, etc. Ordering was through a kiosk and the 4 of us all got Thai green teas. They have a regular option and a vegan option where they use oat milk. The default topping was the agar boba which I kept on my drink and enjoyed it. Flavor was really good, and though I got one of the lower sweetness percentages, it was still pretty sweet to me. The others didn't mind too much as they didn't find theirs overly sweet. Unsure if they made a batch of the same sweetness cause most of us did get half sweet, but the flavor was still really good. They have other drinks as well, which I'd love to try if I return here. I'd also love to try their signature Thai tea as well. There's seating here and the people that work here are nice as well. Our drinks came out quickly too. We chilled here for a bit to enjoy our drinks and to avoid the heat a lil, and had a blast.

Unfortunately, the Brown Sugar Boba tasted funky. Some pearls had the flavor of soap. "Gross!!" I arrived at YOTEA (Rosemead) on Monday (around 12:16PM). Parking is simple if familiar with the area. There's a rear parking garage for customers. Staff is unmemorable and awkward. When I mentioned they mixed old and new menus together which displayed incorrect prices, Staff seemed amused and let them stay mixed. Staff avoided customer interaction whenever possible. The drink took two minutes and 10 seconds. Quick time. The Pandan Milk Drink ($5.99 - 50% Sweetness - Regular Ice) with Brown Sugar Boba (additional 80 cents) tasted artificial. It had a strong "candy milk taste," and it glowed a neon green when stirred. The first sip was pleasant, but as I continued to drink, the taste became more off-putting. Next, the Brown Sugar Boba tasted inconsistent. Some tasted perfectly fine, but others had the flavor of dishwater and gloop. I was tempted to throw it into the garbage can. Concerning ambiance, YOTEA (Rosemead) has potential. Ignoring the cobweb underneath one table & the somewhat old furniture, there's utility. This location has about 10 electrical outlets. Wow! There's also customer internet with password; the internet information is taped onto the black register. There's also a customer gender neutral restroom. YOTEA (Rosemead) is also very spacious. The ceiling is very tall, and there's many spots to sit. There's about 16 tables!! If desperate for a study/work spot, this is a decent choice. There's also upbeat, smooth music. Overall, I had a disappointing experience at YOTEA (Rosemead). There's utility and potential, but this business feels old and unmaintained. Rather than clean, Staff just chattered amongst themselves. Any passion that rang within these walls dissipated a long time ago. Currently, YOTEA (Rosemead) is simply mediocre. 2.9 out of 5
