    Jasmine Green Milk Tea
    Sarah S.

Ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with less ice and sugar through Uber Eats since they had a deal. The milk tea was good with authentic tea taste and not sweet after the adjustments. There was still a bit too much ice even with less ice though. The cup size is also decent and pretty worth. Overall, a pretty good place for jasmine milk tea!

Very cute boba place!!! Its might be hard to find. It located across Chase. Love the tea and it looks so pretty. The lady helps us. She is super nice.

Cute spot for drinks. The drinks are really refreshing and not too sweet. They use real fruit, so yummy! I'll definitely be coming back when it gets warmer. They have really good drinks for a hot day to cool you down.

Having work near this Citea location is a bit dangerous for me. I often order off either Hungry Panda or Fantuan. This place was the gateway for the app for me honestly. I love they have many drinks that I have never heard of and it was interesting and worth trying. Walking in, you can see a fridge on the left of the entrance and they are filled with a selection of a few drinks that you can pick up for $3!! If you do a social media post about this place, you are given a little teapot that has been going on social media recently. The workers are always attentive here and always greeting you. Personally, I love the lychee oolong drink here as well as the duck poop tea. I thought it was pretty good but not my "cup of tea" It was more of a limeade I would say. Overall, I will keep coming back here. I believe I came here once 4 times in one week for my fill of lychee oolong.

Came here because they had yogurt drinks similar to those you can find in China. We got peach and mango. Both were really yummy but we both liked the mango more bc of the flavor and it was thicker, more yogurt like. Peach one I find a little too sweet and artificial. Not sure if they do sugar adjustments but it wasn't on the option when we ordered it. Overall not bad n would come again for other flavors.

4.5 stars. Been here when it was Ci Tea many years ago. Heard they rebranded to Pawfect Drinks. It's sorta cute with the paws & doggie theme with Disney font. My drinks were okay (drinkable/acceptable), but bf's Hawthorn Yogurt Shake was good. He liked it. Kinda makes me want to try Dragonfruit Yogurt Shake. Liked the yogurt drinks so much, went back again just to get those. DRINKS: Hawthorn Yogurt Shake 5/5 Dragonfruit Yogurt Shake 5/5 Mango Avocado Smoothie 4/5 Boba Milo 4/5 Very rich and thick. Feel like this drink needs more milk or add half n half. Waiting for the ice to melt is a good idea cuz it tastes better after it's diluted. Magnolia Oolong Milk Tea w/ Brown Sugar Boba add-on 3.5/5 Quite fragrant and very milky Golden Kiwi 3.5/5 It sounded good. Tasted fine/alright. Didn't wow me or anything. Just saw the info under "History". They're not a franchise of Ci Tea anymore. They've established Pawfect Drinks as their own brand. Oh, and I like their rewards program - a good one.

We have been coming here since they were Ci-Tea and recently re-branded to Pawfect Drinks. We love their Jasmine Milk Tea and tried all their sparkling drinks. Every drink is pretty solid and a good value! On this occasion, the owners(?) saw our Pomeranian and were visibly excited. When they gave us our drinks, which took less than 5 mins, they also gave us a little cup of dog treats. Although we come here often, it's little touches like this that keeps us coming back :)

Love their durian smoothie and Athena avocado smoothies! Best thing on the menu. Milk tea are also good. Didn't care for the coconut Mango drink.

Duck Shit Milk Tea with a cute little tea pot!

Honestly came here just for cute little tea pot on top of the drink. I got the Duck Shit Milk Tea with 70% sugar and it was amazing! The tea was super fragrant and creamy. The staff was also super nice and drinks came out fairly quick!

Durian Avocado Smoothie + popping barley boba : my new obsession for the past few months
    Thanhtu D.

Been coming to this place since it was Citea, loveeeeee this place and the owner are super nice and and the staffs are amazing. One time I accidentally went to the Citea on E Valley Blvd thinking it would be the same since it was the franchise, but no, ordered Durian Avocado Smoothie and it was nowhere even closed to this place. And later I find out they are no longer with Citea ( absolutely happy they did exited) I'm also obsessed with the Duck Shiet tea the name is so funny, can't stop laughing whenever mentioned it to my friend. Highly highly recommended this place

I couldn't decide which flavors to try, so I went with a two scoop cone of Coffee & Cookies (coffee ice cream with Oreos) and Matcha Strawberry. This is in the same tiny plaza as Golden Deli and Bopomofo, so parking can be tough at peak dinner time. The good: the taiyaki texture was nice and crunchy. The ice cream was smooth and not icy. The price is good for amount you get. The bad: the store was extremely cramped and hot. It's a very tiny shop so easily felt packed inside. I was annoyed when they called my order but I was struggling to get through the shop to get my order. By that time the employee had walked away. I was annoyed because when she came back she completely ignored me and handed someone else their order and walked away. I don't understand why they keep the completed orders way behind the counter if they don't even verify the correct person is picking up... after being skipped over twice I finally cut in and interrupted the other employee for my order and she was like oh... sorry it's melted. Like yeah it's been sitting there and I didn't want to go into the employee area to get it! That was really irritating. The ube flavor was bland. It tasted like milk, I did not get any ube flavor. The custard in the taiyaki was just okay. The worst part was that the taiyaki had a really off putting taste on the outside... almost like the aftertaste of margarine or something, it bothered me. Overall the flavor and service was lacking and the experience inside was not good. I was not impressed by any aspect and would not recommend this place unless you were already dining in this plaza and wanted to just walk over.

On our most recent visit - admittedly our first in a while - I was surprised that the flavors mostly seemed like repeats from a long time ago. Of course, you want to feature what is most popular, but I remember previously seeing things that were truly one of a kind, even for them. (Out of curiosity, I visited their website and the seasonal flavor blog hasn't been updated since spring 2021). None of this is a deal-breaker, but the feeling of "tiredness" permeated my interaction with the staff, too. There was no joy behind the counter, which I found odd for ice cream that is supposedly about the love of travel. When I tried to order a scoop of one flavor, I was told that I couldn't have it because there wasn't enough left for a full scoop. When I asked if I could have the half scoop that remained and just combine it with another flavor (trying to solve the problem for them), I was told that they aren't allowed to do half and half splits anymore. Fortunately, another employee showed up at that very moment with a fresh full tub of that flavor, but it still struck me as odd. They were also out of cones because of another problem. I am giving them four stars because the ice cream is still great and definitely worth a try if you've never had it, but I hope they can maintain their spark and magic as they continue to expand.

The unfortunate part is that the ice cream really isn't that good, and the portions are small for what you pay.  What really turned me off, though, was the lack of common sense from the staff. If you've been here, you know they have a display case with slices of cake and pie. Normally you look through the case and point to the piece you want. That's exactly what I did. There were about ten pieces of cake in the case, and I picked one that had the perfect icing-to-cake ratio. The employee asked what I wanted, and when I pointed to the slice she told me, "You can only pick from these two," while holding up two other pieces. Apparently those were the older slices that they were trying to get rid of. They were clearly smaller and, judging by how they were being pushed, probably not the freshest either. Since I was basically being forced to buy something I didn't want, I said I didn't want anything. She just said "okay" and moved on to help the rest of my family. At that point I told my family we were leaving and heading to Bloomfield Creamery in Altadena instead. The employee had every opportunity to use a little common sense and simply give me the slice I asked for.
