If you're debating with yourself around hiring this company or another, go with the other one. I hired Mega to fix my wine refrigerator, which they did a nice job repairing. That isn't the issue. There were two other issues: First, the cooling fan was broken, and Mega offered to order the part, which I agreed on and told me it would be $200+ installed. After thinking about it later that day, I chose to lookup the part myself and noted the prices ranged from $25-75. I called Mega and they told me they would give me a "discount", but only after they checked with their manager. Second, when the technician arrived for the initial appointment, he pulled out the refrigerator without much care, dragging the machine across the floor, scratching and leaving a permanent indentation on the path the machine traveled. Later, I asked Mega if there was something they could do (insurance, repair, etc.) to fix the damage they left, and they never responded. TL/DR: Yes, they can do the work. I don't know how this company only has 4 out of 5 stars. I wish I had more hands so I could give them 10 thumbs up. The 5 Ps satisfied!!! Professional, Prompt, Profecient, Price right and payment. Johnny showed up very respectful to me and property. I had a 10-12 appointment received a text 45 minutes prior telling me he was on his way(without my having to request the call ahead they just did the right thing). I had already knew what the problem was graduating from YouTube university lol problem was at 6'3 280lbs my hands couldn't fit where they needed to be. My issues was a clogged ptrap on the fridge. The water kept freezing inside freeze because the pipe was clogged. When I tried fixing myself I could see the black gunk thru the pipe. But the problem was even if I got the pipe out it would be even harder to get it back in. So in comes johnny from mega. I told him the issue and I already has the fridge defrosted from night b4 and pulled out. He was appreciate of my efforts. He got his light and had the pipe pulled out in literally 3 minutes. He showed me the black gunk (not sure how that even got in there) used a wire brush to clean pipe thoroughly and reinstalled the pipe. He was in and out within 30 minutes. Surprisingly I had the option to pay with credit card but I opted for zelle as I know they charge them a fee for credit card payments and I didn't want them to pay a fee due to the fact I was only charged the service fee of $75 as promised I may add. Had they needed to dismantle the insides and clean out it was still reasonably priced at $170 but I made it as quick as possible for them to get it done in about 25-30 minutes. I'm most definitely adding them to my contacts as my new contact for all my appliances needs as they check off my 5 Ps to service. I was told a $85 dollar service call is charged but is waived if a repair is done. That is a lie. The technician quotes me $229, stated it included service charge, after I told him I was told the service charge would be waived he called the office, Person stated the service charge was waived, had they charged me service charge the cost would be $314. If I could give them a "zero" I would! They do not stand behind their repairs. They diagnosed a problem for my Ice Machine that cost me $710.00 that didn't solve the problem. They came back out and a new tech diagnosed the problem of something totally different and then they sent me a quote for an additional $880.00. I asked the "what about the first fix that didn't work", they basically said to bad and said either accept or decline the new diagnosed problem. Obviously, I declined the second quote, because, what if that didn't work? I expect experts to diagnose the problem and fix it the first time, not go on a "fishing" exploration at my expense. A new ice machine costs about $2400.00 and they were trying tho extort approx. $1600.00 with no assurance that the second repair would solve the problem. Disgraceful read more

Wow!! It is Thanksgiving week and I called this company this morning based only on their proximity to my residence and a few good reviews. Highly recommend! I needed my GE dishwasher looked at because it was making a loud buzzing noise so I sourced multiple quotes from yelp and Mega's was very competitive! They don't have reviews so I was kind of rolling the dice but it worked out great. During their visit the technician listened to the noise and immediately knew the issue. As of yet, the job is still pending. Once the technitian came, I had to convince him that there was actually a problem with my washer. On top of that, he was flirting quite a bit and I had to initially keep him on task. After that he asked me to help him lift the machine to get to the drain pump? They came out quickly and on time but my issue was not appliance repair I actually thought they were plumbers too since they answered my request however they only repair appliances which was not issue.
