    We'll, it's the 27th and they did not contact us. So we called them at 6 p.m., no ottoman.... Now it's the 30th...or maybe the 31st. Take your money elsewhere and avoid this nonsense. I wish we did.

    A cup of water spilled on the table. It seems to have penetrated through the laminate and caused a bubble. This has occurred in two places. They told me they would contact manufacturer and get back to me with in 72 hours. One week later, not response so I reached out. This was their response "We have reviewed your case and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you with this issue, the manufacturer will not cover water spills as part of their warranty and you do not have the accidental protection plan included in your purchase. At this point we will have to close your claim." Water spilled on a dinning room table. So water can't get on the table. We had the table for 3 months and this happened. Obviously some sort of manufacturing error. Mega Furniture doesn't not stand behind their product. NEVER buy anything from them! You have been warned.

    BEWARE Don't waste your own time! I went to Mega Furniture Saturday and was told they had a cal king bunkie board in stock and the price of their current sale. I wanted to place the order then but was told I needed the name of the pickup person on this receipt and I wasn't certain of that person so I left. I called back yesterday to see if I could place the order over the phone but no. I went in today and placed the order. As I pull home in my driveway I'm told THEY made a mistake! I actually need 2 of these for a cal king. But my receipt sales cal king? I asked the sales man if it was one piece or two before purchasing and was told it was one. But they called and said I can come back in to purchase the second one or be refunded for the order. Am I wrong for thinking they should have included the second at no additional cost given that's what I was told and what my receipt says I purchased? nothing like wasting someone's time doesn't sit well with me..

    Not good is to good of a rating for this horrible furniture place. They were so nice when we were buying but not after. Delivery was delayed a whole week. The delivery people were awful. Opened styrofoam packaging inside my house and made a mess i had to clean up. They damaged the table during set up and the warehouse and the store manager at the San Antonio store just spewed "protocol " and we can see if we can help you. He did not care at all about customer serVice. He said we paid for it no refunds so we are stuck with it.

    Really high pressure sales people. Boo. You can find just as good furniture elsewhere without the sales pitch.

    I purchased a Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze mattress from Cody for $2,106.96 and was told they would hold…read moreit until I could pick it up. Unfortunately, due to several unforeseen circumstances, including the death of my father, I was unable to pick it up as quickly as I had planned. Although I acknowledge the delay in picking up the mattress, at no point did anyone from the store contact me to ask me to pick it up or advise me that they would no longer hold it. Had they done so, I would have made arrangements immediately. Instead, I was left with the understanding that they were honoring our original agreement. On May 26, 2026, I called and left a voicemail letting them know I was finally ready to pick up my mattress. I never received a return call and had to make several additional calls before Cody finally contacted me on June 14. At that point, he informed me that the mattress I had purchased had been sold to another customer. He assured me he would work with me to replace the mattress I had purchased and promised to get back to me. Unfortunately, that pattern repeated itself for weeks. I had to continually follow up because promised return calls never came, and each conversation ended with another explanation and another promise that he was still trying to locate a replacement. On July 7, Cody told me he had found the mattress but that it was missing the original outer cover. He said a replacement cover had been ordered, that he would check on its status, and that he would get right back to me. He never did. On July 8, I went to the store in person hoping to finally resolve the situation. Cody was not there, but his wife told me they still had the mattress and had been unable to obtain a replacement cover because it had been out of stock the entire time. This directly conflicted with the explanations I had previously been given. At that point, I told her I simply wanted a refund since they could not provide the mattress as purchased. I even offered to accept a refund minus a reasonable restocking fee because I recognized that my delayed pickup had created an inconvenience. She said only Cody could make that decision and asked for more time. I explained that this matter had already been dragging on for weeks and requested a decision by the end of the next business day. I also informed her that, if necessary, I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. Ironically, this was the first time Cody called me back promptly. Rather than offering a resolution, he became confrontational and told me he was finished working with me. He said I could dispute the charge if I wanted because, in his opinion, I was not entitled to either the mattress or any refund since I had waited too long to pick it up. I understand that my delayed pickup created an inconvenience, and I was willing to be reasonable by accepting a refund reduced by an appropriate restocking fee. However, I do not believe it is reasonable to sell the mattress I had already paid for without ever notifying me, then refuse to provide either the product or a refund. After paying $2,106.96, I should not lose both the mattress and the money I paid. My disappointment is not simply about the delayed pickup. It is about the lack of communication, the fact that no one ever contacted me to request that I pick up the mattress or warn me that it would no longer be held, the repeated broken promises, the inconsistent explanations, and ultimately being told that neither the product nor a refund would be provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

We have decided to revisit them during our hunt and really like their offering. They sport three mattresses, which I can really appreciate the simplicity of and not have to worry about getting overwhelmed with endless options. The showroom is beautifully designed and has each one setup They have their OG, Mint and Mint Hybrid (Also order of lowest to most expensive) they are all a variety of memory foam with the last have a hybrid spring/memory foam. In addition to their mattresses they have a variety of sheets from cotton to linen, foam and down alternative pillows, duvets, mattress protectors and pads. The service was great, Tristian helped us out and listed some of the options and various promotions they had going on for the fourth. We haven't pulled the trigger yet but are leaning towards the Mint Hybrid, it was the perfect balance of plush and supportive. They currently offer a 100 day trial period, 10 year limited warranty with feee returns. Overall, we loved our experience and straight forward visit at the store, service was great as well were the options. Will update review if we end up going this direction, on how the mattress holds up!

I tried for days to scroll Amazon and online but it made me more anxious and confused. I found out the Tuft and Needle store was only 25 minutes away from us so off we drove to visit the store on a late Tuesday Arvo. Giuliana welcomed us into the store and gave us a tour. My husband, daughter and I tried all the beds for awhile until the experience was interrupted when my husband received a work call. That left my daughter and I wandering around the store. We checked out the bathrooms and was pleasantly surprised that it was family friendly- change table and diapers at the ready. Big thumbs up from this mama ! Once my husband got off his work call, we were greeted by Noelani. She was confident, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. We threw some pretty tough questions her way and she answered everything effortlessly. She knew her product and you could tell she was proud of her role within the company. Guliana was wonderful as well but Noelani sealed the purchase for us! We decided to purchase a king size mint mattress with additional mattress protector. When I was about to pay, I remembered to check the Rakuten app. The Rakuten app was offering 7% off additional and who can really say no to that on a big purchase! I asked Guliana and Noelani if there was a way to order online but pick up in store. Both ladies didn't make me feel bad for transferring the purchase to online. Noelani helped sort out of the backend and had the mattress ready for us to take home. She also thoughtfully offered a print out of my receipt instead of just an email from online (super helpful since we are documenting all new home costs). What a great experience. We left the store happy! My 3 year old daughter loved the girls and that always gives me happy vibes. Can't wait to use our new mattress tonight!!!
