This used to be one of my regular purchases, but over the past few months the rice has frequently been undercooked and hard, with a texture that feels almost like partially raw grains. The kimbap is now noticeably too firm and no longer has the soft, properly cooked consistency it previously had. This is not an isolated incident and it has happened multiple times, which suggests an ongoing issue in preparation or quality control. Even my mom, who used to really enjoy this kimbap, can no longer eat it because it has become too hard to chew, and she has stopped buying it completely. This decline in quality is very disappointing, and I sincerely hope management reviews the preparation process and makes the necessary corrections.

Goya PLANTAIN CHIPS - the chips were light overall, but slightly salty. I still enjoyed it. 80% COCONUT WATER WITH PULP - I enjoyed this, but I am not sure I would get it again. I couldn't find a brand on the can and some of the wording said to chill before drinking, but yet it was stocked on a shelf. I may just stick to a brand I know, next time. I also got another juice - Mogu Mogu LYCHEE JUICE with bits of the fruit in the drink, but found that the lychee bits were going down my throat quicker than I had a chance to eat them (not sure I'll get that again even though I enjoyed the drink). BUTTER CREAM BREAD - even though I liked this, it was not as soft. I got one or two other items, but I'll probably get them elsewhere next time due to the high price. Overall, I saw so many flavors and varieties of things. The place stayed busy. I would probably go back again, but with the same friend, and maybe pay more attention to details. I have never met someone at a Trader Joe's that wouldn't go out of their way to help a customer. The food is delicious! They have lots of fresh fruit and veggies. The Employees are constantly packing those aisles with fresh produce. I really like their cheese section. I always get the feta cheese, baby Brie cheese, and Gouda cheese. They are priced so reasonably. I love their snack section and I load up on nuts, dried fruits, chips, pretzels and cookies. You can't go wrong with Trader Joe's snacks. I also buy their muffins and breads. They have a sourdough bread that is amazing. The scones are really good too. Don't forget the lemon cookies, they taste like lemon meringue pie. Yum! The store is clean, well organized, and well stocked. If they don't have a product you need, they will let you know when it is coming in. Store is clean and well-stocked, and they always seem to have staff restocking the shelves. Cashiers are friendly and efficient - they'll call you over to one of their lanes if they're open (and the lanes are named after local roadways for convenience). Just be careful turning into the lot from Travilah and Route 28 - the first driveway is exit-only!!

They didn't have fresh turmeric or fresh tamarind which I needed to make my pad thai.. :( I found a lot of items to be overpriced as compared to other stores. Also there are no food courts, or outside vendors. Though they have the space for it. The store is clean and the employee are nice but Im stick to my neighborhood Lotte.

The staff is still the same and everything is pretty much same in the store as far as supplies are concerned. This is a nice small store to get essentials of Indian grocery. The do have fresh produce available once a week and quality of the produce is decent. There is also a small selection of frozen items that covers the most basic products. Staff is helpful and friendly and parking is plenty in the shopping center too. Location is convenient on Rockville Pike.

This is truly the very Whole Foods…read more So they have sale on cut pineapple. There are no containers of cut pineapple. However there are many containers of fruit that contain cut pineapple. So they have pineapple and they have time to cut pineapple but they won't put them in containers for the sale. They use sale to reel in customers and then don't actually offer the item/product they advertised on sale. Although they are cutting pineapple and putting in containers with other fruit so those containers don't qualify for the sale. It's been like this for three days now at least. That's a scam.
