Juan, Ken, and Tian did a wonderful job on the install - everything was level, plumb, and sturdy, and everything fit perfectly despite the level of customization required. The cabinets are very good quality, made of solid wood and sturdy hardware. I would use Cabinets and More again in a heartbeat. I hired them to install a waterfall-style counter back in June 2021. Barely a year later, the waterfall cracked for no clear reason. They came out again in July 2022 to repair it, but the job was subpar. I noticed that between the waterfall backing and the side of the cabinet. It wasn't flush at all. Which I'm assuming that it allowed the water fall to slide inward more than 90 degrees, thus putting strain at the joint. But I am not a professional installer. It took them until August 22, 2022, to actually address this crack and I was assured the issue wouldn't happen again, however nothing was done to fill the gap with sub board to prevent inward movement of the granite. Unfortunately, it did again crack. A third crack appeared on April 22, 2023. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, only to be completely ignored. No callbacks, no emails, nothing from their receptionist or customer service team. Then, in May 2025 -- the worst-case scenario happened -- the waterfall slab literally fell off the counter. It nearly injured my child, grazing his arm as it collapsed. This wasn't just poor workmanship; it was dangerous. I've given them multiple chances over the years to make this right, but the lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if this is still their current practice and to avoid at all costs.

What surprised me about working with Josh and Door Store and Design? I thought Josh was a salesman.. He was much more than that. He was hands on in working out details of installation. One example: I found a baseboard I liked at another place, and Josh was able to order that for me at same price as offerings at his store.
