When…read moreJamie heard what my problem was he ran through a couple of scenarios of low risk vs safety concerns and offered to take a look to make sure the car was safe to drive as he couldn't guarantee he could do more major work by today. Not only did they discover the safety issue but spent the time to fix the issue (and another one they found) and test drive the car to make sure it's be safe. All this for less than the price of an oil change (i.e. surprisingly low) In addition to great, kind, conscientious service it was also friendly and polite. You could hear it over the phone when I first called but I also saw it practiced in person with the two other people ahead of me in the waiting room. Both seemed to be regulars or at least familiar to the Jamie, and the conversations were just that...conversations back and forth and each time the payment came up Jamie said "Please"...now I just spent New Years with family so I know what polite for polite's sake sounds like...and Jamie's was genuine. I now end up taking care of my parent's car's upkeep whenever I visit and I'll be taking it back here! Well, I finally came across Vito and his shop in Revere, as a result of a referral, almost begging for help to find a true diagnosis and RESOLUTION to everything that was wrong with my car (one too many to list!) WTH, my car was only 6 years old and it literally did no more than 50mph on the highway (LOL!). It was so bad I couldn't even identify where the raddles and noises were coming from anymore, I simply turned the music up and drove and after so much money spent and no results, I started neglecting the damn thing. Anyhow, I'm so thankful found his shop, it was the light at the end of the tunnel (Seriously, it was BAD!). Of course I was looking for a good deal, but most importantly, the assurance that my car would be worked on for once and for all by someone who knew what they were doing, with skills, HONESTY, and who wouldn't pull another scam again because I'm a woman, DAMN IT!
