Was needing a pick me up from sitting in Chicago traffic and was asked to stop by Melt N Dip, a local gelato shop. Melt N Dip is a hidden gem with wonderful gelato to fit any pallet including vegans. Prices were reasonable as well as fresh products. Had several samples before going with pistachio and chocolate gelato and didn't regret it. This is a great family spot to enjoy fresh gelato or other delicious dessert. Will be back!

My favorite dessert place! Their desserts are all so good and there are a lot of fruit options with their chocolate is so sinfully creamy. My favorite thing about this place is that they have fresh fruit juices that you can order it's fresh pressed juices and my favorite is the Apple sometimes I do mix the apple and the orange. Will definitely keep coming back to this place and it's a perfect place to chill and hang out with friends and also a good thing about them is they are open late. Happy eating!

Came here just after lunch hour on a Saturday. They were open and doing some cleaning. There is something about the Feng Shui of the place tdoesn't look as inviting. I ordered my usual Dubai Strawberry cup and it was made and delivered to my satisfaction.

This place is a chocolate lover's dream. We tried their signature waffle with all three chocolate sauces and four fruits -- absolutely decadent and so worth it. The waffle was crisp and warm, and the sauces (dark, milk, and white chocolate) were rich, velvety, and perfectly drizzled. The fruit added just the right amount of freshness to balance it all out. Also got the Kinder Bueno ice cream -- soooo good. Creamy, indulgent, and packed with that signature Kinder flavor. Everything looked and tasted amazing. Cute spot with a fun vibe, and definitely one to revisit when you're in the mood for a serious dessert fix.

My fiancé and I have been traveling around illinois to find the best Dubai Strawberries, so far we've tried sugar dose and this place. We ordered two large Dubai cups and it was a whopping $44.48, super pricey in my opinion. I wasn't a fan of it because the strawberries were too tart, the pistachio cream and chocolate was overwhelmingly thick and left my mouth needing a lot of water. I most likely won't come back because it's pricey and I wasn't too crazy about it.

This spot is pure indulgence! Crepes, cakes, gelato, cookies and more, all topped with so much chocolate you can't tell what's under it anymore. I had the lotus crepe. It's so rich and delicious! This is definitely a special treat kind of place. The desserts make for an impressive picture as well, or its "gram worthy" as the kids say (I think, I'm not "with it"). My downsides would be that it's a bit pricy (but definitely worth it) and I'd like to see some utensil upgrades. Glass water bottles but Styrofoam cups, real plates but plastic silverware, it's just disjointed. My fork actually broke off in my crepe but thankfully I found the broken piece. All in all I loved my food and I'll definitely be back to try more desserts.

Dubai strawberry cup but the register lady with the hijab at around 10:40-10:50pm asked me if I was feeling demonic!!!

The Dubai strawberry cup is phenomenal. Although, when I went in with my girlfriend the girl at the register wearing the hijab around 10:40- 10:50pm last night asked me "don't you feel demonic", I even repeated this to her saying "what?? Demonic??" And she said "oh nevermind", I found this to be extremely distasteful and rude. I just came for some Dubai strawberries not no comments about religion or anything of the sort. This was extremely uncalled for.

Was NOT an AWEsome experience. Couldn't decide what to get everything looked delicious so we took some time to look at the menu. When we were ready finally the Cashier was busy flirting instead of taking our order. Dude kept yapping his mouth and she kept entertaining it..what ever just do it after my order PLEASE. They got good music, water ready so that's a plus. Don't get me wrong crepe is delicious but idk if I'd go out of my way after that experience.

I've been to two other locations of Melt n Dip before, but this was my boyfriend's first time at one. Their menu is huge: so many dessert options! We got the Brownies Magic: a brownie in a mini skillet topped with chocolate sauce, ice cream, Magic Shell and strawberries. I was glad for the strawberries to cut the richness of all the chocolate, but overall this was delicious, and good to share. We also got shakes to go: Oreo for him, pistachio for me. Yum! I love pistachio and you don't see it in a shake all that often. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and we couldn't finish them even over the course of the night, but so good. Overall, I'm glad more locations of this place are popping up! A great option for drinks and desserts.

Walking in, the place has such a great vibe! It's super popular, which explains why the tables and chairs were a little messy they were really slammed! But don't worry, the food prep area was spotless. The staff were amazing seriously hustling to keep up with all the orders. Except for the person sitting and taking orders at the counter he had a very poor attitude. can we talk about the gelato? Right there by the counter, with tons of flavors! They also do espresso it looked divine, so I'll definitely be trying that next time. What really caught my eye were the chocolate fountains! Milk chocolate, white chocolate, and dark chocolate all beautifully covered to keep everything clean and fresh. They had a huge selection of cones and cups too. We ordered a Banana Cinnamon Crepe Pouch stuffed with their Melt n Dip cream, banana, and cinnamon, and drizzled with milk, dark, and white chocolate. It was SO good, but maybe a bit much sugar if you eat the whole thing! We also tried the Dubai strawberry cups a little pricey, but those strawberries were unbelievably sweet and delicious. Overall, the food and atmosphere were fantastic. The only thing was the tables and chairs could use a little more attention, but again, they were super busy. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

This was the first time for us here ...zero disappointments . This place has a cool laid back vibe with amazing aroma of coffee and chocolate. The interior is pleasantly decorated and has ample seating. They have 3 chocolate fountains spinning which is a site to see . The host was very patient with us and was very helpful in answering all our questions. Over all a nice spit with interior and outdoor seating . Will definitely be back to try more on the menu

Honestly if you're wanting a tea or a drink this place is great for that...but that's about it…read more I've been a number of times and really have had decent experiences and again would recommend the Nile's location for to-go drinks only. Everything else is sub par...the dan dan noodles may have been the worst I ever had. The noodles were over cooked and stuck together, there was hardly any toppings and it was not at all as it was described. We also got the "Chinese burger" honestly this was also not something I would ever get again. The "bun" situation was dry and had no flavor...also the pork had no flavor and was also dry...I can see why the girl behind was questioning if it was even on the menu still because clearly no one is ordering it and when a customer does they're surprised. Now what really put me off (aside from the surprise piece of aluminum foil found in our food) was the horrible customer service. While waiting for our drinks and food to come out all I hear is one of the employees behind the counter commenting on multiple items on our order. Is it really that hard to make a drink and add extra ice without questioning why you need to add extra ice if that's the special request? It's requested because maybe we like our drinks to not be luke warm and prefer them cold. Then to make comments and being surprised an item was ordered ("chinese" burger). It was on the menu it sounded interesting we wanted to try it...after hearing the reaction it honestly made me second guess placing the order. Then to top it off when the drinks were ready our name was called...I asked if the food would be coming later and the attitude I received back being told that it takes longer threw me off completely. Yes I asked if the food would be coming later but I was asking to ensure that they knew we also had a food order. The attitude implying that I didn't understand that it'll take a bit long was not necessary. Needless to say if we ever come back our orders will be ONLY for drinks, we will NOT be ordering food and I will hope to not have much of any interaction with the staff at this location. It will strictly be pick up & go. Hopefully your team takes some time to work on their customer service skills cause it's lacking.

It was delectably foamy and sweet. My only regret was that it was this particular flavor combination didn't come with an option for a larger size. It really hit the spot for a cold, foamy beverage with perfectly chewy boba. I also tried out their house special braised beef noodles. They were great, but I wish there were more vegetables and noodles. (This was just personal preference.) The beef was well braised, seasoned, and excellent. Patrons order from kiosks and pick up items from the front desk. It would have been nice to interact more with staff, but the system is definitely set up for efficiency. Parking is a shared plaza private lot with plenty of spots during the weekdays. Weekends can be hectic given the amount of businesses here. Worth a visit for sure!

No, I didn't eat all three at once; it took a few hours. I think I liked the crème brûlée one the best. The custard was great and the sugar coating was outstanding. I ordered from the counter and service was pretty quick. The place was very lively and quite busy on a Sunday morning. Anyway, so I saw someone else get the chicken and waffles, and I said, I gots to get me some of those. So I did. So the donuts were 5 stars easily. Each one was great. The coconut and the pistachio donuts were not very big, but still an average sized donut. The crème brûlée was bigger. The chicken and waffles consisted of 2 rather large fried chicken tenders on a fairly big waffle. There was a light syrup coating the chicken. Very large portion for $13. My only complaint was it tasted like the chicken was fried in old oil that perhaps needed to be changed. I'm sure they go through a lot of fried chicken, fried potatoes and other fried fishes, but the chicken was darker than it should be and tasted like old oil. I noticed another person next to me who got fried potatoes, and they too, were very dark. Still, the chicken was good, and I consider this to be minor and maybe doesn't happen on a less busy day. I would go back if I'm in the Niles/Skokie area again, because there are other donuts and breakfast items I'd like to try. The price is very reasonable for the portions you get.

Our waitress Terry was excellent thru and thru and worthy of a large tip, which we obliged. We got free refills on our drinks too, a big thing for us. We were all totally pleased with our visit and will be sure to return at least once or twice before moving out of state later this year. We wish we could clone this place and take it to where we all are moving. I truly don't understand those whining here and their posts. Everything we had was good throughout. If I had to nitpick, I would say the French onion soup itself was average and not rich but the large crouton in the soup and abundant melted yummy Swiss cheese well compensated with the grated topping over the cheese incredibly tasty, making it over the top. The raspberry iced tea could have been a bit sweeter but it wasn't bad either. And you automatically get water delivered to your table, a rarity among diners today. And yeah, I get to a degree the 3% (rounded off) card charge but when you're spending $80 to $100 for gargantuan portions of great food, come on, who really cares about an extra $2.50-$3, chump change? A church friend of the family told me she and her husband go to Omega periodically and recommended it. So this evening we all went. And not one bit disappointed. 24/7/365 diners are a dying breed these days but we are so glad Omega is still around and I say long live the Omega. A shout out to the crews working here as well as the owner.
