Hands down best bagels I've ever had in Southern California. I love bagels, definitely a bit of a bagel obsession, and these are my absolute favorite. You can tell they have been made with great care the way a bagel should be, toasted with perfect plain cream cheese. This place has some of the best bagels I've had in San Diego. They provide good service, have their own mixed spreads, an assortment of fresh juices, and other drinks, as well as amazing sandwiches. They're very generous with their proportions. It is a little pricey but if you have a little extra money it's well worth it. For some reason, I was craving a bagel today. I walked in with low expectations because I'm not a connoisseur of the bagel variety. However, I was astonished to find out there were many different types and spreads. So much, I was a little overwhelmed. I went on a hunch with a breakfast supreme and a jalapeño cheese with a spinach artichoke. Let me tell you, Wow! It was possibly the best bagel I've ever had. Just ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich fom Grub Hub and the sandwich was delicious. I love breakfast, but hate getting up to go get it. Thanks to Grub Hub, its just finger tips away. I have ordered the bagels, and a ham sandwich on a croissant. They were good, but my main love is the fresh croissant egg breakfast sandwich. It has scramble eggs, ham and cheese. They put tons of ham on it and its just perfect for breakfast or anytime. It is always fresh eggs, very fluffy, lots of ham, and gooey cheese on a toasted croissant. There is another Memos in La Mesa, (near the Starbucks) but they are going thru a name change, and bummer that location is not on Grub Hub. read more

They have sweets to chose from but I can in for lunch and the chicken pesto was on point. I have been back to Memo's a number of times and one word comes to mind: consistency. I recently purchased three family packs consisting of 60 mixed bagels and 9 flavored cream cheese tubs for $66 for an event.They were gracious enough to slice the bagels in half. The bagels and spreads were a huge hit. Everyone raved about their flavors and great chewy texture, the bagels that is. Although I prefer the plain honey wheat, the jalapeno and cheese and the chocolate chip were a big hit. The cream cheese tubs ranged from plain, to sun dried tomatoes, to jalapeno, to chives, and to a veggie spread. Great staff and a great product! read more

Oh man this was bad. I ordered the BLT bagel. Bagel was stale. The lettuce was bad and barely there at all. The entire bad lettuce that was put on my BLT is in the picture. The bacon was like microwave bacon. I added feta and olive cream cheese and who ever made my sandwich still put MAYONNAISE on my cream cheese. Like WHAT?
