    Wonderful marzipan-filled holiday Stollen!

Wedding cake tasting #1 of 3. Stacey is the fabulous cake boss at Edelweiss, and made us feel truly at home during our tasting visit. She helped us select four mini slices, comped fiancee a free coffee so he could handle the imminent sugar rush, and attentively answered all of our questions. Our favorite slice was the lemon bavarian, as the vanilla crumb was tasty, moist, and perfectly sweet, pairing very well with the tart lemon component. The black forest was also a well composed, nostalgic bite with rich chocolate crumb punctuated with decadent cherry compote. Edelweiss remains SD's top purveyor of classic European cakes and pastries, and this fact combined with their warm customer service ensures that we will happily return in the future.

My fiancée and I came here today to taste our wedding cake options. All the displayed pieces look yummy. Out of the four pieces, we both like the chocolate and lemon ones. Rich flavor, high quality and not toooo sweet. The staffs are so friendly and knowledgeable.

Wow love at first sight AND bite! After finding a review and photo of their cinnamon rolls online, I knew I had to have it. The texture, flavor, and freshness of the roll + the icing are addicting; I went back again a few days later! Always busy on both the weekday and weekend I visited, but the line goes by quickly. Service has always been phenomenal.

Was looking for a last minute cake with strawberries. Called the bakery first and received an outstanding customer service where in great detail was given a description of two cakes available today for purchase. Drove to the bakery and purchased a cake that was beautiful and equally delicious according to the birthday girl. The fruit plan cake was $45. I didn't try the cake as it was not vegan. No vegan options available and CC accepted.

We stopped into Edelweiss to pickup dessert for a dinner we were going to. We were supposed to bring dessert and a store bought mediocre treat just didn't sound appealing. We were able to get a variety of treats to take to dinner which gave us the opportunity to try multiple things. The desserts were a hit! Everyone loved each item we brought and wished we had more. We will definitely be coming back to satisfy our sweet tooth and to try more options.

Best bakery in area. My fav is carrot cake but this trip was for birthday girlfriend. She loves chocolate. Got another great dessert the chocolate ganache cake. Amazing. Recommend

SOOO MUCH TO EXPLORE! being my first time here I was caught so off guard to see all these differ fresh baked goods!!! So I blindly order a last minute cake with this bakery so I had no idea who they were!! And boy I cannot wait to go back and try everything!!! My wife's cake came out amazing that all I can say right now! But my second review I will have all the details about what this place has to offer!

This was my first visit here in a very long time. I wanted a few cookies and a couple of pastries. I found what I wanted for sure! The cookies were delicious especially the almond square. I had a pastry that I can't remember the name but I think it had almond paste and raspberry filling. I got a cinnamon roll for my husband because he loves cinnamon rolls. He said this roll was fresh and really good! Service was super friendly! I will be back for sure.

They have too many choices but that is to our benefit! Strawberry Bavarian ($4.25): simple, slightly sweet, and not a dry cake, 3.5/5 stars. Pecan Bar ($4.25): this was on the medium portion of the sweetness scale, despite it's indulgent appearance. It was well-balanced with the salty, sweet, and nutty flavors to go with the soft and crispy textures; therefore, you can finish this in one sitting, 5/5 stars. My goal is to get two to three new goodies on every visit here. To be continued...

Black Forest 8" cake, perfect for small gathering.

Great little bakery where everything is made fresh. They have a very easy online ordering process that shows you all the pricing and timing of the order. Simple ordering, friendly staff, but most importantly - great tasting cake!

Once I saw they offered a Tokyo Banana Latte during the bakery cafe hours, it was a no brainer to come back the next morning for breakfast. ASA was easy to find. The line was almost to the door when we arrived, but it moved at a fair pace. They offer a good variety of pastries, matchas, coffees, baguettes, and even some lunch sandwiches. I also love that they stay open later than your typical bakery, so it's a nice option whether you want breakfast, an afternoon coffee, or something later in the day. You select your pastries cafeteria style before ordering your drinks at the register. We got two baguettes, the Spicy Sausage and the Caviar. Both had that crispy, slightly harder baguette texture that gave them a really nice crunch. The Spicy Sausage had a good amount of heat with a savory, meaty filling that paired really well with the bread. If you like fish roe, I definitely recommend the Caviar Baguette. It was buttery with that rich salty umami flavor you get from fish roe without tasting overly fishy. For drinks, we tried two of the seasonal lattes advertised on flyers throughout the bakery, the Blueberry Muffin Latte and of course the Tokyo Banana Latte. These were easily the highlights of our visit. The Blueberry Muffin Latte had a delicate blueberry flavor with a delicious creamy topping that actually reminded me of a blueberry pastry. The Tokyo Banana Latte had a thick, rich banana cream on top with a slightly salty finish sprinkled over it. The banana flavor was noticeable without being artificial or overly sweet. Both lattes were really balanced, creamy, and delicious. After trying ASA at night and coming back for the bakery the next morning, I'm really glad we got to experience both sides of the spot.
