Good sandwich! The workers preparing my order were both super nice and fast Each sandwich comes with a cookie

"Got Beef"... skimpy tiny lilttle slice this aint right.

Ordered the got beef "Got Beef" - but received a "Barely Got Any Beef". Order ID #AGN7CD

mold spores on the bread, not cool, glad i inspected prior to consumption.

welp first time trying this place and the workers were very knowledgeable on the products but in the end it was for nothing because my sandwich hold spots of mold, so i had to return and get my money back because at that point appetite was gone for any sandwich from this place. perhaps they will inspect their breads better, or figure how/why this happened and how did nobody see this even when making the sandwich!

A free burnt cookie with our sandwich

4 stars for good sandwiches 1 star for having the audacity to gift your customers with burnt cookies. . . Oh no! I don't know why I've never tried Mr. Pickles. After all these years wanted to try something new. Very happy for the most part. Truly Vegan is satisfying, especially with the Dutch crunch roll. BBQ tri-tip was not my choice but told it was also very good. It came on the soft roll. Will return when craving a sandwich.

Ordering online and picking up went well. Small little shop with a few tables and two workers. Ordered a few sandwiches one of which was a kids sandwich; pretty simple just meat and cheese and bread, but thats ok. The reason Im dropping 3 stars is that when I got my sandwich, they left off the bacon I paid extra for, and I paid $5 extra for extra meat but what they did was take the total amount of meat for the sandwich and just divided it between turkey and ham, instead of doubling the amount. So Im out nearly ten bucks. I received a link from Mr Pickles to offer feedback which I did and the reply was "we'll get back to you if necessary" so I thought, great! Maybe theyll help me out. I waited two weeks and nothing. MIght give them another shot eventually.

    Italian sandwich in a bowl

Yum!! I ordered an Italian without bread and they were able to accommodate me. The older gentleman was very nice. Definitely will be back!

My coworker raved about this place so naturally I had to check it out. Just as he said, the food was amazing and the service... well, not as great as the food. The staff are not much for greeting or welcoming customers... instead a very transactional experience. Glad I adjusted my expectations accordingly. I ordered the BBQ Tri-Tip sandwich on marble rye with "everything" except for onions and pepperoncinis. It was freaking amazing! Huge sandwich, generous portions of meat and toppings, great bread... just a very well made sandwich. All the toppings made it a lit I was only able to finish half of it and I'm seriously counting down the moments until I'm hungry again. No kidding The guys behind the counter were really quick churning out all of the orders and while they weren't much for words, they did get those sandwiches out amazingly fast. The cashier was another story. She seemed a little irritated as she rung me up. I'm not sure what her problem was, but I definitely did not appreciate her shoving my order at me after I paid. That ended my visit on a bit of a sour note. Fortunately, the food more than made up for the rudeness, and I was surprised to find that a chocolate chip cookie came with my order. Sweet! (literally!)

But don't underestimate it because it's still really filling. I picked the shrimp tempura and potato croquette which I put directly in my soup because I like when it absorbs the flavor of the soup but there's a container that you can get it on the side. I love the light, yet rich taste of the broth and the dipping sauce and spices you can get on the side to complement it. Ordered takeout since we were so tired after tennis. It was nice that they have a seperate door to pick up take out so while I waited on the curbside DD ran into pick up. Easy peasy. When we got home we immediately inhaled it. Loved how they separated the filling from the udon and packed the broth separately. Poached egg was creamy still and blended well with the beef and noodles. We came back again yesterday but wanted to actually dine in. There were no longer long lines from when we last dined in years ago. The line went smoothly and the lady was quick and efficient to take our orders and even gathered Hubs' take out rice bowl for later. The gal at the pick up windown was also proficient as her job and even telling me my clams and ginger udon had just ran out so she gave me a number for my table. The tempura station was always one of my favorites. They just ran out of imitation crab but we snagged the last shrimp tempura. Also got a sweet potato and my favorite, pumpkin . 4/5 crunchy not too oily and naturally sweet. No sauce needed We found a table right away which was wiped clean. DD was half way through her udon when mine barely arrived. After the first sip of broth, it quickly reminded me of why we haven't been back in so long. Warm soup vs piping hot. That's why. Fresh cooked clams and butter ginger melted into the broth was a nice change from the usual. The taste was great and flavorful. Clams were blanched nicely with a few unopened shells that I didn't eat. There was also a few with some sand inside which was expected for a fast foodie style place where clam is ordered. 3.5/5 The other downside from the overall dish for both of us was the over sprinkling of green onions. It left a literal bad taste in both our mouths. Clean restrooms. Overall, 3.5

Self-depreciation joke aside, let get straight into this review. My wife and I were looking for a place for lunch and wanted something on the lighter side. Ive been meaning to try this place out and was very glad that I did. This place actually makes eating healthy fun and is very delicious. Life is about balance and I certainly cant always have fries and cheeseburgers. I mean, I could but I'd pay the price. I didnt feel like I was making any big sacrifices with the steak sandwich. It wasn't heavy like a cheesesteak would be and I was satiated. What I didnt expect, however, was enjoying the salad more than the steak and bacon sandwich. Excuse my english but Holy Shitballs, this was a very tasty salad and everything tasted so fresh. Salads are supposed to taste fresh so, you can tell I dont eat salads very much by the way I am describing it but man, I could eat this salad multiple times a week! I am trying to make healthier decisions, it's not easy but every little bit counts.

They are located on the second level of the center and there was plenty of seating. My friend and her boyfriend and I were seated right away with the kind waitress. Looking at the menu, I know I had to try their signature ramen as well as a delicious appetizer. Chicken Karaage: This was delicious and crispy. The chicken was also moist and the Mayo sauce was good. I really enjoyed how the chicken was not oily at all and it was packed with flavor. This was a delicious starter. Hiroshi Tonkotsu Ramen: This is their signature ramen. It is a pork broth ramen filled with thinner noodles, an egg, bamboo, mushrooms, scallions and some truffle oil of sort, and not to mention two pieces of pork. Overall, this was a delicious broth. The soup was not too salty for me and the flavor was divine. The noodles were a bit thin for my liking, but still good. My only gripe was that once the broth settles and you eat most of everything, I cannot sip my broth due to the grainy texture I get at the end. Overall, I had a good time here with my friend and her boyfriend. I see myself coming back here again.

So incredibly overpriced and disappointing. Their "premium" nigiri (10 pc for $75) was not premium at all. In fact, it was worse than basic/cheap nigiri you get elsewhere. All the pieces were tiny, half of them were chewy, and not at all what the menu said they were supposed to be. For instance, the "king salmon" was "sad" salmon and garnished with some kind of orange marmalade-bizarre and gross. I had to choke down the "Wagyu" nigiri because it was so chewy. I couldn't believe how bad it all was. I should have known the dinner was doomed after I ordered their "Crab amuse," which was three pieces ($18!!) of shredded IMITATION crab wrapped in the thinnest piece of tuna you've ever seen, then placed in a weird, sweet cream sauce. Even the miso soup (which I've never received with nigiri omakase, but ok) was barely room temperature and totally watered down. Sorry, Ukai. Instead, we had one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. When we walked in, nobody greeted us. Every employee seemed to deliberately avoid making eye contact, and we had to approach the bar ourselves just to ask what we were supposed to do. We were told to add our names to the waitlist and that someone with an iPad would come over to help us. While we were waiting, I went to grab some food, and my boyfriend sat down at an empty table for literally a minute while waiting for me and for the employee with the iPad. The table was completely empty. Instead of helping us, multiple employees came over and repeatedly told him to get up and leave. He politely explained that he was waiting for me and that we had been told someone would come add us to the waitlist, but they continued speaking to him rudely and insisted he leave the seat immediately. At that point, we stepped outside to wait. We then tried to order drinks, and one of the employees told us she would send a server over. A man came to us, introduced himself as the manager, and told us they could not serve us any food or drinks because we didn't have a reservation. We explained that we had already asked to be added to the waitlist and that we were happy to wait or follow whatever process was required--we simply wanted to watch the match like everyone else. He walked away and later came back saying he had "spoken to the manager," despite introducing himself as the manager just moments earlier. Then he demanded that we leave. After spending 30-40 minutes being ignored, pushed away, and treated like we weren't welcome, we were completely shocked. We weren't causing any problems. We simply wanted to have dinner, order drinks, and watch the game. The worst part happened at the end. I told this whoever is that liar guy was (server or manager) that I'm not leaving without finishing my drink because I paid for it . Right after without asking for my permission, that same employee took my drink directly out of my hands, turned around, walked away with it, and then yelled at us to leave immediately. I have never experienced such disrespect in any restaurant. I've worked in restaurants myself, so I know what professional hospitality looks like. This was the exact opposite. Your customers are the reason your business exists, yet your staff treated us as if we were an inconvenience instead of paying guests. This was, without question, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The staff were rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. We will never return, and I certainly cannot recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy and not get disappointed by service and servers. I would have gladly called the police, but since we had already spent half the day dealing with this bullshit and missed out on enjoying the match, we decided to just go somewhere else. I just want the restaurant owner to know that your staff didn't refund us for the ruined drinks !!!
