I have some friends who join me often when I go to Miami Beach and so we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. I'm really glad we had our waitress Pilar steer us in the right direction. I have never had such creamy polenta in my life. the truffle and cheese in this was enough to almost bring me to tears. This is how great food is done. The lamb was so tender and flavorful. You know that lamb will sometimes have a gamey flavor? Not this dish. My second favorite pasta dish was the truffle ravioli. It's not like a truffle infused oil or salt they used, its actual shaved truffle, so delicious. The bread, the good quality olive oil, everything was fantastic.
